The layout of these apartments just brings a steady breeze almost all year. The complex is quiet, and everyone is super friendly. Not to mention, they have great lattes!!!!The complex butts up to the George Bush Reserve. With lots of great trails and many different species of wildlife. There are times I feel like I am in the country. Even though I am in the city.The only thing I really wish they had, is a dog washing station. Other than that, they have pretty much everything else you may need, including a car wash station.

The fact that it’s so close to I-10 makes getting around easy, and being south of I-10 means traffic is rarely a problem too. The office staff and maintenance crew are incredibly helpful and responsive. Theyve made settling in a breeze and are always there when you need assistance.

Arianna at the leasing office has been our point of contact from leasing until now and she has been very understanding and extremely helpful in setting us up with everything we need. We have been living here in Vue Kingsland for almost 16 months, and we absolutely love it here! The apartments look great inside and out, beautiful and spacious. The whole complex is always clean, pretty quiet and well maintained. The pool, gym and clubhouse are always enjoyable. And I couldnt ignore the location, it is 5 minutes to the shopping areas and almost 1 minute to I-10.The ladies at the office especially Stephanie, Theresa and the manager Sara are extremely polite and Very helpful and I really feel welcomed walking in there.The Maintenance team is great. Whenever we had any maintenance issues, they always respond quickly and do the job completely and professionally.The only complaint was about the extremely loud neighbors above us. I wish if the complex has stricter policy about noise rather than courtesy calls, as some neighbors do not listen.I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet, safe and affordable housing.

This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in thus far! Kid friendly environment, quiet, good parking and most of all clean!! The units are well maintenance regularly and the staff are incredibly amazing, especially Raina Gary!!! Anytime I have inquired about anything regarding my apartment, I’ve receive an immediate response with a positive attitude! Staff also well communicates things that are happening in the community whether it’s good or informative. If you’re looking for a new home, this is it!!! Ask for Raina! She definitely gets the job done.

I highly recommend this apartment!!Ms. Tanya- manager and Mr.Diego, they are trying to do their best for you as if you were their families.I was struggling to find an apartment and when I was totally lost Ms Tanya called me back and took care of my conditions as if I were her sister.Apartment and its view is the best I have ever seen.Appliances are new, carpets condition is really good!!Definitely this apartments deserve fo be seen!!Also my friend staying this apartment almost for half of a year told me that there has not been any security problems.I have 3 kids and the big gate is locked and you can not get into the site without passing this locked gate!So, it is safe and secure!!

The sense of community, combined with the convenient location, made it a truly remarkable place to call home.

Raina and staff made the whole apartment shopping experience easy and transparent. Everything was upfront and allowed my GF and I to focus on what we were looking for. The lease signing process, explanation off deposits and pet fees were clear and now that everything is signed for, we are excited to move!Update: Two years later, we found a house and moved and the staff, Jet, Areana, and Diego have been great to work with. I always enjoyed talking to the maintenance staff and everything was always taken care of quickly. Even after moving out we had to track down some important documents and Areana went above and beyond to get us connected with our critical mail. A big thank you to the staff listed above for always taking care of any issues and going the extra mile. If we ever needed an apartment again, we would move here.Bonus if you enjoy riding your bike as it’s just around the corner from some fantastic hike and bike trails that can go to beltway or 99.

I recently moved to this community and am in love so far! I have lived at quite a few Cortland communities before and have loved every single one. I leased sight unseen as I was moving for work from DFW and the team was so helpful getting me situated, and the apartment was exactly like the pictures online. They even let my movers into my apartment for me since my movers got there before I arrived. My apartment is peaceful, neighbors are friendly and quiet, and Raina in the office has been super helpful any time I need anything. I never have any issues with parking and trash pick up is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to call home!

