I have lived at AGR for over a year now and I have never lived at a better complex! I have met so many friends here and love all of my neighbors. The amenities are great (I do wish the gym was a little bigger) but the pool is my go-to during the summer and I love having a pool view. The apartments are spacious, the finishes are beautiful, and I never have the problem of hearing noise from my neighbors like I have in other complexes. Honestly though, the front office staff are what make this place so homey. Valeria and Arielle are always so attentive and friendly when my dog and I go in (we go in multiple times a day just to see them and get our daily dog treats). Heidi and Daniel greet us with a huge smile and big hello every single morning! They all really take the time to get to know the residents here. I really can’t wait to renew for another year

I’ve never loved living anywhere in an apartment as much as I do AGR. I’m on my 3rd lease renewal and won’t leave until I buy.What makes it so amazing is the staff, all of them. From maintenance to leasing to management - they genuinely care about making this a nice place to live and do everything they can to keep residents happy. Heidi and Daniel are simply the best, thanks to them we just got lights up in the dog park! I’ve never had such a responsive and hard working maintenance team, they’re here at all hours and do it with a smile. I love AGR and the community here.

Fantastic place to live! Daniel and the rest of the staff are very friendly and responsive to any apartment issues. The location is very convenient offering quick access to most of south Austin. Would highly recommend touring if considering moving to Austin.

I have loved living at AGR this past year! The office and maintenance team are truly the most amazing crew. Most of my issues/work orders have been addressed the same day I put in a request.The only downside to living here is that the walls are so thin! Our neighbors below have complained about us simply walking around our space. Our unit was in the courtyard and you can hear every conversation, dog bark, and music echoing throughout.If you aren’t sensitive to noise, this is such a perfect property! Really caring staff, extremely pet friendly, and super sweet neighbors.

I love living at the Alexan Garza Ranch! It’s affordable, offers great amenities, and has a fantastic pool. The free garage parking is a huge plus, and the staff is excellent—always friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great place to live!

I have lived at AGR for over 3 years now and love it. The front office staff really care and make the experience stellar. However, I want to focus this review on the maintenance crew. Truly, I have never lived anywhere with better maintenance. The team cares about the tenants and makes sure to help even for the small things. I have had a few dumb kitchen sink mishaps with the drain and garbage disposal and the team has always been so kind and helpful. Large or small they are on top of the issue and fix it fast.

I’ve lived here for years now so I’m something of an expert on this complex now 🤓 Every year the leasing office has gone above and beyond for their residents - I feel like most apartments see high turnover but I’ve worked with Daniel, Valeria, and Arielle from the very beginning. They host resident events you actually want to attend (partnering up with nearby gyms, hosting local shops, move nights at the pool w cult classics, etc.), have maintenance concerns addressed in a timely manner, and they approach every concern with understanding - you can tell they genuinely care.They’re the reason I’ve stayed for as long as I have! I cannot say enough good things about how exceptional they are and I would recommend based on just the resident experience they cultivate.

Alexan Garza Ranch is truly a wonderful place to live. If you want easy access to commute, close proximity to the grocery stores and an abundance of neighborhood trails - move here! If you value customer service, friendly maintenance and cleanliness, move here!Heidi, Daniel, and Arielle and some of the best office staff I have come in contact with. They are thoughtful, easy to talk to and understanding. I loved at this property for 4 years and never had any major issues. Heidi is an amazing property manager and deserves a raise!! We lived at Alexan Garza Ranch for a little over a year. Our experience was so great! The entire staff from maintenance to leasing was always so kind. The place was always kept up and, of course, had its normal issues but the management was always quick to get things right. Daniel specifically was awesome! His door was always open and was there to answer any questions we had. We would have definitely stayed longer but my husband was transferred out of state.

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to city amenities and nature. Our neighbors are respectful, contributing to a welcoming community atmosphere. The dog park is fantastic; our dog loves it! Plus, prices are reasonable, making it a great value. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I highly recommend Alexan Garza Ranch to anyone considering a move to Austin.

