My experience with Alta Wildhorse Ranch was really great. The property is clean, new, spacious, private, and in a safe area.The staff were very knowledgeable. They volunteered useful information, and guided me through every step of the process. I walked through a town home, and I was amazed by the floor plan.They offer modern utilities within every unit as well. Even the blinds are hella cool. Just an overall great experience. Especially for the price!

I recently toured Alta Wildhorse Ranch and was impressed with the community and leasing staff. Florencia was incredibly helpful with answering all my questions and making the process smooth from start to finish. She’s always responsive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. I’m looking forward to making Alta Wildhorse Ranch my new home.

Great move to this new community, great gyms; pools and office staff very friendly ( Florencia and AJ) very welcoming. Moved from Indy to Austin and easy process getting through application process and leasing. I would suggest to anybody who wants A nice space to look into this community.

The property is absolutely stunning and the townhomes are fantastic. So in love with my home and you can’t beat the price in Austin. There was a situation that happened and the leasing team quickly resolved the matter and I greatly appreciate it. Chris, the maintenance lead, is absolutely a rockstar. He is quick to handle request, shows empathy when he spoke with me and proactively follows up. Very happy to call Alta my home.

This community is absolutely stunning! Had the pleasure of attending their Grand Opening and the team is incredible.Their Leasing, AJ is ready to tour and show you around. The manager Courtney is seasoned and knows how to run a community efficiently, providing the utmost care to her residents. Florencia is an absolute sweetheart and a wonderful support.This community and team is absolutely dynamite, and the community is just WOW! Unique townhome style communities! A must see!

Visited the apartments to look at a model and AJ with leasing was super friendly. He was on the phone however, he made sure to make eye contact and say I will be right with you. The office was pretty busy and I can see why. My partner and I really wanted something new and this place has a really cool pool and clubhouse. I love the colors they used for the apartment. Will go with all of my art work and mid century colors. Needless to say we are leasing. Courtney was so nice and reached out to us to give us the good news. We are leaving the city life for more green space and peacefulness. My doodle is going to be so happy. Thanks guys.

I’ve had such a positive experience living at Alta Wildhorse Ranch Townhomes, thanks to the amazing staff and amenities. Florencia has been incredibly helpful with answering all my questions and making the process smooth from start to finish. She’s always responsive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. Chris, the maintenance man, is equally fantastic. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, he’s quick to respond too. I had some challenges with my oven & he was able to do what was within his power to fix it. My favorite amenity is the gym access. As a healthcare worker, it’s super important to me to be healthy. The fitness center includes multiple options for cardio & weight lifting with great lighting/large mirrors. I am very grateful to live at this community.

Great Complex!! Nikki helped out amazingly in finding a new home for myself. It is easily accessible and not too far from anywhere I need to get to work, travel, or leisure.- Adam D.

My husband & I are in the application process at Alta Wildhorse Ranch and so far everyone has been so nice. Nikki is very helpful and knowledgeable as I have asked about 1000 questions. We can’t wait to (hopefully) be residents there soon!

I am a new tenant at Alta Wildhorse Ranch (moved in one week ago). This is a beautiful property at an excellent price and great location. I have been very impressed with the Leasing Team in particular, I have worked with AJ and Florencia so far. The maintenance guy, Chris, is AWESOME! Chris is super friendly and is willing to do everything possible to fix the issues. There have been a couple of building issues from the new build construction team, which is bound to happen with any new property. I am very happy living here and could see us staying here for a long time.

Courtney was better than great!!!! She let me know everything I needed to know and also anything I wanted to know. This place is a diamond in the rough and should be way more known about 👌🏽 their townhomes/special’s and amenities are really great!!! I highly recommend for a family.
