    I’ve lived at Alta Berry Creek for a couple of months now and I can honestly say this is probably the best apartment I’ve ever chosen. The property is always clean and well maintained, there are lots of families with kids but even on breaks it’s never been super noisy and all the staff I’ve interacted with have been great. My heater stopped working during a cold snap the other week and Ross came out right away to get it fixed. It went out again that same day and Ross came back as soon as I called the office, he was friendly, polite and very helpful. I would very much recommend living here

    Alta Berry Creek is a shining example of what a well run, clean, high end, and well staffed apartment community should be like.I went with a 2nd floor 1 bedroom unit, which has a 1st floor entryway with a private stairwell. This makes large grocery trips a breeze, and provide a nice private entrance instead of having a door straight into my kitchen.The kitchen and living area is spacious and open, and there’s a great nook for a home office of sorts. Looking at the plan online doesn’t do it justice, it’s much larger in person. I have a 75in TV in the photos on this review, and I feel like I could go even bigger.All of the appliances are a nice stainless finish, the sink is a deep single bay, and there’s a filtered water dispenser on the fridge- no more brita!The thermostat is app-connected and was a breeze to schedule on the app, and AC works great so far. The bathroom continues the theme of high quality finishes, from the lighting to the drawers and cabinets.What really sets apart Alta Berry Creek, however, is their staff. Emily was a pleasure to work with- all the way from touring to leasing- and the leadership has also been great to work with. Ashley and Chris both addressed any of my concerns quickly and respectfully, something that is hard to find in any industry, much less apartments.Overall, I’d highly recommend Alta Berry Creek. The location is convenient, the amenities are excellent, the units are high quality and spacious, and the staff are honest and humble.

    I had an amazing experience getting moved into my new apartment, and a huge part of that was due to Tracelyn Ross. From start to finish, Tracelyn made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference in my experience.

    The environment, the staff, the tenants, overall very exceptional honestly doesnt get better than this unless youre at a five-star hotel with unlimited room service lol. The staff always has events for us they really care about the well-being of their tenants they make sure that we all come together as a community and thrive as one!! Theyre on top of everything and I appreciate everything they do I would definitely recommend moving here especially if you love some place to call home this is absolutely amazing!!

    I’ve driven by this place before - and had heard good things. A couple years ago, I left some amazing apartments to buy a home with someone. The apartments I moved from had the best staff, and that stuck with me. I got the house but now I’m thinking of renting it and getting back into an apartment, just not sure on timeline. I had a friend looking too so we went to Alta Berry Creek. When I walked in, I was greeted with good energy right away. Bryant greeted us and I immediately felt at home. He immediately told me it was Greystar, and since that’s what I came from, I was excited. The way he answered our questions and didn’t apply too much pressure was exactly needed. He was attentive to both my situation and my friends and I felt like he continued to show me Greystar is where it’s at!

    I came in with a friend who was on the search to find her perfect apartment! Bryant was very friendly and super helpful in assisting her in her search! He is really great at what he does and my friend was happy! Absolutely earned 5 stars!

    I visit friends here often and each time I am amazed at the property and how clean it is! I was able to attend their pool party with my buddy who lives here and the staff are all so welcoming and kind. I was able to have a conversation with the lady who works at the front whose name is Tracelyn I believe. She has the best positive attitude and you can tell she takes the time to get to know everyone.

    From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming I believe I was working with Quetzal and she was very attentive.The property itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere that truly enhances the stay.The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, featuring stylish decor, full kitchens, and stunning views of the surrounding area.

    My experience here was so amazing! I did want to thank Tracelyn for taking the time to show us around the property even though we just stopped by for some information. She is super friendly and was able to answer all the questions me and my roommate had! If you live in the Georgetown area you need to go visit Alta Berry Creek and tour with Tracelyn I promise you won’t be disappointed!

    I am so glad I stopped by these apartments. Sherwin was very helpful and I know a great asset to the team of Alta Berry Creek. I ended up applying and being approved and move in was quick and convenient. I really love my apartment, it is beautiful, spacious and the light that comes into my place is so bright and beautiful. Once again thanks to Sherwin for making this such an easy process and the wonderful house warming gift. If your looking for great apartments with a great front office team choose these apartments.

    Went in for a tour, and met the infamous Sherwin. Hes everything everyone raves about! Super helpful in answering all my questions, and listening to my horror story of my previous apartment experience. These apartments are really nice, and offer a lot of amenities that a lot of high high end luxury apartments dont even offer, which is great.     I’m speechless.Apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious. It’s literally brand new. Yes it’s pricey but for Georgetown is pretty affordable and you get your moneys worth.Clubhouse is 24/7 and very nice! Pool is awesome too.Office staff was phenomenal as well. Sherwin went above and beyond to help us out, waited for us AFTER business hours to help us. He was kind, accommodating, thorough, and just good vibes. You don’t see this often for apartment leasing office. He is an exception.For context, I’m new to Texas and didn’t had everything prepare at move in. Super helpful with the move in. This warm reception and service is why I’m even leaving a review for an apartment 😂

    This is my first apartment and the ABC staff was amazing. Sherwin was great in assisting us in the entire process. His communication was great and he made sure everything was perfect with our documents. He was down to earth and so sweet. Additionally, Tracelynn was also so kind during over the phone calls and emails. She was super professional in handling business. I love the teamwork efforts the agents have and I cannot wait to be apart of this community!

    I am extremely excited to move into Alta Berry Creek. My whole experience so far has been wonderful and Emily is a big part of making my experience outstanding. She absolutely has done an amazing job with showing the unit, communicating, being helpful and knowledgeable and following through. She has made me feel so comfortable and confident in my choice with picking the apartment. I haven’t even moved in yet and to say I am this excited speaks volumes!!     Alta Berry Creek has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with an apartment complex. Emily and the leasing team are helpful in walking you through the application process and extremely accommodating with any issues that may come up. The community is so welcoming, and the property itself is beautiful. We toured many places, but the customer service we experienced here is what led us to call Alta Berry Creek home!

    Just toured this last weekend with Sherwin! And omg 😱 I loved it soo much I applied and he worked with me and my partner on applying and we got the unit today!!!! Excellent customer service and super knowledgeable and friendly!!! This complex is utterly gorgeous and imo worth the price! WillUpdate after a few months of living here

    Hands down choosing this property was the best experience we have ever had. The leasing agent Emily sold the place by far. Her positive attitude, her willingness to take a million questions from me during the application process, not once did she seem bothered or annoyed. The amenities offered here have truly made my family feel so special and we are all loving and enjoying our new home.

    My Fiancè and I were apartment shopping in the area and fell in love with this complex. Its super modern, clean, and quiet. It seems safe with plenty of amenities. I didnt end up moving to the area as anticipated BUT I need to give the upmost grateful recognition to one if their leasing agents. I apologize as I cant remember her name, but she is the young girl who is from south Texas. She was so personable, friendly, and informative. She was so welcoming and helpful. Fantastic customer service! This girl is going places!

    Great place, the best in GeorgeTown. To add to the already impressive quality of the apartments, Sheroin also offers outstanding customer service. He was extremely professional and had sufficient time to show us around the location and make us feel as though we were at home.

    The staff has been great through the whole process of getting me moved in. Haven’t heard any noise through my walls so far which is a big plus after moving in from a house. All the neighbors have been friendly and the amenities are nice. Compared to other apartments in the same price range, I think I made the right choice. Heb is 8 minutes away, gas station and dollar general are about 3 minutes away, and easy access to 35 and 195.
