I’ve lived at Alexan Braker Pointe for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier. The property is quiet and the residents are all friendly. Parking is easy to find and it’s walking distance to the Domain. The staff is also amazing! Leeann is absolutely wonderful! She is always super nice and incredibly helpful whenever I visit the office. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, and my dog absolutely loves her—she never forgets to give her a treat! It’s little things like this that make such a big difference in creating a friendly and inviting community. Thank you, Leeann, for your kindness and excellent service!

I recently moved into Alexan, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the modern design, well-thought-out amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. Leanne made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt at home right away.The apartments themselves are spacious, well designed, and equipped with modern finishes. The kitchen layout is perfect for cooking and entertaining, and the large windows bring in tons of natural light! The community amenities are also nice, whether it’s the pool, the gym which actually has some decent equipment, or the resident lounge, there’s always something to enjoy.The location is another huge plus. Everything I need is just minutes away, from great restaurants and shopping to grocery stores like HEB and Sam’s. Parking is convenient, and the community feels safe and well-maintained.Two thumbs up 👍 👍

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment, and I can honestly say that Ive never felt more welcomed during any apartment tour in my life. The assistant manager, Natalia Salazar was an absolute ray of sunshine. She not only showed me around the entire property but also went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment for my needs. Her attentiveness and genuine care made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. On top of that, she is bilingual, which was such a huge help for me, as it made communication so much smoother and more comfortable. I truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. Highly recommend this property and their staff.

Now at I’ve been here for a bit, can honestly say that everything has been excellent so far.From my initial tour with Deysi, who went above and beyond to find the right apartment for what I wanted, to the excellent staff and maintenance who are always there to help and respond to any request or concerns promptly and thoroughly, I am definitely looking forward to the rest of my time here.There are lots of fun community events, such as a recent movie by the pool. Can’t recommend enough!

I love living here the property is beautiful, it’s in a great location & the office team is always super helpful. Daniel the maintenance manager is quick to respond to work orders, they keep the grounds very clean and they are always friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Almost a year into my living experience at Alexan Braker Pointe and it has been wonderful.SAFETY: Access to the building is secure. As a single female living alone, this was highly important to me. Guest visits and food delivery service require an extra step but there are guided procedures. I have seen night shift patrol officers (overseeing the building and parking garage); that gives me great peace of mind.LOCATION: This corner of Mopac/Braker cant be beat; easy access to the highway but not congested. It is almost attached to the Domain: food, entertainment, banks or a walk. About a 10 minute drive to downtown Austin.STAFF: From my initial encounter with a leasing agent (Elias), every member has been attentive, professional, genuine and a solutionist. They share and are on top of community updates; the follow-through is amazing.CONVENIENCE: Overall, the location and amenities are quite accommodating; I find myself not leaving the property needlessly.COMMUNITY: It may just be by chance, but I have found my neighbors to be conscientious and respectful. Additionally, the leasing agents host creative activities on the property (that are actually cool and interactive.) Thanks Marya!BEAUTY: Ive not had a guest visit that hasnt complimented the building. The pool/clubroom/coworker space is really attractive. The sky lounge is a nice choice to have a drink or read a book. In my apartment, my favorite features are the expansive windows that allow a bright and airy space.Ive lived comfortably and happily in my modern and elevated home.

Alexan Braker Pointe is just amazing! I had a chance to check out other places(a lot) in the Domain but when I toured with them on the last day, I had no second thoughts!Firstly, the leasing staff is awesome! Each one of the ladies (Meghan, Daisy, Leann and Marya) is superbly professional and very good at what they do. I was given a tour by Meghan, she showed me the apartments while also learning my preferences. It was like watching an algorithm at work lol.Its been a week living here and its been as pleasant as it can get :)

I loved this property I move out on Friday but the only down side is just the elevator but everything else is perfect! I love the people that work here and they are super helpful with any issues you may have. I’m sad I have to move but I just wanted a yard lol.

I have nothing but great things to say about living here! Coming from out of state, I was really thankful for the staff who made the move in process so smooth. It’s been 4 months since I moved in and things have only been getting better. The staff really cares about us residents, and that’s clear from the constant communication, amazing social events, and a very responsive maintenance team. The amenities offered here truly set the standard for an outstanding place to live! 10/10 would recommend!

Been here a couple of months, loving it so far. The leasing staff and management have been extremely helpful and have responded to all my inquiries in short time. I want to give a special shout out to Deysi for being so helpful during the tour and helping me pick the right floor plan when I first toured, her recommendation really was the right option for me. Would recommend the Alexan Apartments to anyone looking to move to Austin, the staff, amenities, and location cant really be beat in my opinion.