I recently moved to AGR and while moving seems to always have its challenges, the leasing office staff has been great at trying to make it as smooth as possible so far! This move came at a pretty busy time work wise and there have been a few bumps (as there always is moving into a new place) but they have listened and actioned each thing that has come up. I swear I walk into the office almost every day to ask a question about something and someone is always there ready to help! Daniel and Valeria were great with helping me find a reserved parking spot and Heidi helped get a renters insurance thing figured out for me! Also I’ve had a few maintenance tickets for some small things and they’ve all been closed out within 2 days!Things I’ve noticed so far that I think are important when looking for a new place.1. The spots in the garage are pretty tight so definitely consider getting a reserved spot if you have a large vehicle or are worried about dings2. The ceilings/floors seem to be pretty thin so if you are sensitive to noise, probably best to be on the 4th floor3. The Amazon drop boxes for package deliveries are complimentary which is nice4. The 3 dog parks are very convenient and well kept5. So far there have been 2 resident events scheduled just since I’ve lived here so it seems like the resident events are pretty frequent which is nice

Been living here for a few months and I love this place. Great location, so close to lots of places. I love the gym and pool the most. My dog loves it too. He already has lots of friends. Easy access to the highway to get anywhere in Austin relatively quickly. Great gym, pool, and amenities. Really quiet at night. Maintenance is real quick to respond. My two knocks are: the apartment has built-in Sonos speakers that I couldnt get to work because a former resident had their email still linked to the account; occasionally the gate wont read your tag so you get locked out of the parking garage.

I was in the area and I popped in hoping I could get a tour. Daniel the Assistant Manger was in his office and came out to greet me. He stopped what he was doing and even without an appointment gave me a tour.He was awesome showed me all the great amenities and their 1 bedroom model. I love their hammock room and gym. The pool is also a great size.My current lease is not up until June but I will definitely check back to see what they have available.

Ive lived in Austin for 20 years now, originally from Ohio and the experience Ive received from the office, Daniel specifically, and the rest of the staff has been GREAT! THE BEST! 5 stars! Everyone in the front office is always willing to assist when needed. The pool is nice with gas grills. A lot of tenants have dogs and gather at the dog park for socializing and a lot of dog fun and the location of the property is amazing, cose to everything possible youll need. Downtown is minutes. The demographic seems to be pretty young professionals with very few families from what Ive seen so far. The only downside is stay off of mopac during high traffic times. Good news is that there are multiple ways to access the property from the from and the back in case traffic gets real crazy. Any maintenance or work orders are worked quickly.

I’ve lived here for about a year and only have good things to say.The staff:The manager Daniel is very kind, organized, and goes above and beyond to help you. I had a contractor really mess up something in my apartment and Daniel went out of his way to help me get it fixed. He’s also very positive every time I interact with them, and I deeply appreciate it.The maintenance team:Carlos and Miguel are absolute professionals. They quickly respond to work orders, will give you timelines if you don’t hear from them, and are very friendly people. Bigger shoutout to Miguel for dealing with the trash chutes when people throw things in there they aren’t supposed to.Overall atmosphere:Neighbors are quiet and mindful. It’s relatively peaceful. There’s only been an occasional loud party or two, but nothing that keeps you up all night. People here are open to talk and interact with each other. If you own a dog, there are plenty of mini dog parks to take care of your puppy.Cons:Honestly very few. The only downside is one of the dog parks near the parking lot will make the hallways smell during the summer. I’ve talked to the staff about it and they have continually found solutions to prevent that

So far I have loved living at Alexan Garza Ranch. The resort style pool is huge and there are always friendly people on the weekends. The outdoor dog park is big and is typically filled with great people and their playful dogs.The new property manager, Heidi, made the transfer process to my new unit on the first floor a breeze. She is always friendly and glad to assist with any issue I have. I originally moved in for a planned 2 months but I am very glad I decided to stay long term!

Mary Helen was so genuine and helpful when I was looking for my perfect place to stay in Austin! She was accommodating and flexible and SO patient - truly a joy to work with and made the decision very easy. Savanna helped me coordinate moving in with my movers and getting my keys! She was super helpful on move in day and made everything seamless.Update: After living here for 15 months, I can honestly say I’m still impressed. The office staff always goes above and beyond no matter the circumstance! I’ve particularly been grateful for Daniel, who worked with me during my renewal process and made sure that I was taken care of. Additionally, all the others residents I run into are kind and considerate. It’s really quiet on my side of the building - I work from home, and really never have any issues with noise at all.All in all, I’m super grateful to have found this spot - it has given me such peace of mind. Safe, good value, updated, great support, and kind neighbors.

