    Alta River Oaks is a great apartment complex. Iā€™ve been a resident here for a few months and have no complaints. The staff here is exceptional and very caring. Mauricio was very welcoming when I first signed on and has been extremely helpful since day one.The community is quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are always considerate of the building and others. The public spaces and amenities are always regularly cleaned and taken care of. I love the locationā€”its very safe and walkable, with easy access to some nice new restaurants and Buffalo Bayou Park. Id definitely recommend anyone looking for a new place to check it out, you wont be disappointed.

    We moved here from the suburbs and it was the best decision we could have made. The place is beautiful, modern and green. Perfect for living with animals or children. A huge plus is the safe area full of restaurants, cafes, lots of amenities.Even though the building is quite large I dont feel overwhelmed by the amount of people here, its really peaceful. We live here very well, the reception is helpful in every way!

    Iā€™d give 10 stars if I could! Wonderful, caring and very responsive staff!! There are units with balcony views of downtown, River Oaks or Autry Park! My unit was a corner unit with all the views and I loved it. I stayed here for a year before getting married; it was awesome and close to everything! Not to mention I felt safe which is a big deal!! Iā€™d recommend it to anyone that needs a little bit of everything!

    Lexi is truly the best. She helped me with my move in process and paid attention to details. She explained and answered all of my questions and was very adamant to go above and beyond with the leasing process. I love my apartment and Alta River Oaks. The location is great, walking distance to the bayou and great restaurants nearby. I highly encourage to check out ARO if you havenā€™t already! Itā€™s truly a Great place to live!

    Alta River Oaks has been a good and very peaceful place to live. The location is perfect, with a built in footpath from the apartment to buffalo bayou and walkable access to retail and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and Mauricio has always been responsive and willing to help with anything I need.

She is the main reason I rented from Alta since I did not get to see the actual unit I am currently living in. She was extremely professional, has outstanding communication skills, and has a very personalized approach. If you are looking to rent a place, please ask for her!!

    Things were a little rocky when Greystar took over but it seems like theyā€™ve worked out most of the kinks.The best part about Alta is the location. Itā€™s amazing. An easy walk to so many restaurants, two Pilates studios, a sauna studio, nail salon, shopping, ice cream, River Oaks Shopping Center (Zanti, brasserie 19, hemline, Sephora, mad potter, etc. etc. etc)Also an easy walk to Buffalo bayou. The location is seriously the BEST in Houston.Overall itā€™s a great spot and the units are pretty nice with stylish finishes and appliances. The maintenance staff is awesome. Theyā€™ve always come to fix issues very quickly and made sure I had functioning utilities before anything else. When my dishwasher broke, the part would have taken weeks to arrive, so they brought me an extra dishwasher while they fixed mine. Sooo appreciated.I do wish that they would keep stock of the critical parts for the elevators so that we wouldnā€™t have to be down an elevator for over a month. That was really frustrating and inconvenient.As a whole though, it seems like they do listen to the residents to make improvements where needed. Iā€™ve never had an issue with neighbors either. Everyone has been courteous and kind!

    Let me start by saying that I had checked out a few places online and visited two other places in person in the same vicinity prior to checking out Alta. Walking in to my appointment at Alta I was greeted by one of the sweetest leasing agents, Autumn. I gave her and idea of what I was looking for and she was quick to inform and show me my options. You know that anxious feeling you get after asking an agent a ton of questions and asking to see all kinds of units? Well, Autumn did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable to ask anything. I was very adamant about getting a unit with a sunset or sunrise view and she did everything she could to show me anything that was available to my liking. I fell in love with their business center and clubhouse due to all the seating availability for me to be able to work remotely. The property is very clean, well kept, and its pretty cool that each unit has a balcony and floor to ceiling windows. Ive been here two months now and honestly dont have any complaints about anything. Ive enjoyed my view every single day since Ive moved Im happy to be living in a property where management cares about their residents and does little events to show appreciation to its residents.

