    I moved into a one-bedroom apartment a week ago and have loved it so far! The apartment is the perfect size for me and my dog and has plenty of closet space. All the amenities offered are wonderful. The staff was very helpful, from touring to picking up my keys.

    Out of all of the apartments I have lived in, this is by far my favorite. With great amenities, helpful staff, and just an all around beautiful atmosphere, Alta Denton is fantastic! The office staff is very professional and friendly which can be a bit hard to come by nowadays. Typically, I speak with Bailee or Madison and not once have I ever had a bad encounter! If you are looking for an apartment to rent in Denton, I highly recommend

    Had an appointment to get more information on the two bedroom availability. The model was very clean and neat. Bailee and Madisen in the front office were very helpful and inviting! Definitely recommend checking them out.

    I am on year 2 of living at Alta Denton station and I could not be happier. There have been minor problems, but we originally came from an apartment that was SO awful, noisy, and trashy that the minor problems seem like nothing. This apartment is a breath of fresh air and I’m so happy to be here. Maintenance is always fast as well. Parking can be scarce if you come late at night, but overall a great and safe community.

    We’re fairly new to the complex, but so far we’ve loved it! The staff are very easy to work with and come across very helpful and kind. We had an issue with a businesses sprinklers flooding our backyard and they were very willing to reach out to them to get the issue resolved. The other community members haven’t presented a problem, and it’s overall been a quiet, clean, pleasant living experience for the time we’ve been there. The amenities are great, even though we haven’t had a whole lot of time to use them, and the location is fairly nice, being away from the city bustle but plenty close to everything we need. The only thing left to be desired is lack of parking, temporarily broken gates, and streamlining of some leasing processes, but these are by no means dealbreakers for us. Overall, we’d definitely recommend living here.

    I moved in August 2023 and just moved out, but from day one, I had an amazing experience. The community is quiet, maintenance is incredibly responsive (often same-day service), and the office staff communication is excellent. The apartments are luxurious with great space, and the amenities are great. The trash valet service is dependable as long as you follow the rules and timing. Parking near building 4 can be a bit limited, likely due to the building’s location, but it wasn’t a major issue. Special thanks to Bailey, who was instrumental in making our time here so enjoyable. If we could have stayed longer, I definitely would have!

    I recently toured Alta Denton Station with AJ, the property manager, and had an amazing experience. The apartment and amenities were top-notch, and I was very impressed by the level of care the management team seems to put into the property. Although my lease isn’t up until later next year, I already know this is the place I want to be. Thank you, AJ for being so knowledgeable and welcoming. I felt right at home and can’t wait to come back and rent here!

    OMG!! Very very nice apartment complex. All of the amenities are amazing. Bailee and Madison are the absolute sweetest and they answer any question that you have even if it may seem silly. My roommate and I had a terrible experience an apartment complex that kind of traumatized us, but then we found Alta Denton Station and immediately fell in love. I highly recommend these apartments!!

    I recently toured Alta Denton Station and was really impressed with the community, amenities and I LOVED the two bedroom floor plan! When Madisen and AJ, who were AMAZING, showed me around I felt like I was at home! I also love that access to the loop and convenience of the location to all the places I frequent 😃 Thank yall so much for the incredible customer service and I can’t wait to move in!!!

    Alta Denton Station is a lovely new complex. They have pristine amenities, which feel like a five star hotel. I enjoyed my cheerful and beautiful apartment with spacious, walk-in closets, washer dryer in unit, etc. Kitchen is gorgeous with a lovely island. Wonderful cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms. The garage I got is awesome and spacious. The only complaint I have is that the concrete stairs and concrete halls on the upper floors seem hard to clean, so if someone spills, or mud gets tracked, it just eventually seems to stain the concrete. Otherwise, though, the grounds are gorgeous, staff very helpful and friendly, convenient location. Highly recommend!