We have lived at Alexan Garza since it opened and love our apartment/community. The location is ideal for groceries, restaurants, and work, with easy access to the highway. The new trail system is a regular walk for us and our dogs. The technology (app) access to the building and home makes it easy if we ever forget our fob or want to grant access to visitors.While we have encountered numerous plumbing and water issues due to the original construction, the team has always taken care of us to help resolve the problem or provide temporary solutions to the best of their ability.I want to give a special shout-out to Heidi, our property manager, and Daniel, our assistant property manager, for their excellent customer service. Since they took over the management, communication with the residents has improved, and thoughtful solutions have been implemented.Also, CARLOS is the glue that keeps this community running! He has repeatedly rushed to our aid when we had water damage, needed our entire key system replaced, AC went out on CHRISTMAS (the hot one last year), among other work orders.

I moved into the Alexan a few weeks ago and everything about my experience so far, from the moment I contacted the leasing office, has been great. I was unable to come see my unit in person before signing, but Heidi created an excellent virtual tour for me. She covered everything I would have asked and more in a walkthrough, and made the leasing process a breeze.The complex is new and beautiful with great amenities, including the pool, dog parks, rooftop lounge, coffee bar, and multiple grilling areas. I work from home a lot and there are plenty of places to escape with free wifi access. In terms of my unit, I couldnt be happier. I love the layout, and all the little things like USB ports in every room, and closets with built-in customizable shelves and drawers (see pic) make a world of difference. The location is great too, with tons of restaurants and retail shopping nearby. Plus its located right off Mopac, so I can get to downtown in 10 mins, and the airport is only 15 mins away.Lastly, everyone Ive met on staff (Tory, Mary, etc....theres more but Im bad with names) so far is friendly, responsive, and helpful. I like that they communicate everything happening in and around the complex. They seem to make sure there are plenty of activities to get to know your neighbors/community. And I particularly appreciate getting to try out all of the food trucks that stop by. Im very pleased with my decision so far!

I lived at Alexan Garza Ranch for a little over two years and truly enjoyed living there. The property itself is beautiful and is tucked away in a quaint part of Austin. If you enjoy being in the city, its only a short 15 minute drive! Majority of the reason why I am giving 5 stars is because of the constant kindness and help that I received from both Daniel and Heidi. While I was living at the property, they always greeted me with a warm welcome and were always eager to help me find a solution if I ever had an issue. Even though I am no longer a resident, they still update me on any packages being shipped to my old address which I greatly appreciate! Having a leasing office that genuinely cares about you makes all the difference in where you rent.

Thorough Review of Alexan Garza RanchAfter living here for over a year, my wife and I have had a great experience at Alexan Garza Ranch.Having lived in many apartments and toured countless others, I can confidently say that Alexan Garza offers the best value and experience. Although it is owned by the large corporation Greystar, Daniel and the rest of the team do an exceptional job of making our experience, communication, and support personalized. They take even the smallest issues seriously and make it their agenda to resolve them.Below are the pros and cons of living at Alexan Garza Ranch:Pros:Premium Finishing: The apartment is top-notch compared to everything else in Austin in its price range.Management: This is the best management and support team I’ve experienced.Community: I’ve made many friends in the complex, and we often host events in the community space.Car Convenience: All major groceries and chain restaurants are 5 minutes or less away by car.Ultimate Dog-Friendly Apartment: It has everything for dog owners, including an amazing dog park, which makes us want to get a dog now.Internet: Google Fiber available and up to 8gbps!Cons:Location: This depends on your situation, but its a bit away from downtown Austin. There is some homelessness issue in South Austin, but the apartment building is mostly secluded from that. Walkability exists to a few shops, but its no surprise cars are prioritized in Texas.Insects: This is more of an Austin issue with silverfish and crane flies, but I’ve encountered an average of two a month indoors.

My favorite apartment Ive ever lived in! It is brand new a beautiful. The community is so great and Ive met a handful of my closest friends here! The ladies in the leasing office are SO helpful and wonderful and are so sweet with my pup. He loves going in there to see them. The location is 10/10 with HEB in walking distance, all the shops on Brodie lane, Target is 3 mins away- theres just everything you need so close. The amenities are really beautiful too- the dog park is my most used and the pool is stunning. The maintenance crew are excellent too- speedy, helpful and so nice! If I wasnt moving out of state, I would have stayed here forever!