    Great experience! We went on a tour of the property and it was great. Great amenities, clean and upkept, and modern/updated. We were also able to get a look at the floor plan we were interested in. We have worked with both Mauricio and Lexi and both are very nice and answer all of our questions promptly. Excited to live here soon!

    My son lives here with his wife and he gave us a tour , it was a beautiful apartment complex, there were so many neat areas outside and things to do right in the complex! I was so impressed, it was clean and well maintained and felt very safe . I could not be happier he picked these apartments.

    I would highly recommend signing a lease at Alta River Oaks to anyone looking to live SAFELY inside of the city while remaining in a prime location central to everything Houston has to offer. The property remains clean at all times thanks to the attention to detail by the maintenance and leasing office staff. I knew this property was the right fit for me when I went on my tour with one of the leasing office ladies, Andria Ryder, who had me sold 10 minutes into my tour. She is very knowledgeable about the property, surrounding area, and made me feel like I was touring a new place with a friend rather than someone trying to sell me a leasing agreement. She was very responsive and timely during my application process, and there is always a leasing agent physically available during office hours, something I didnā€™t see during the many tours I took of other properties in the surrounding area. She made the property feel like home before I even settled in. 10/10 recommend Alta River Oaks!

    Chloe is an absolute pleasure to work with, I moved to this facility from a different state and she answered all my questions promptly. I would always call with additional questions and inquiries and she was always very kind and patient, and made sure I had all I needed to make the moving process easier. The facility is very well maintained, there is always cleaning staff freshening up the spaces and all the elevators smell great! Itā€™s the perfect place to live to be close enough to the city, but faraway enough to enjoy Buffalo bayou and rice box!

    No apartment is perfect, which is why Iā€™m rating this a 4 star. But I have loved living here during my short tenure! The amenities are great, the location is perfect, the finishes are beautiful (although not the best material)! Once Autry Park is complete, this location will be perfect with retail and eateries right outside your door. Perfect for those that have pups as well due to the location being walking distance to Buffalo Bayou! Neighbors are also friendly!Andria, my leasing professional, is professional, funny, knowledgeable and kind! She treated me with respect and patience through my rushed process which I appreciate. To this day, she doesnā€™t hesitate to greet me when she sees me! The other leasing ladies are also great and super friendly! Iā€™ve toured other apartments, but the leasing professional at Alta are certainly a pleasure to work with!

    I moved in a few weeks ago after touring TONS of apartments in the area. I love that the apartments have gas stoves, large balconies, brightly-lit mirrors, and all brand new appliances. The amenities on-site are amazing! Cant wait to be able to use them in the months to come. I toured and signed with Autumn, who was really invested finding a good fit when deciding which apartment and which layout was best for me. The other leasing staff were also extremely helpful in the couple of times Ive approached them with questions. I am so happy with the decision Ive made thus far and am excited to call Alta River Oaks my home!

    My husband and I have been residents here for one year. We have plans to renew the lease. The office staff (Andria, Destiny, Chloe and Jackie) are always professional and show a willingness to resolve issues brought to their attention. This is definitely a pet-friendly building. Unfortunately, some dog owners refuse to clean up after their pets inside and outside the building.The location of the building is ideal for those working downtown or wanting easy access to the nearby park. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

    I absolutely love my floor plan - 2/2 (B3) . It is the perfect amount of space for me especially working at home full time - Lots of storage too. Also, the office staff are amazing. I worked with Andria while touring the property and she is very knowledgeable, and answers any questions you have about the property and any leasing related questions.     Me and my husband just toured this property and all we have to say is wow!!!The amenities are great, the vibe is really nice, over all 5 ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøLayouts are done well and every space was thoughtfully planned. Common spaces look very clean, regardless being a very busy Saturday. Above all else the staff was good specially our leasing specialist Kat, she is probably the best in the business. Amazing young professional that knows in great detail every part of the community and units. She knows it all and itā€™s a breath of fresh air from touring many places and their agents not knowing anything about the property they are showing. We are definitely planning to proceed and make this complex a home for us.

