This apartment community is truly exceptional! The amenities are unbeatable—everything you could ever need, including free coffee that makes mornings so much better. The views here are absolutely stunning, and it’s just a very short walk to the lake, which is perfect for relaxing or outdoor activities.The locality is so peaceful and secure. On top of that, the leasing office team is the best I’ve ever worked with—they’re incredibly friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to help residents. If you’re looking for a place with luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, a tranquil neighborhood, and a supportive staff, this is the place to be!

We got Lacee when we went there for a tour. She was covering the location. We had a great time touring with her. After she was still very good about keeping up with us up until move in day! Wish she was at this location but the rest of the staff has been good so far.

We toured the property on Sunday and Brooke Cumiskey was our tour guide. The property is new and a very nice complex. Beautiful grounds with ample parking. Looking forward to making Alta Marine Creek my new home!

I have lived a lot of places and this apartment has been wonderful. The ladies upfront are amazing, kind, helpful, and not rude. The maintenance staff is quick and the apartments are really nice. We love the gym and the access to the lake. We are happy here.

Its a wonderful place to live! The staff makes us feel welcome, and my daughter enjoys the events the office organizes! I havent noticed many issues, but they quickly respond to service requests. You cant beat the view and direct access to the Marine Creek trail.

I have been a resident for a few days now and I can honestly tell you that I love it! The property is beautiful and well kept. To my surprise, I was greeted in my apartment with snacks and goodies. Very impressed!I was very impressed with the concierge service for my trash. Imagine not having to walk my own trash out - simply put it outside your door and DONE! I have absolutely no complaints.I encourage you to rent from this place as you will not be disappointed in the hospitality or esthetics!

Great complex and even better apartments. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating, especially Chelsea H. She was the one who assisted me with my lease. Location is also a huge plus, easy access to 820. Overall Alta Marine Creek is a wonderful place to call home.

The entire experience from inquiring about the property to post move in has been amazingly pleasant. Nina answered my many questions and assisted me with selecting the unit that was best for me. I relocated from across the country and was really nervous about moving in without seeing the place in person. The staff did a great job helping to make the transition as smooth as possible. The property looks exactly like the pictures on the website, the grounds are well kept, and the unit is beautiful. They’ve even made setting up internet easy by having the equipment already onsite.

Alta Marine Creek Apartments !!! I love it here! The move in was very smooth. I love the staff here. Chelsea is very nice n respectful. Very professional. She made my sister and I feel great when giving us our keys. I love our new home, which we moved from California. I can say these ppl here make me feel good for choosing this complex. If you don’t know the apartments are freshly new and very spacious, it so peaceful here especially at night.

I just want to say that my coworker and I went to check out this place and it did not disappoint. I got to see the exact unit I’ll be moving into which most complexes have not shown me. Chelsea (my leasing agent) was extremely nice and especially timely with her responses to all of my questions. When we got there the phone seemed to be ringing off the hook but she took care of us promptly. I am very excited to be moving here.

I’m sold!!We’ve recently decided to move to a different area at the end of our lease. After looking at a few “maybe” properties our last stop was Alta Marine Creek. This place is absolutely gorgeous! The pool alone had me ready to move asap! The best part was the staff. Everyone was smiling, the environment was inviting, almost felt like home already! The leasing agent we spoke with , Chelsea, was so sweet, easy to talk to and more knowledgeable about their property than the others we went to. I’m not exaggerating when I say they deserve an A+++++ and then some.I will add more later on after we hopefully move in! This is a “see to believe” for sure!!

I stopped on Friday to take a tour of the place. Beautiful apartments inside. I’m not sure about all of the apartments, but the unit I liked had its own stairs. Do not share hallways with anyone else. Harmony, hopefully I pronounced the name right, was great, and not just her, but her colleague and property manager were super nice! Even the guy in charge of the construction talked to me briefly and was super nice. I love that you can have woods, lake views if you don’t want to face the parking lot or courtyard and pool area, now remember that will be based on availability too.Only two cons is that they won’t offer garages. And that the washer machines and dryers included are cheap small units. They are included, and that is super nice for most people, but if you have your own like me, that I just purchased a brand new set, nicer than the included units in the apartment, less than a year ago, you won’t be able to bring them in.If you can overcome those two cons, beautiful property and apartments once everything is finished.