Nothing but great experience with Alexan Garza Complex.Heidi, Daniel, Valeria and Ariel are doing more than behind to keep this place, not just an apartment complex, but a home.The complex has faced some issues, due to the crazy Freeze, heavy rain and other events that affectrd the entire city.Both Heidi and Daniel were dealing with these issues with such a great care and empathy.I already commented about the maintenance staff who are truly amazing! Carlos and Miguel - Always with a smile on their face, willing to help even when they are busy (And they are). They never complain!!Daniel makes us the residents feel super comfturable with every question, concern or complain we have during our time here.Any time of the day, he will find a solution for your problem and make sure that you wont feel left alone.Heidi, who is so busy, always find time for helping or advising with any upcoming question.A lot of residents dont appreciate enough the service that we are getting at Alexan Garza ranch (Most likely didnt experience many other apartment complexes)I lived in more than 5 complexes around Austin, And Alexan Garza Ranch has a special place in my heart.Please - if you are looking for a place, try Alexan and you wont regret it!

Overall Great Experience.I’ve lived here for about a year now and I really love my apartment and I like the community. That isn’t to say that there aren’t issues every now and then but overall I’ve had a great experience living here so far which is why they get 4/5 stars!The current management staff and community maintenance team members are attentive and communicative unlike some of the staff when I first moved in.I recently had a huge incident in my apartment with some mold that was found in my restroom due to an unforeseen leak behind the wall. I won’t go too into detail about this whole process because it was a lot but the bottom line is that Daniel the assistant manager and Heidi the manager (had only started the day before this incident) took care of me. Within a week they had me moved to another unit so that they could start repairs and get to the bottom of things. Although it was a headache to go through all of that, I felt that they had my best interest at heart and were diligent in getting me taken care of. Regardless of my experience with some of the old staff members who are all gone now, this is what counts.Personally, I haven’t faced any other major issues that would make me not want to live here. For that reason I’m looking to renew my lease this year.

The team at the Alexan Garza are fantastic! I just recently renewed and the team was instrumental in my decision to start another year. They went above and beyond to make me feel special that I couldn’t consider moving anywhere else. It also helps that the property is well maintained, the apartments feel up to date and have nice appliances, and not to mention probably the biggest and nicest pool I’ve seen. Again, I stress the team is fantastic from the Property Manager Heidy to the Assistant Manager Daniel, but special shoutout goes to Arielle for being excellent to work with. Couldn’t recommend AGR enough even if I tried!!

Been a resident here for a month now. Savannah is always pleasant to work with and she made the leasing and moving in process so smooth. The other women in the leasing office and Carlos with maintenance have also been incredibly helpful and prompt during this first month. We had a simple yet emergent issue with our dishwasher the day after moving in and Carlos was at our apartment within an hour on the weekend. I have rented for 10 years and never received such quick service for a possibly damaging issue. Other small, lower priority requests may take longer to address but the team has always been so kind and gets the job done. As for the apartment itself, its in great condition, tons of storage, and I never imagined a 1BR would fit all our stuff. So far, good experience living here!

My partner and I have lived at AGR for 3 years. We moved in March of 2020 as they were finishing the community, into a third floor 1+office unit facing south.Originally moved here because of the location to work but once pandemic hit that changed.In the 3 years I have lived here, there have been plenty of issues. The negative reviews you see are not wrong on these issues. We have seen it all, management changes, the fire alarms, water shut off, break ins, the whole nine.However, in that three years I’ve only had positive experiences here at AGR, especially with the staff and management, which has changed a couple of times.The first year here was pandemic, so we really took advantage of the space in our unit while stuck inside. Never had any major issues.Second year was when we started seeing more of the issues around noise and water shut offs, but the staff was always helpful to us in these scenarios.Helped us relocate units when our downstairs neighbor was being far too loud throughout the day and after they called the city to falsely report us installing hardwood in our unit.Year three has been great, Heidi, who helped us out by renting our first place to us here is now the manager of the property and her assistant manager Daniel has been nothing but helpful to us. All the staff have been great to work with or interact with.There are always negatives when living in an apartment, but in my experience, especially with the new management team in place, I think year three to four will be just as great as the previous years.The nitty gritty stuff will always be there, but for the money we pay, the community we found here has been more than worth it.

