Carol and Michael have been such a big help with any questions I have had or anything I needed. I am grateful for all there help. The managers have been helpful as well. This community has been great to live in. I have been here five months. The amenities are nice. I recommend living here to anyone that is looking for a new place.

Mike and Carol in the leasing office are kind and helpful and the apartments are spacious and look great. The pool is nice and so is the gym. The 5 stars are for the apartment.However, its important to know that as of June 2024, the once quiet zones where trains werent allowed to sound horns, are no longer quiet until the City of San Marcos gets their tracks back up to code (an inspection of the citys train crossings showed several violations, including missing safety markings and barriers). Due to the proximity of the complex to the train track, you will hear (and feel) trains night and day, which I dont really mind, but the horns will wake you up.Additionally, there is construction that has just started behind the complex, I dont know what they are building but its loud and starts as early as 7am, including Saturdays. I was THRILLED to get an apartment facing the peaceful grassy fields but now my view is dirt and loud, heavy machinery. This impacts Buildings 1-3 the most, especially those with balconies facing north west.

Alta Center Point has been great since we’ve moved in. Whenever we have had any concerns, they were quick to respond. Our neighbors are also very considerate and our apartment is very quiet as well. We are grateful for being able to live here and call it our home.

Michael is the go-to guy here! He is extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions and addressing any concerns you may have! I stopped by Alta Center Point as well as many other communities in San Marcos but this property stood out not only for their amazing staff but also for their beautiful grounds and amenities! Definitely cannot go wrong touring and living here!

The apartments are very nice! and the staff is even nicer! theyre always willing to help out and are great about connecting with their residents.

The floor plans are spacious and are absolutely beautiful. Awesome amenities which add a nice touch! The staff are responsive, professional, and take great care of their residents /prospective residents.

Alta center point has to be one of most welcoming communities I have visited, apart from the beautiful floor plans and amazing specials. Carol was very personable and made me feel like a part of the community. She made me laugh the whole time and kept an ongoing conversation. Carol thank you for having such an amazing personality and having a beautiful soul. If I decide to apply it will definitely be because of you.

I highly recommend these for anyone looking, they are very beautiful & everyone is very friendly and welcoming. There are no disturbances it’s very peaceful. I’ve never had no issues here everything has been really smooth and amazing.

I am very happy and satisfied, Carol answered all my questions she went above and beyond to make things work very happy with their service.As well as the Manager Araceli returned my calls as much as needed.Thank you so much for your help a5 Star in everything, nice place to live in and great place as well everything is close by San Marcos Outlets restaurants IHOP for an early breakfast Awesome job thank you

The community is beautiful and the leasing office staff have been nothing but helpful! Carol and Mike have been extremely responsive and knowledgeable about all questions we’ve had. I highly recommend looking in to Alta Center Point if you are looking for a fantastic new home!
