    We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and LOVE it! We had the pleasure of having Hillary help us through the process. She is so kind and attentive, even with all my thousands of questions. You can tell she really cares! All of the staff has been amazing. The building is beautiful and so are the units. Thank you for actually caring about your tenants, unlike my last place. Happy to be here!

    Shoutout to Mikaila she’s awesome! I can’t thank her enough. My experience was great. This team works hard for their residents, I never experienced anything like it. Moving can be a bit intimidating, but they made me feel great, and worked fast. This property is beautiful! Go Check them out, and tell them this review sent you lol just kidding.

    The best staff that I’ve ever seen a complex have. Makayla, Elexis & Hillary all treat you like family. My maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and I have peace of mind. I recommend this complex if you want a quiet and friendly place to call home.

    Lashanda was so amazing !!!. Moving from a new state can be stressful and scary but Lashanda made it so easy for me . She was very helpful and reliable . She was available to help me whenever I needed it and made the process so much easier . She ensured I had all the documents needed .     I rarely leave reviews but i absolutely love Jose (I believe that’s his name) the maintenance guy here. He is so sweet and gets things done really fast.The property is well kept so far I’m loving my stay here. As they grow I hope it stays just like this and better

    Moved in a few days ago and it was such a breeze. Management has been so helpful with mine and my roommates questions, very quick with responses and just overall so welcoming. Our apartment was in pristine condition when moving in. This complex and management made it so easy to call home :)

    Love it here so far! Minor issues upon move in that were resolved very quickly by the amazing maintenance team! Leasing staff is absolutely wonderful! The complex is very clean and quiet!

    Lashonda did an amazing job pushing us through with the apartment process. The environment is very peaceful. We get all kind of bugs and reptiles mainly frogs and crickets. Seen one snake. There isn’t many people here so the calm environment makes coming home even better. Very clean!

    I waiting a few months for more people to move in to do a review on this apartment. I was the first resident here, and I wanted to see how the place is with more residents and see how efficient management is in working around. Can’t say much as we are still a small community, but here it goes:Staff were very nice and helpful when I first told them I needed to look for a place asap; I was surprised how quick they got me moving in. LaShanda made sure that everything went smooth, and that I had a home by the end of the month. I couldn’t be more grateful to her in showing me this wonderful place. Also, shout out to Elxis for making it happen.Other than, it’s very peaceful, nice, and have no problems so far. I’ll make sure to do a follow up in a few months after the community grows a bit more and see how it goes with the staff handling things as it grows.

    My wife and I just moved here and all I can say is, what an outstanding staff AKC has! Everyone is very communicative, and have been super helpful with our transition into a new home. Lashanda, especially, has been an incredible help throughout our entire process and is always available to help us. Not only was she helpful, but she almost felt like a consultant as we were moving out from our old place and giving us advice on the next steps. AKC truly has made us feel welcome.

    I recently moved into the apartment complex and it has been so peaceful. It’s a good area and a lot of nearby restaurants and shops.     Staff and complex is great! Apts top notch. I could not have found a better place to call home.I wanted to just add to the original post! The way we are treated by staff and management as residents is much appreciated! I feel so free and safe here! Maintenance is just an additive to the other complements of the community.     Nice place but it would be better with more trees (more green areas). The apartments are very spacious and confortables. It would be great a park for pets