She was able to answer all my questions regarding the apartment and even answered my questions about the surrounding area since I’d be new to Austin. I am one of the very first people to move into Alexan Garza Ranch. We started the renting process while the place was still being build and before their office was even open. I have to say, I love living here. The moral of my review is that the property is stunning, the location is great, and the staff is awesome to work with. I couldn’t be happier to live here!The property is BEAUTIFUL. On top of that, it is embarrassing how picky I am about where I live. from the layout of my unit, the color scheme and even the location of the unit itself. I can be a lot. But I had SO many great options when moving in and they were all so beautiful.But more importantly, the management team here has been an absolute DREAM to work with. Not many people can say that they have had ZERO issues with their apartment complex. Things happen, not everything can go as planned, you just never know. It’s an apartment complex. It’s not a house. BUT, not only have I had little to NO issues here at Alexan Garza Ranch, but anytime I do need help, the staff has been SO helpful. I have ALWAYS had A1 service from this team. Even the service and repair team are great!!!! The whole team is a delight. But more specifically, both managers are great. Ester and Ashley both manage Alexan Garza Ranch and they are phenomenal. And to be even more specific, Ashley is the best consultant I have EVER worked with. I have had the pleasure of working with her prior to living here and she has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for her renters. Ashley is the kindest and most helpful person I have ever worked with in my entire life. My husband and I lived at Alexan Garza Ranch for 2.5 years. This is the best and nicest apartment I have lived in. The management is very professional and friendly and the maintenance team takes care of issues quickly. Additionally, there are a lot of nice amenity spaces, beautiful running trails across the street, and many nearby dining and shopping options. Downtown Austin & Zilker park are also only 10 minutes away.During our stay at Alexan we had several plumbing leaks from the main line in the hallway on level 1 (none directly in our apartment). Since we were on the first floor we did have water enter our apartment but Alexan hired a remediation contractor the same day to clean up the water and dry out our apartment. We had no damage to our items but they did replace some baseboard and drywall at the door entrance. This was mildly inconvenient but it was taken care of quickly & professionally.The gym is small for the size of the apartment complex so I would suggest getting a gym membership elsewhere. Although, the equipment is extremely nice and there is a Peloton bike in the gym. When it is not during peak hours it is relatively easy to use all of the equipment in the gym.The pool is beautiful but not too rowdy in the summer time. I lived in 2 different units during my time there and when I lived by the pool I didnt have any issues with noise. There is also full time security on site so quiet hours are monitored at the pool.

I want to give a quick shout out to our community manager, Daniel Villescaz. His dedication to fostering a sense of community and belonging is outstanding.This is just one example but I recently had to unexpectedly leave town for a couple weeks and knew I would be receiving several packages during my absence. I was worried about leaving items unattended at my door. Coincidentally, Daniel needed access to my apartment for a maintenance check. I mentioned my concern, and he generously offered to keep an eye on my deliveries and ensure their safe storage.Daniel’s willingness to go above and beyond without any obligation was both comforting and highly appreciated. It speaks volumes about his commitment to the Garza community.

Thank you so much Ester, Tori, Heidi, Ashley and the entire service team for making my time at AGR so wonderful. The entire team is so helpful and friendly, and I always get a big wave from the service team on my way off to work! The community itself is also top-notch. I absolutely love the interior upgrades, the close proximity to walking trails, shopping, and restaurants, but most of all, the spacious dog parks. The grounds are very clean and I always feel safe when walking around at night. 10 out of 10!

I have lived here for a year and have really loved my experience. I moved from Houston after my apartment flooded in the winter storm last year and the leasing staff was so accommodating and are always very friendly and responsive. The pool and fitness center are so nice and I love the big gated dog park the property has onsite as well. The location of the complex is great - super peaceful, I always feel super safe even when walking my dog at night alone, and is next to every store you could possibly need and is close to the freeway so you can easily get around Austin. The residents here are also amazing - they are all so sweet and helpful, so it truly feels like a community. I have also had great experiences with the maintenance staff and work orders being completed professionally and quickly. The finishes and apartments are also designed in true Alexan style, very modern and upgraded without the insane pricing of most luxury apartments in the Austin area. The only cons for me would be I had some noisy neighbors above me while working from home (it is an apartment complex - so this can just come with the community living experience) and I wish they had some more conference rooms/coworking spaces for all of us WFH people. Id also suggest more resident events so everyone has a chance to meet their neighbors since everyone here is so cool!