    I lived here for 13 months and overall the experience was OK. Most of the staff is lovely, but the experiences with Gabrielle were always painful. This place has very little guest parking and thereā€™s no way to buzz your guests through the gate which causes a lot of congestion and cars all waiting to trail behind a resident to enter. I did enjoy the new appliances and pool area and I also think they do a nice job keeping the place clean.

    The building really speaks for itself.. Great amenities, perfect location for taking walks on the bayou, and the natural light that comes through the apartments makes a huge difference when you wfh. Everyone Ive met on the leasing or maintenance team has been so friendly! Autumn was my direct leasing agent and from start to finish she made sure I was accommodated. Shes personable, warm, smart, and transparent. You literally cant ask for anything more. Iā€™m glad I decided to move here.

    Nice clean building, however when it comes to somewhere you want to live management is the most important. The leasing team/management company is outstanding! Gabrielle, Destiny, and Jackie all go above and beyond with assisting residents and guest. The maintenance team is also quick at fixing issues. I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating! Alta is definitely a place you want to consider living.

    Because of major water damage to my home at the end of Feb. had to find housing immediately. In addition to the stress, my days were filled with looking at countless properties. Andria lead my tour at Alta River Oaks, she was simply, an angel. Her energy and enthusiasm coupled with her knowledge of the property and kind nature sold me on the unit. She listened to my needs in regard to space and amenities and selected only the units that fit my needs. She pointed out the great fixtures in the unit while still allowing me quiet time to take in the unit for myself. Andriaā€™s pride in the property was evident in the her enthusiasm in showing off the beautiful, well kept amenities on location. Lastly, my move date was approved for a Monday, Andria advocated on my behalf (I think her and her manager did some vacuuming) and my move date was moved up to Saturday. Since moving in the support continues in answering questions and correcting any needed tweaks. I work from home, I find that the unit is quiet and I love that there are plenty of beautiful wi fi areas that I can work in if I want to get out of my unit office.

    I was one of the first few people to sign a lease with Alta River Oaks, and after a couple of months of living here, I can honestly say that the experience has been nothing short of incredible. The demand for these units is high for a reason. The apartment complex itself is great, with so many amazing amenities and floor plans. The location is perfect as well ā€“ itā€™s centralized and super close to anywhere you could want to go. I could not ask for anything more.Kaitlyn, the leasing agent, has been an incredible help too! She is professional, very kind, and is always willing to answer any questions that I have! From the leasing process through months of residency, she has explained and guided me through it all flawlessly. Overall, my experience here has been great. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is interested. If Google allowed me to give more than 5 stars, I would.

    Beautiful property. We toured 7 other complexes before touring here and immediately knew this is where we wanted to end up. Our leasing agent, Autumn, was very welcoming unlike some other places. We had a lot of questions in regards to leasing and she promptly provided answers every step of the way, even going out of her way to make sure they could accommodate our move in day. She has been extremely helpful and made this process much less stressful on us, especially since we were leasing from out of town.

    I visited the community a few weeks ago, Jackie was amazing! She was super helpful and kind, she answered every question I had. I felt like I was home already. If you are looking for an apartment, there are three things you are going to find here: beautiful community, beautiful apartments and great people with amazing customer service! Perfect river oaks location. The amenities are impressive especially the sky lounge.

    My girlfriend and I toured the complex with Gabrielle and absolutely fell in love with it. The property is super nice, all the amenities are top-notch, and the proximity to the bayou is perfect for taking the dog for a walk. Gabrielle was super nice and we signed a lease the same day !! We cant wait to move in !!

    I love living here! The staff is extremely nice and very responsive. Whenever I have questions I usually talk to Kat and she always gets me an answer. It is a very clean community with great people living here. There is also great security features both in the units themselves and the complex as a whole. I would definitely recommend this complex!

