I would love to share my experience with this amazing community. This was a stop I needed to make as I pass by it on a daily basis and it just seemed so different. When I was able to stop by I was greeted with a beautiful face and a friendly attitude Miss Salena. She did a great job giving me the full tour around the property, I just fell in love immediately. This community offers all the amenities that I was looking for because I had to make sure all my expectations were met since I was transitioning from living in a house. I visited 2 others and found myself drawn right back. Salena conducted her weekly calls and assisted me with additional information that allowed me to make my decision. From start the entire staff have just been amazing. Amanda, Dominic, Salena, Andrew and omg the nice young lady who helped with all my apps....oh my well call her Joy 😂 because it was a joy having her help me and so informative. Its a great place so far its a quiet place and everyone has been just nice to interact with.Again if youre looking for top of the line, modern, quite, clean and reasonable prices then this is home for you too. The central location puts you just minutes away from all major expressways and major landmarks in San Antonio. According police reports crime rate is a low.Hope this remains as time goes by. Again beautiful environment and beautiful staff to work with just makes this place home..

What can I say about this place that is not awesome. First of all leasing agente Dominic is a super nice and educated person that had no problem on receiving us without an appointment. The amenities are great in all senses and all apartments are brand new and well located. What a day actually, after getting excuses in other apartments for being international students Dominic and his coworker guide us through all the process step by step. We were there for 3 hours to finish the application and they revise everything at the moment. We also got approved the same day and they gave us pretty good prices and promotions. Thanks god for this place to exist. 100/10

I have lived at Allora for a little over a month. From the beginning, the office staff have been the best! I have sent no less than a million emails to the office staff with questions(bless them!), and they have always been so kind, helpful and responsive. The staff here has a made a challenging moving situation much more manageable and easy! I have had 2 maintenance requests and they were promptly resolved. Andrew is awesome!I love living here!

We moved in about a month ago, and we absolutely love living here. Maintenance Andrew he was exceptional—when we had an issue, they responded within minutes of me submitting the request. I was impressed by the quick service.During the tour, I worked with Selina, who was fantastic. She made the application process seamless and answered all of my questions. I was even approved the same day, which was a pleasant surprise.The only downside is the parking situation. It can get a bit hectic, especially if you come home late, as you may have to park farther away. However, aside from that, the community is clean, peaceful, and very family-friendly. My kids absolutely love the pool. My dog loves the dog park. I love my apartment.Overall, I highly recommend living here. Its a great place, and well worth the price!

Our experience touring the community with Selina V. was outstanding. She was incredibly thorough, answering all of our questions and addressing every concern with clear and concise responses. Selina is highly knowledgeable about the layouts, locations, amenities, and the surrounding area. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made this one of the best experiences Ive had while house hunting. If you’re planning to tour the community, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Selina.V You’ll be in great hands!

I had such a great experience touring Allora Alamo Heights with Selina. She was so welcoming and helpful in giving insight to the complex and the units I toured. The property is gated with locks to all amenity and parking access points, making everything feel very safe and secure. I was also informed that there is security personnel that is on site at all times, which adds to the feeling of comfort and safety. Both the clubhouse and units I toured are beautiful and very well kept. Overall a great first impression, and somewhere excellent to live!

We haven’t moved in just yet but Selina gave us a great tour & the application process was super easy. While waiting for our tour the residents passing through the club house we’re super kind, saying Hi in passing. We left feeling great about our decision to move to Allora.

Toured this newly constructed complex and loved it! Selina and Dominic have been nothing but friendly, professional, and patient. They provided great customer service when making my decision. Complex is centrally and conveniently located with beautiful units :-) Update: Andrew in maintenance is the best! He is always responsive and nice and gets the job done (even if its after hours)!

I thank God for people that make you feel like you matter. That is exactly how Dominic made my husband and I feel. He was so kind to us. We are not really tech savvy so he showed us how to get to the necessary sites. He was so polite to us. He really knows this business. He took such care with us walking us through everything. Wow! We thank God that he was there for us. We are residents because of his kindness and care.

I moved into Allora about a week ago and I know my time here has been short, but I absolutely love it!When I first came and toured the property about a month ago, Dominic did an awesome job showing me around and answering all of my questions.Leading into the move both Dominic and Destiny went above and beyond, making sure everything was lined up and that I had everything needed for move-in day. Move in went so smooth and I have been enjoying the last week here!I highly recommend checking out this beautiful property. The staff here will surely exceed all your expectations!

We just got back from checking out Alamo Heights Apartments, and Dominic was amazing. From the moment we walked in, he was super friendly and eager to help. He showed us every floor plan without any pushy sales talk, just honest answers to all our questions. Dominic also pointed out some great specials they were offering. We left feeling really excited about the place. If you’re apartment hunting, you should definitely talk to Don. He made the whole experience so enjoyable.

Coming to Allora when I did, was more of just to check out the place. But Im so glad I did! Allora has everything I was looking for and more! Selina was amazing and sooo helpful! Walking into the office the vibe felt just right...I knew right then and there I had found the perfect place. Selina took her time, made a tour feel personal, and didnt make me feel pressured. Even when she didnt know an answer to something, she went above and beyond to get me the right answer. Although the community is still new and being built (along with my unit I chose), I cannot wait to move in!