With spacious rooms highlighted by high ceilings, ample natural light, and luxury finishes like granite countertops, Ive been enjoying my apartment these past eight months. The location has been perfect while sheltering at home because almost everything I need is within 5 minutes of the complex. I have some noise complaints because I can occasionally hear my upstairs and next-door neighbors when theyre talking, depending on where theyre at and where Im at. Still, I would recommend this complex to anyone!

I’ve lived in MANY different places over the years and AGR is by far the best place I’ve ever lived. I am only moving due to family needs. The management alone was an indicator from the jump of how awesome this place would be. Mary Helen showed me around and I just instantly felt like it was home. She and the team fought for me to get the exact apartment (layout + level + view) I wanted and I never got used to how perfect it was. Even the maintenance team is amazing. Always on time. Always clean up after themselves. The location is prime. The property is clean. The views are amazing. The pool and amenities are amazing. I am so sad to leave but if I ever get to be back south, I know exactly where I’m going. Thank you AGR team for always taking excellent care of me. I’ll miss y’all!

If your looking for an excellent place to stay. Choose the Garza Ranch forget the stunning amenities it has to offer. The office staff is impeccable from all the ladies Ester,Heidi,Tori,Ash these ladies have handled any situation with promptness and professionalism could not ask for a better staff to lease from. Also the maintenance crew is first class these guys literally are at your door before you put the request in lol. Enjoyed my stay here and would have renewed if I didnt buy a house. Looking South choose Garza Ranch you wont be disappointed!

AGR is probably everything you could ask for when renting! From the location to the amenities to the cleanliness, it really does have it all. Theres so many little touches throughout the community as well that you never would have thought of but man do you appreciate having, such as a covered garage free of charge, package lockers, an apartment social app so you can communicate with your neighbors, TWO dog runs, and lovely murals around the complex. It just feels like theyve thought of everything someone could want in a place to stay and made it a reality. But this really isnt the best part. The office staff is one of the nicest, most professional staff I have ever encountered. They have handled all situations with promptness and professionalism, and it was always a pleasure speaking to any of them. The maintenance crew is also very friendly and prompt and you can always expect your work order to be completed within 24 hours. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived at Alexan since December. Overall I absolutely love it here. I have lived on the east and north side of Austin my whole life, so coming south was a big deal for me and I wanted to make sure I loved wherever I was going. Originally when my locator showed me this place I wasnt feeling it or the location, but decided last minute to take a tour. Tory is who showed me the property and floorplans. I FELL in love with everything right away. It is so much nicer than I imagined and Tory sold me instantly. The amenities are beautiful and plentiful. Ive lived here 5 months and just discovered a second resident courtyard! The pool is beautiful, the gym has a nice variety of equipment and the various resident hangout spots are my favorite. Ive never had any issues with my unit beyond a minor A/C problem and water pressure that maintenance fixed right away. The location is right off mopac, very near to 290 which makes it very easy to get anywhere in town. There is a large shopping center right behind the complex on Brodie so you have tons of options for dining and shopping. We have easy access to mopac, but I never hear traffic noise. Above all, the staff is great. I feel like great customer service can make even a mediocre place seem amazing, so the leasing staff here makes an already great property top notch. I cant speak on the manager Esther because Ive never spoken with her and anytime Ive gone into the office she hasnt been in there, but I cannot say enough good things about Tory, Ashley, and Heidi in the office, their personalities are so positive and they are always so helpful with anything Ive needed. They truly made the move-in process so seamless. They always seem to handle resident issues professionally even when residents are being hostile and unpleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury apartment complex.

Alexan Garza Ranch is the most beautiful property I have been to in Austin, and I am a long time Austinite! It feels like you are living in a luxury downtown apartment yet you are located in the highly sought after Southwest Austin area with many convenient stores and restaurants at your fingertips!I have been in several units at AGR and every one of them is beautiful, well designed, and feels like home!I will also mention that the staff and leasing office is amazing! Every time I walk into the leasing office one of the ladies, I think her name is Victoria, offers me a coffee and always asks if there is anything they can do for me at AGR to make me feel more at home. The office is always clean, well maintained, and that staff are always very professional. I have lived at other Greystar properties and this was not always the case!You must check out AGR if you are considering living in the Austin area!

