A must see NEW Apartment complex!! Ask for Michelle. She is the sweetest and will answer all of your questions. Best customer service I have received by far when looking for an apartment. We signed a 15 month lease and are so excited to become residents at Alta Rolling Oaks. The property is beautiful and the views are just gorgeous! Make sure you go check them out. -

As a United States Army Veteran, I chose to make Alta Rolling Oaks my home in September 2024 because of its military-friendly environment. Since moving in, I have experienced nothing but exceptional service from Mr. George, the maintenance supervisor, his team, and the office staff.Mr. George and his team are incredibly professional, respectful, and responsive. They ensure that maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, always completing the job on time and with great attention to detail. Their dedication to keeping the community in top condition does not go unnoticed.I want to give special recognition to Mr. George for his outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence. His professionalism and dedication set a high standard, and his hard work truly makes a difference in the community.The office staff also deserves appreciation for their attentiveness and seamless coordination, making every interaction smooth and efficient.I am grateful to be part of a community where the staff genuinely cares about residentsā well-being. When we moved in to these apartments, they accommodate us with very friendly and hospitality through the Leasing office. They also accommodated us with availability to get into the apartment that we live in right away. Love the swimming pool and the clubhouse. Very nice walkway trail. Love the courtyard open area Quiet community -

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the best service by Michelle! She gave us the tour of the apartaments and the amenities. We fell in love and signed a lease. The property is brand new and so beautiful! Michelle will go above and beyond to help you find your next home at this beautiful complex. -

My wife and I have decided it was time to look for our own place so we started here at these apartments. We are looking no further! We went to tour the facility and was beyond impressed. Great amenities and apartments look homey. Wesley was the greatest leasing agent we could ask for! He was very kind and outgoing during our tour. We mentioned we will be new to the area so Wesley gave us the inside scoop of nearby local gems. Thank you Alta Rolling Oaks for having such personable and diligent employees such as Wesley to help make finding an apartment stress-free activity. -

My husband and I toured the property on Friday, absolutely loved it. Tatiana and Wes are amazing. We did all the necessary paperwork that we need to have done and weāre accepted, I think the next day. we move in Wednesday on the 29th. We were in the process of purchasing a home, but did not have enough time to have everything we need to have done to get the house. So we needed a place to stay quick and let me tell you they were on it. I just canāt get over how awesome this place is and how wonderful we were treated by Tatiana and Wes.The apartment units are beautiful to say the leastā¦ to be honest they are more extravagant than any of the other apartments Iāve ever lived in.Thank you for the hospitality, thank you for the two employees that work in your leasing office that show nothing but professionalism, and actually treat you like your family. Isnāt thatās what you want in a place youāre going to be calling your home ? Of courseā¦ Tatiana and Wes you rock !!! -

I viewed the apartments mid April, and this is definitely the place you want to live beautiful property mind you itās brand new!! Management was so amazing especially Wes! Never felt so welcomed, Wes plus my leasing agent showed me and my fiancĆ© the unit and after we did an application right away, the process and paperwork were a smooth process. We move in this month and we canāt wait! -

He is a true source of information when it comes to the property and application process. Any and all questions I had were answered in a way that is easy to understand. Above all Wes has a great aptitude in his field and should be praised as such. The property is great and my apartment even better! Donāt think twice on this location as it has the best staff and great specials!! -

After a spur of the moment visit to the apartment just to take a look for a future move, I was met by Wes. Wes met me with a smile and positive energy. After he finished assisting another potential resident, he was so professional and personable. He showed me two apartments and was every knowledgeable of each apartment. He even knew about my ESA dog and showed me on the map the upcoming walking path and dog parks. If I decide to move there, I will definitely reach back out to Wes for the transition!! First impression is definitely important and Wes knocked it out the park! -

I was greeted by the property manager Selina who was more than happy to take me around the property and quote me apartments that fit my budget and the time frame Iām looking to move! I visited Alta Rolling Oaks on 02/21 and my experience was extremely positive. This property is absolutely beautiful but nothing beats outstanding customer service and Wesly provided just that. He is warm and welcoming and has the BEST energy. Since the moment I made an appointment to come in to tour, Wesly was transparent, attentive, and extremely communicative throughout the entire application process and approval. I have no doubts about living here because Im confident that all my needs will be taken care of with people like Wesley and Selina (the property manager) being in the office. I could not be more delighted with my first impression of this apartment complex and I am hoping that my positive attitude shall remain the same after I move in.I would like to add that Wesly was a leasing agent at a property Im currently moving from to lease here and its truly refreshing to see that his attitude and welcoming nature is exactly the same and hasnt changed which lets me know that its more than just a job for him; hes not just interested in the transactionāhe cares about your satisfaction and he loves what he does. He made my first apartment experience so smooth and stress free and I cant wait for that type of energy to be continued here by someone who truly cares for people and leaves an exceptional lasting impression with every single interaction. -

I work south of Austin but donāt want to leave San Antonio. Found this place in north San Antonio and it is brand new and they gave me a great special. Now I can stay in San Antonio but my drive to work us much faster! The people that work here are also super nice. -

I visited place because it was new and Wes and Tatianna helped me out. They took time out of their day to tour the complex with me, and answer and questions I have. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The complex has a nice gym with Peleton bike and the pool is gorgeous. This would be a nice place to live. -