    Here is an honest review after living here for a yearThe property itself is very beautiful. What youd like about it is that it is in a very safe part of Denton, free of any crime or anything you might find in a downtown area. Also, road noise is not noticeable at all.Baliee in the leasing office was incredible in answering our questions at the time of move-in, signing our lease, and touring the property! Every interaction in the leasing office has been positive.Maintenance requests have been very quick! However, I am not sure how true this will remain now that Tim is gone.We have had no issues (outside basic preventative maintenance items) in our apartment. Trash valet has always come during their scheduled times and does an excellent job communicating to the residents when service may be disrupted.However, if I were to give one critique, it would be to address the spider infestation in my building. I have seen them, along with webs, mainly in the hallways around corners and doorsteps. Additionally, I have seen some in my unit, which include cornered areas. While I have not seen big spiders in my unit, they are still noticeable, and I can see how someone with arachnophobia could be turned off by this.Also, the side gate adjacent to where the car wash is being built has been out of operation for over a month now. When gates go down, it usually takes them a week or two to rectify the issue.All in all, I have had a very pleasant experience renting here.

    The apartment and entire building was clean, comfortable, and had all the luxury amenities. The location was also great, with easy access to the highway and restaurants/shops. The staff was friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

    Beautiful property, great amenities and central location to everything in Denton! The gym features some of the best equipment that I have seen in an apartment community. The pool is great too; relaxing and resort-like. The team at Alta Denton Station is also the best I have worked with - when moving here we had many questions, but Madison was always there to answer our many questions with a friendly attitude and helpful answers.

    So Ive only lived here for a couple weeks, but I have been blown away, totally impressed with every facet of my new home and the apartment management and maintenance staff.I had a very minor service issue, so I opened a maintenance ticket, planning to check up on it if I hadnt heard back in 3-4 days. Imagine my surprise when my issue was addressed in less than 24 hours, with a note left by the maintenance tech to tell me what they had done. Stunned. Pleased. Well and truly chuffed!My apartment is beautiful, the grounds are tidy and well kept, and the leasing office staff is responsive, considerate, and knowledgeable.I look forward to making this complex my home for quite some time.

    I just want to say I’m part of the maintenance staff, I also live on sight. I give a five star.. everything inside out. I was impressed. Construction was awesome, the pool the landscaping very very nice. You have a lot of amenities. You’re five minutes from everything. I just wanna say thanks construction, you guys were awesome and so far everything has been clicking very well, very little work orders ,which means very little complaints.

    Went into the office to discuss a parking issue and I was pretty upset, but I was greeted by Madisen who is always so nice.After discussing my issue and being calmed down by Bailee the manager Monica came out to speak with me to make sure everything was handled and if I had any other issues.This is my 3rd apartment and this is by far the best experience I’ve EVER had all because of their service and they do care about us as renters.Thank you Alta Denton Station.Anthony and Amy

She answered our questions in a timely manner and was so helpful to my college student when she went there for a tour. I feel so comfortable that my daughter and her roommate will be living at Alta Denton for the remainder of their college time in Denton, TX.

    I am so excited to move to Alta!! This is the first apartment that me and my boyfriend will be moving into together and they have made the entire process so easy and much less scary (thank you Bailee!). We looked at dozens of apartments on our search but as soon as we saw these, it was an instant yes!! The units are so clean, have tons of storage, and all the appliances are new. Definitely can’t wait to move in!!

    These apartments are so nice ! I have seen the maintenance man clean the pool often, he does such a great job that the water stays ckear and blue .The staff also keep the resident lounge and gym clean. When it comes to having an appliance issue, they came and took care of it really quick and told me what to look out for in the future They have good knowledge of what theyre fixing. The front desk lady is real friendly. I highly recommend these apartments.

    Moving into a new apartment can be very stressful, whether if you are moving by yourself, with a spouse or your whole family. However, Bailee help so much through the process of applying.     Honestly, just to start off, if i could give this amazing woman more stars, I most definitely would in a heartbeat! Bailee has made me feel at home already within a few short days. She is extremely professional, informative, and the tour that she took me & my family on, I could tell that she takes great pride in her job & its duties. The little things is whats most impressive about her in her role at Alta Denton Station. I love the fact that shes taken the minor details from her previous roles at different properties and has brought them here to Alta. Those minor things such as the complementary protein powder in the fitness center just showed me that she really does care about the residents experience living here. That meant a lot to me. I could go on longer on how much she impressed me within these last few days, but if you want to see for yourself, just head on over to the property and youll be greeted with a nice warm smile & excellent customer service.
