Melissa Rodriguez is amazing and definitely God sent! I was nervous because I had less than two weeks with my current lease to find a place that would accept me and she did it within two days. I am glad I didn’t waste time applying elsewhere after being denied the first & only place I applied to who actually recommended her— I am thankful they did. It was ultimately a hard choice because all of the places she listed were nice, but she made me feel confident and I was approved at a beautiful apartment with a great rate within less than a week. I’ve been at The Park at Braun Station for only one week, but I already know that it’s the perfect place for me. The staff here is so helpful and friendly! My apartment was clean and ready for me to move right in. I had an issue with my washing machine the first day, and it was taken care of immediately. I see maintenance out on the property every day working on the grounds, and they have been great helping me get settled.