Moved in about 2 years ago and absolutely love living here! Office staff is AMAZING and so much fun! Theresa, Stephanie, Heather, Sarah (sorry if I forgot anyone 😊) ... all are super helpful and always friendly. They definitely go above and beyond! ESPECIALLY when disasters (Hurricane Harvey) happen. The effort, communication, and support from them was fantastic. Any info they had was passed along as fast as possible. Most of them don’t live on site so to be so supportive as they were trying to rebuild their personal lives too says a lot about the quality of the team. Maintenance staff is quick and does a great job every time. The property is very well kept and pool is fantastic. There’s a great “family vibe” around here and the Resident events are always a lot of fun. Definitely couldn’t have picked a better place to call home!You guys are awesome, keep up the great work!

I’ve lived here for a year so far and I must admit, I was a little weary moving here because I did the whole application process online as I was in the middle of relocating so I didn’t see the property until I moved in but I was pleasantly surprised. Overall I loved living here. My favorite part of the property is the large palm trees that are planted at the entrance. It a nice quiet neighborhood and I never had any problems with anyone or anything. My concerns were quickly addressed by either office staff or maintenance. For the price and location, it’s a great deal. I was able to get on the highway within 2 minutes while also having access to gas, dining and groceries all within a 5 mile radius. My only “issue” would be the parking, as it can be hard sometimes to find parking in front of your building depending on when you get home, but that is to be expected with large communities like this. If it wasn’t for the fact that I got a new job in the city and the commute can be exhausting sometimes, I definitely saw myself living here long term.

Love living here!! It’s only been about a month that my husband and I have moved in, Ana was so informative and you can feel how genuine and convinced she was that this would be the best place to call home for us. It’s so quiet and SAFE, on the first day we moved in we walked the commute and everyone said hi to us without even knowing us!(loved it). I do wish there were more events that were hosted from the staff for us to interact with our neighbors but the amenities are lovely as well.. I hope the quality of these apartments never go down but keep getting better! Can’t wait to refer my friends here as soon as they start Apartment hunting.

The pool here is amazing. The appliances can get better but the staff is responsive. The agents at the leasing office are very helpful and Natalia is especially sweet and a joy to work with. The apartment is great for strolling around and is nestled in a quiet residential area. Had a good stay here and will recommend staying here.

I have lived here for a little while now and I love it just as much as the day I moved in! The apartment is GORGEOUS, the amenities are great, they are super dog friendly (I have a corgi and German Shepherd so all breed friendly), and the staff is always professional, courteous, and kind. I also love how quiet the complex is. Never any booming music or people being loud in general (at least in building 4 in the back corner). Definitely the best apartment I have ever had!

Stephanie was so kind to me from the moment I call and ask her if she had units available to lease. she took the time to show me the unit and even waited for my husband to arrive even though the office was about to close. she knew my situation and she also speed my move in day.I love my new home, I love the interior features and the staff. I have only lived in one other apartment prior to this as I’ve owned homes most my life; however my situation changed and I landed here. I have to say that after being here for 1 year, I haven’t had a single issue! Yes, there were a couple break-ins around Christmas time but that happens everywhere including neighborhoods. It’s to be expected especially around COVID hard times. It’s unpreventable.Otherwise, zero issues! The staff have always been extremely friendly. I like that management isn’t coming into your apartment every other month. Having that privacy in your home makes you feel like it’s yours. The grounds are very clean and I have never felt unsafe here. I live in the back of the complex and I have never had an issue with parking or issues for my guests to find parking. My old apartment towed my own vehicle one time! This apartment doesn’t send tow trucks in every single night so you don’t have to worry about something crazy happening to your vehicle by accident and then owing a ton of money to a tow company! The stainless steel appliances are a plus. Overall, this isn’t an apartment where you see oil stains and broken down cars everywhere. The people living here are nice and quiet and respectful. It’s peaceful here and I have enjoyed it! I just signed another lease. Hopefully I’ll get to buy another home next year but until then I am very happy to be living here. Close to I-10 and near nice neighborhoods of Katy. Kudos to staff for not “micro-managing” your tenants. This experience has proven to be light years better than my last apartment (a Camden property). Thank you!!

The property amenities are very relaxing and well kept. Also not to mention the tea, coffee, and soda bar! Pool table and common room. Really great place to live.

