I just moved out after living here for 2.5 years, and overall, I had a great experience. Jennifer (leasing office), Hollie (manager) and Anthony (maintenance) are amazing—always super helpful, and requests were handled quickly. I always felt safe. Contacting the office by phone it’s a bit hard—you often have to go in person for assistance. Other than that, I really enjoyed my time here!

Cassandra was so helpful and accommodating ! I came at 5:30 with no appointment asking for a tour and she took care of it right away! We saw one floor plan on floor 2 and 3, and also all the amenities. She even stayed a little last 6 to send me the quote and weigh out my options. 10/10 experience I appreciate her so much!

Walking distance to the galleria mall and waterfront attraction. Plenty of parking. Gym is a great size for an apartment complex. Their pool is also nice. They have a coffee bar available for guests and residents.

Sharing a review about the maintenance team. They all are very friendly, professional and quick to assist. Particularly , I want to thank Anthony.- He’s helped me once when I got locked out (the keys are electronic, and my key copy suddenly stopped working on a Sunday at 8 PM). He was on call and he drove 1h Sunday night to fix this issue.- Yesterday my door knob , also electronically controlled, suddenly stopped working. I was not locked out but I couldn’t secure the lock of my apartment and had to go out to meet family. I called and office was closed due to memorial weekend . I left a message and he immediately came (maybe 2 minutes after I called) and quickly fixed it.- I would rather have normal keys for my unit and allow the common areas to use electronic keys, precisely to prevent these kind of issues. However, have to add that I’ve only had issues with my electronic key/door 2 times over almost 3 years. And every time, the maintenance team has been very quick to respond and assist me.The property as a whole does have its improvement opportunity areas but the maintenance team is perfect.

I moved in about 2 months ago to Alexan 5151 and have been very happy with my choice to sign a lease here. The complex itself is very well kept, has a great area to walk in around the complex, and very nice amenities. My unit was in great condition when I moved in, move in was easy, and really like my floor plan.

Great place to live, beautiful apartments and amenity space! The maintenance staff is the best they are on top of it and so friendly. The only thing I did not like was the leasing office staff/management, they are very rude and don’t accommodate residents.

I would not recommend Alexan 5151 to anyone. The management is unresponsive, rude and unhelpful. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, and when they finally do, the quality of work is subpar. The amenities are often out of order, and the general upkeep of the property is poor. Additionally, the noise levels are unbearable due to thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors. Overall, living here has been a frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Got a tour at this location with my girlfriend. We really like the location of this complex, it is pretty close to everything! Management seemed very polite and attentive, we got a tour from a lady named Jennifer. She was very thorough and took her time explaining where everything was. Management is something we look out for given the last apartment complex we lived in management was horrible.

I have lived here for over a year and a half now! The Alexan 5151 property management and staff is top notch. From simple maintenance repairs, taking care of their tenants, to making sure we have a power after a big storm! Specifically, I have worked with Tyra! She is incredible to work with, timely, problem solving and will help from move in to move out. If you are looking to move in the area and find yourself at Alexan, ask for Tyra and know youll be in good hands. If you ever need to stop by the front desk DJ is a great help too. Cassandra. On a very busy sunday at nearly the end of the day took the time to carefully help me locate my package that was extremely hard to find at no fault of Alexan. Pretty good place to live for the price, but there are definitely issues you will have to deal with to get that price. Amenities and appliances are above what you would expect, but you can easily find places where they cut corners. Location is decent next to the Galleria, but theres not much else thats within walking distance and traffic from the 610 is really bad almost daily around rush hours.

She was so nice and friendly and answered all the questions I had without getting annoyed. I really love living here. I love my apartment. There has been some minor issues as it relates to people being good neighbors. But overall the Maintenance team is pretty amazing and the staff is friendly…I’m hoping that the clean up crew do more of making sure the hallways stay clean. There is so much traffic that we need you to pay more attention to the entire building, not only the office.We need more cameras in the stairwells and elevators. (My apartment easy broken into).Please remind the residents of the garbage in the hallways.Make sure everything works… like the doorways, elevators and entrance.Overall I’m paying for the convenience of working near..

I have to say our experience here has been better than any other apartment we’ve lived in. They have set up small perks like coffee bar and a runner who delivers packages or helps with groceries. The staff is very sweet with my girls. They think they are in a “hotel”. Brittany, and her team go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a concern upon moving in and it was thouroughly investigated to make sure my girls were safe. We are so pleased we are hoping to work out a way to stay longer than originally planed. If you are looking for friendly, thoughtful staff and a place to feel comfortable, I highly recommend the Alexan.

Best apartment complex!Im picky when choosing apartments and looked at 20+ places before signing a lease here. The torture of searching for a new spot ended quick when I saw this place. I feel right at home living here.Truly a first class experience with Brittany and her team! You can tell they put a lot of mental energy into creating a great experience. Elyssa personally helped me and made my life easy. Leasing, communicating any updates and move-in process was fast. If any maintenance or any situation comes up, they respond and handle very quick.Amenities - Incredible. Gym, Theater, Pool, Clubhouse - Always clean.Parking - Plenty of spaces and butterfly system makes it easy for guestsLocation - Perfect galleria spot, safe and easy access to 59, westpark tollway or 610 to get to most spots in Houston pretty fast.Thanks for everything!

I recently went on a tour here and it was an amazing place. The staff was extremely nice as well. I went on over 15 tours within a week (trying to move in ASAP) and this struck out to be one of my favorites. The only reason I did not choose this property was that the 1 bedrooms they had available for immediate move in did not accommodate enough space for my king bed and the closet space I am used to. But all the amenities looked amazing. They have a great special going on right now. Everything was clean and nice! (You wouldnt believe how many apartments I toured and looked lovely on photos but was not cleaned or smelled weird.)

I lived in this complex for about a year and it was amazing stay despite some of the issues.I love how the management created many social event for the residents from time to time to get together and have fun.I enjoyed the faculties (Gym, theater, meeting room, read / studying room).They are fast by fixing the issues with your apartment.The concierge services team were amazing and very helpful.The LOCATION is about 15 seconds walking from the back door to the Mall.Negative feedback about the property ismany issues with garage door, elevator issues and the parking in the garage too. manytime the door left open for days without fix as well as the elevators. Also, sometime you see people comes in and out from the building just because the doors were open.Do i recommend it, YES

The location of this apartment complex is so convenient, the apartments are super cozy, and the amenities here always clean and well maintained.The reason I leased here is Ally, she is the best leasing agent I’ve had to deal with. She was so patient showing me multiple floor plans until I found one that was in my price range, and the special I got was amazing (6 weeks free + $2,000 in gift cards )I highly recommend leasing here, even if you have to pay $100-$300 more than your budget, and don’t forget to ask for Ally at the leasing office, she will make the whole process easy and pleasant.

Love the location and staff. The staff really cares and they always respond and are looking to make improvements. Maintenance and courtesy officer are 100% responsive. Diverse community which is a plus!! My only complaint is the noise and some people not wearing masks or letting dogs roam without a leash and jump on you while walking , but you will always see people not following rules .

One thing I like the most of this apartment complex is the cleanliness. I live right across the pool and literally watch the pool steward cleaning it EVERY morning, and especially more around the holidays. Absolutely Beautiful complex. Spacious floor plans with great amenities such as their adjacent pools located in between one of the most luxurious lounges I have ever seen!! Plus I couldnt ask for a better location seconds from the Galleria and all the delicious restaurants Houston has to offer. So definitely make the right move and come home to Alexan 5151!