    Wow, I recently toured Alta River Oaks and it exceeded all my expectations. On top of great amenities, the location is perfectly situated in the heart of Houston.     What an awesome place to call home! Alta River Oaks is safe , clean, and centrally located . If ever I have a concern, maintenance is quick to respond within 24 hours. Thereā€™s a tall guyā€¦I canā€™t think of his name, Mark? Marco? Heā€™s super SMOOTH, very funny and always there to help! I am proud to be a resident of this property.

    This is the best place Ive ever lived at. Katlyn helped us during the leasing process and everything was very clear, easy and fast.     This review is based on from someone who just moved into Alta River Oaks a few weeks ago and so far so good. Andria did a great job giving us a tour of the property and giving us all the information we needed to make our choice to live at Alta River Oaks. Shes available to help and answer any questions we have and if shes out of the office, the rest of the front office staff wont hesitate to help either. During our move in, we had a few minor things that needed to be fixed in our unit, but as soon as we told the front office, maintenance arrive shortly within 20min to fix the issues. What l love about this complex is the location. Its across the street from Buffalo Bayou Park and theres a handful of restaurants near by. The complex is fairly quiet which is relaxing. Either the walls are thick or the units next to us are vacant. They have great amenities; a nice relaxing pool with a court yard across the way with bbq grills and lounge chairs, ping pong table, and corn hole. Theres a club room with a poker table and a bunch of bar games and has a hidden speakeasy lounge area attached to it. The gym is spacious and modern with fairly new equipment. They have a bike storage room which is a great necessity with all the bike routes they have in the area.They are very dog friendly here. They usually have dog treats in the leasing office and a lot of space outside the complex to walk your dog. Although this place seems to be perfect, its not a 5 star review yet. They have this door lock system called Latch; instead of clickers or physical keys, you use an app on your phone to unlock all the doors. Its a great concept if it worked 100% of the time, but it doesnt. Theres always a door thats not working, even if they fix that one, another one will be out. So be prepared to go through an alternative door. They use Luxar for packages, but they are not lockers, its a room that requires the luxar code to get in. They do their best to place packages in the correct area where your unit is, but boxes are still placed on the floor and again walls which makes it hard to move around in and feels messy. Although they do have a bike storage room, its not the best or what I expected for a luxury apartment. It needs to be cleaner and needs more bike racks because the bikes are basically stacked on top of each other... but at least theres a bike storage. These are just a few pros and cons of what I experience here at Alta at River Oaks in my first few weeks. Overall, I would recommend this complex if you are looking into moving around the River oaks area. Speak to Andria and shell take care of you.

    I love this place! Itā€™s definitely on my list for when my lease is up. I came here on several occasions to help my best friend move in and get settled. Each time, staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the maintenance men, Marcus, was an extreme help with loading and unloading the elevator for my friend and I. I highly recommend. Itā€™s like a luxury hotel, except you live there!

    My husband and I had a wonderful leasing experience with Alta River Oaks. We had our eye on the complex ever since it was under construction because of the amazing location, and came in to tour it once it was complete. The complex and units are lovely with high quality finishes, and the staff (especially Katlyn) were so helpful and welcoming. The area felt safe and very close to the River Oaks shopping center as well as the bayou trail. We would highly recommend checking this place out!

    I looked at a number of properties and by far ALTA won hands down.Great location, nice amenities and overall great value for a high end rental.However, the best part of the overall experience came from the leasing agent Katlyn. Simply amazing! She was awesome from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and easy. Emails/calls have been returned in a very timely basis, and when shes not in the office the rest of the ALTA team has been great to work with!Katlyn- thanks for being so freaking awesome and making us comfortable in our new home!

    Its a great place to live, and I love the location. The building offers great amenities as well! The staff, particularly Katlyn Ortega, is amazing! We have been living in our apartment at Alta River Oaks for over two months, and while there have been slight teething issues considering this is a brand new building, Katlyn has helped resolve them expeditiously and efficiently. Love living here!