Have been very lucky to call this place home for two years now. Am moving out to Dallas but after staying at this Courtland, I will most certainly be looking for another one. The staff has always been respectful, helpful in a timely manner, and cheerful. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I wasn’t able to use the pool as much as I’d like. All in all - if you’re looking for an affordable place with high quality accommodations, apartments, and staff, this is the place for you.

I have not moved into these apartments (yet), but my initial experience with this complex has made me not want to continue my apartment hunt any further. From the second we walked into the door, we were greeted very warmly by Natalia. She had an injured foot but showed us around thoroughly and was full of smiles the entire time. We felt horrible seeing her walk up to the 3rd floor to show us the unit, but she seemed to love her job. Even with passing a few current residents without their dogs on leashes, she politely just asked them to take their dogs in for a leash and continued to smile. If the rest of the staff have Natalias awesome customer service and positive energy, I look forward to being apart of this community.

These apartments are very nice!!! I love it here! The scenery is very satisfying and the staff are really nice. Specifically Ms. Raina Gary is always very helpful. From the time I moved she has answered all my questions and has taken the time to investigate any of my problems even when it seemed as though she was very busy. I can be very annoying, but shes always very welcoming. I love it here. The price is fair, and its quiet.

I have been extremely pleased with my stay at The Vue at Kingsland. The cleanliness of the apartment is a plus and anytime Ive had any maintenance issues inside the apartment the staff handled them quickly. The pool is the great well kept- The grills are cleaned daily and are maintained extremely well. I would definitely recommend staying here

This was a nice upgrade from our last apartment, the units were gorgeous. We had some hiccups at the beginning of our lease with the appliances but they were replaced. I love how close the hike and bike trails are. One thing to keep in mind if you want to move here is there is a ton of children that run wild and don’t move out of the way for cars. The garage doors are used as soccer goals so ours was pretty banged up. This is beyond the control of the very helpful staff. Lastly, we were really excited to move here because at the beginning of our lease the office was very interactive and threw parties for the residents but I haven’t seen them do anything like that in a long time. Hopefully they start that up again because that really separated them from other apartments.

Moving from one community to another right now is not a FUN thing to do. We were impressed by the thoughtful service we received at this community. We moved into a CLEAN Well maintained community. When we first walked into our new apartment, we instantly smelt the cleaning products, and that made us feel comfortable knowing the severity of COVID.2nd update:im thankful we chose this community. I was experiencing an emergency maintenance issue and had someone come out within 1 hour to save me.this is no easy task. they wore all protective gear and saved the day.great work Maintenance team! your work doesnt go unnoticed by us residents.

I absolutely love this property! It’s well kept and clean, and the staff is incredible. Theresa gave me a tour and was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions quickly and has the best personality. She was professional and kind, while still clearly having a good time at work. I’ve recommended Vue to a few friends already and she’s one of the reasons I have!

By far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The floor plans are awesome. Its as if while designing this complex I took all the complaints most renters have and fixed them. Spacious rooms, ample parking, great interior finishes, and of course the friendly office ladies!Two complaints I would have is I wish the hallways were cleaned more. We have yellow jacket and wasp nests built up on the halls leading the our front door and garage door. My last complaint is the trash! Goodness for one complex we produce crazy amounts of trash!Other than that great place!!!!!

My husband and I visited Cortland Vue Kingsland today. We first visited Cortland on Greenhouse and had a lovely experience with Jermial there. At the end he gave us a brochure that showed all of the other Cortland complexes and he pointed out the one on Kingsland. We were already going that way so we decided to check out the sister property as well. It was so nice to have two great experiences back to back. Jassamine at Cortland Kingsland was so kind and had great energy. She has awesome customer service skills and she was very warm and welcoming. While we havent made a final decisions yet, I can definitely say that the customer service provided by the Cortland properties that we visited today was superb. Thank you Jassamine, your professionalism, warmness, energy and aura was very refreshing. Keep being sweet and amazing!