I have a friend who lives here and I love coming to visit! I really enjoy playing billiards (pool), air hockey, and ping pong and we can play here as much as we want. Not to mention, all the amenities are really great quality. I’ve always felt safe, even at night, because they have good security measures all over. The people who work in the office are very friendly and helpful even though I don’t live there myself.I want to give a shoutout to Deysi and Zach for always being so delightful and kind.

The property itself is brand new and outstanding, featuring sleek, carpet-free floor plan options and stylish designs. The built-in Sonos speakers and Elfa closets are standout upgrades. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and the amenities are top-tier. It’s definitely a place I would consider if I were apartment hunting myself. I will certainly be referring my other clients and recommending Alexan Braker Pointe to fellow locators.

If you are looking to rent an apartment near the Domain - Alexan should be on your list of places to tour. We moved here about 6 weeks ago and we love it here. Leasing staff and management is great. Deysi gave us a detailed tour and even went above and beyond responding to questions during the leasing process even while on vacation. As far as the property - I would describe it as clean, relatively quiet, good amenities (pool, outdoor spaces, game room, Amazon Locker onsite is a big plus, indoor parking - dont worry about the occasional hail storms here). A lot of small things just well designed - example - valet trash pickup, but if you dont want to wait for pickup, there is an indoor trash chute close by. Apartments - you can choose between apartments that have all hardwood floors and those that have carpet in the bedroom(s). Apartment finishes are nice - new appliances, granite countertops, plenty of closet space, a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. It is close to the Domain - easy access from Mopac.

Leanne is AMAZING. I cannot stress that enough. She was very accommodating, attentive, and detailed. She made the process of finding a home very stress-free!Everyone I met on staff, even maintenance was incredibly sweet. They gave me a lot of good tips and tricks for the city, answered all my questions, dealt with my parents incessant questions lolI am so excited to move in soon! The facility is new and beautiful. Its a little off from the Domain so theres more peace and quiet from what I saw walking through.Top features: security! You cant get ANYWHERE without a fob. The elevator wont even move which I find to be VERY important for safety. The amenities are great. The courtyard and pool are both gorgeous. They are pet-friendly as Im learning most of Austin is.Honestly, I had a great time touring. My parents both commented it was the first time theyd seen me smile all day after touring 7 other places lol I think theyre a bit dramatic, but I knew immediately that I would love it once I saw the units. They have great features in some units including an alpha closet and SONOS built in speakers!!!Im very excited to move in. Thanks again to the 3 staff members I met. I had a great time getting to know yall, and Ill be back soon!!

Marya and the team have been fantastic with assisting me every step of the way and being accommodating to the best of her abilities.Im currently in the process of relocating to the Austin area from DFW for work. Due to their excellent assistance this past month, Im looking forward to calling this place home soon!This is a very beautiful property located next to The Domain. Which, in my opinion, is perfect as its away from the hustle and bustle of the mall crowd but close enough to be part of it within minutes.Not to mention you have HEB, Costco, Sams Club, Target, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Home Depot, Marshalls, and plethora of dining options within a mile of Braker Pointe.The gym, pool, club house amenities, pet spa, skyline view on the top floor, and electric vehicle EV charging provided by Blink Chargers are great perks to have on site.Anyone whos looking to live in The Domain area, this has to be an option at the top of your list. After touring over 8 properties in the area, this is the one that stood out the most outside of The Grand.

I want to thank Mayra, Leeann, and Deysi. All 3 all-stars was great sweet people. Even though it was late Mayra still gave me a tour of the place and showed me two wonderful units. Mayra was so kind and helpful until a 50% raise is the only way to show how much shes appreciated for her hard work from the company.Leeann was SUPER friendly and helpful. Shes such a Joyful sweet spirit and extremely helpful and eager to do great and love what she does. She even helped Mayra and Deysi show us some units. Shes going to be a great leasing professional worth every bit of $85,000 salary.Deysi, what can I say about this sweet soul that hasnt already been said. She took her time and showed me around, answered every question, she was super friendly and caring of my opinions and even laughed at my corny jokes. She was SUPER great and a delightful leasing professional. The only way to show her how much you all appreciate this quality of professionalism and talent is to reward her with a $125,000 salary, because shes well worth more than that.All three ladies are worth 5 diamond ratings. That includes Megan too.
