I had searched for some information about Alta Park on the internet before visiting. Among all my choices, this complex was my top pick. I could only visit one building that day, so I chose Alta. From the very first moment, I was already amazed. Adair guided us, and she was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire experience. The building is incredible, all the amenities are breathtaking, and I didn’t need to visit any other complex. I chose this one to live in. Adair was also so committed to help us with the application and I wouldnt be more happy to pick this place to call home!

Ive had a pleasant experience so far with my apartment, the building is in a great location, the amenities are up to date and sooo nice! Lacee was so professional I love her personality, promptness and energy! Brandon also assisted me I love his promptness and energy as well! Maintenance guy Jim is very nice and will tend to any issues in a timely manner! The entire staff is awesome overall I highly recommend.

Happy to leave a review after one month of living at Alta Park Central- My experience thus far has been nothing short of pleasant and welcoming! Assistant director, Lacee, was quick to answer all my questions and allowed me to walk my unit several times before I committed! I have been taking advantage of the amenities, including the gym, sky lounge, and business center, which have all been luxurious and comfortable! So happy I moved here :)

I had the pleasure of touring Alta Park Central and have decided to move here! It is a gorgeous property and each unit is so unique with state of the art upgrades and features you dont typically see in apartments. The gym is incredible and the pool looks like a resort pool. Adair gave me a very thorough tour and answered ALL my questions. She was very professional and made me feel like I was at home. I also got to meet Monica their property manager and was impressed by her level of knowledge of the area and the property itself. I cant wait to make Alta Park Central my home in December!

Lacee and the whole staff at Alta Park were so wonderful and made our move Dallas so easy! Out of all the places we were shown Alta checked off everything on our wish list. We were able to view different units remotely and they answered all our questions. And the facilities are simply beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

I took a tour with Adair and she was very pleasant and helpful. I informed her of my past experience with an apartment complex and she acknowledge my concerns as well as answered all of my questions. Adair was so funny too and knowledgeable. I look for this in management because nobody wants to live where management doesnt care. I went back with my mom and Brandon took us to, not only my unit of interest, but 3 others just to make sure I received the visuals I needed to make my decision. He was so patient as well and answered any questions my mom had. I will have to say management is a big reason I decided to move forward. The units are beautiful also! I cant wait to use the built-in speakers. I love that they have updated gym equipment so I can go downstairs to work out if I dont want to drive to the gym.I look forward to living here at Alta.

Toured with Adair yesterday and she was so kind. The building is brand new and stunning. We actually filled out an application at another high-end midrise closeby but their business practices left something to be desired and I was worried about how things would be after we moved in. Rather than just taking our fees and radio silence Adair has been incredibly helpful and we applied after our tour with her. Were so excited to move in!