First and foremost, the apartments and property itself are pretty nice. Great location, very easy to get around.Great amenities, nice pool, multiple dog areas. The building uses a cool, keyless kiosk entry system for guests and deliveries. I’ve seen some reviews mention the apartments being loud. That is not our experience, but we do live on the 4th floor. Additionally, management has scheduled food trucks and fitness classes for residents on site pretty regularly.One negative thing, my partner and I both work from home. We also have a dog that doesn’t like strangers in the apartment and will bark excessively. Management/maintenance will not schedule times to enter your apartment outside of “between 9 am to 5 PM” so it becomes very difficult to take the dog out or schedule important work meetings. So if you work from home this may not be the place for you.Shoutout to Tori in the office for always being so friendly and helpful!

Wow! What a seamless process I had moving into the Alexan Garza Ranch! I was coming from way south Austin, in the Manchaca area, and I just love the convenience and mobility of this location. You can literally get anywhere in Austin in a 15-20 min drive. Downtown is even closer. Yet, there is still peace and quiet here and the place is just really enjoyable, friendly and inviting. It truly feels like home. Working with the front office-Esther, Ashley, Heidi and Tori, etc, was also a more-pleasant-than-usual experience and they made the entire process smooth, quick and stress-free. They’re great people. So are my neighbors. Also, Ana from google fiber set me up with a righteous WiFi and cable service that is just second to none. I’ve had zero problems, and let’s be honest that is rare. 5 stars for the Alexan!!!!Cheers and Happy Thanksgiving,Parker

I have been living in a apartment complex for 30 years in Austin and I have to say Alexan Garza Ranch is BY FAR the BEST place I ever live in. This complex is clean and well maintained.The leasing office is super friendly and do whatever it takes to assist in anyway. Everyone at the maintenance department is prompt and knowledgeable. Every time I walk down the hallway everyone here at AGR would greets me by my first name. What a good feeling!!This is not just a apartment complex. This is a community.During snow storm everyone in this community including the AGR team reached out and helped out each other. People put out extra water bottles and snacks in the front door for the neighbors in needs. People here offered carpool to nearest supermarket for those who couldnt drive in snowy road.I could go on and on but long story short, to me its a privilege to live in Alexan Garza Ranch. AGR deserve a 10 stars.

We were recommended here from a friend and immediately loved it! What was most important to us was a safe neighborhood, modern design, a nice gym with 24 hr access, and an accessible community room with 24 hr access. The only thing we are lacking right now is the fact that we dont have a balcony because we chose the model without and were excited to use the rooftop terrace balcony at any time, day or night, but it closes at 10 pm. Im assuming due to COVID, so were hoping the hours open up soon. Overral, amazing staff who are quick to respond and beyond friendly!... And a well kept property with very decent pricing. If you want to be close to everything but not right in the heart. Love it here!

I can’t overstate how nice it is to live in a relatively new apartment building. There were none of the typical startup kinks to work out, and because it’s so new, you won’t have a problem with pests, rot, or anything else that comes with old buildings. Every amenity you can think of, I never heard a peep from the construction next door that they may warn you about, and management/maintenance are wonderful and efficient. Loved the place.

The front office has been extremely helpful throughout my move into AGR. The way they have handled the ice storm that left the community without power or water has been very professional and helpful. They provided food to residents, a bus that provided temporary heat and wifi, and even water supply while the internal systems were down. I might have picked a terrible time to move, but the AGR staff has gone above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. Thank you all, yall.

The staff and management have gone above and beyond during the power/ water outages and cold weather. They not only kept communication open with updates and resources (all while dealing with their own homes and families) for residents onsite and those of us who went elsewhere. They have provided a warming bus, 1000 gallons of water, ordered warm food and scheduled food trucks. Now that things are are on an upswing the property is bustling with workers to get things back in order. This past week was challenging for everyone and I don’t think anyone could have done a better job with their quick thinking in a very fluid and unfamiliar situation. Thank AGR and Greystar!