I’ve been living here since July of 2017 and love it so far. I’ve come in contact with everyone in the office and all have been helpful; however, I want to throw and extra shot out to Jeanette who made my move in process so easy from start to finish! Also, must I had that this is the first apartment complex I moved into when all staff was fri madly in the beginning and still is, which is a plus for me. I’m looking forward to the complex operating the same or better since Cortland management is taking over! #vuekingslandalltheway

Staff: I toured this complex today and while I cant comment on the aspect of actually living here, I can say with confidence that Ana Efigenio is an incredible ambassador to your brand and truly displays the kind of customer service and professionalism that every company seeks in their people. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door, she listened to what I said and spoke with confidence and knowledge of the property. She asked what I wanted to see (instead of just showing me things I wasnt interested in) and took the extra time to go look at additional things that I requested to go see. I wish I had more coworkers like you! This is only the second property Ive viewed, but Ive kind of already decided that this is the place I want to live. Just have to get my roommate over here on Monday to tour the unit and hopefully put our deposit down!Amenities: The saltwater pool looks amazing and its open until 11pm! I love that there is a covered, drive-thru mail area, so when its raining, I dont have to walk across the complex and stand getting soaked trying to open the box. The covered hand car-wash and vacuum bay is a huge hot button for me. I prefer to wash my cars by hand, but trying to find a way to do that without a house with a driveway is frustrating. Ana (and other reviewers) mentioned that there is only one trash dumpster for the whole complex, but she informed me that in June, they just started valet trash that gets picked up in the morning, Monday-Friday.Unit: We toured the B1- 2 bed/2 bath model that matches the unit I am looking to rent. Third floor units have carpet throughout, with wood floors right in front of the entry door, kitchen and bathrooms. I feel that the floorplans here are well thought out.Neighborhood: There is a Chevron station directly across the street, nearest Target is a mere 6 minute drive without ever getting on the freeway, nearest Walmart is a quick 8 minute drive down the I-10 service road. Took me all of 2 minutes to get to I-10, and looks like a 10 minute drive to City Centre, without the price tag of living there. Ana also mentioned running trails behind the complex that lead to local parks. This place looks great!

I loved Vue Kingsland! I loved it when I lived there but now that I’ve moved I realize how much more I appreciate them. Had to, unfortunately, move for work but if I could come back to any apartment complex it would be theirs for sure. All apartments have their issues but I can’t think of one that ever gave me a headache or wasn’t quickly addressed by maintenance or the leasing office. And their walls are rocksolid! Me and my neighbor would always chat and be so surprised at the different things that we didn’t hear coming from either of our apartments, lol. Even when I moved out she had no idea what day I was actually moving my furniture and everything out until I said goodbye to her :( The walls are really impressive. Where I live now I can hear my neighbor snoring, smh. In a nice quiet residential area where you can live a normal life away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough TO the city to still know that you live in Houston. The shopping centers nearby are also perfect! Walmart, Target, Ulta, Randles everything… Not to mention Katy Mills outlet is like 10 minutes up the road so if you love shopping I definitely recommend stopping by there. The price that you pay for the quality of this apartment and the size is unbeatable! I had a two bed two bath because I had a lot of stuff and I paid less than my one bed one bath now! If you can’t tell, I really miss them haha. I’m honestly surprised that the ratings for this place aren’t higher!

Beautiful property. Good location. Applied but was denied because I had late payments reported from my current apartment. Just figured I would caution anyone with any late payment within the last 12 months not to bother. Youd lose your application fees. They wouldnt accept my offer for additional deposits. I have lived here for a little over a year. The grounds are well-kept, they are very good about fixing maintenance issues and the office is friendly. I was in a first floor unit that was totally flooded in August, but they managed to get me back in for a 2nd floor unit (same floor plan) in October and were extremely helpful. The only reason I cannot give this complex 5 stars is the trash situation. They really need a 2nd dumpster. One is not enough for a complex this size. As far as people leaving reviews about roaches, I have not found this to be true at all. I am terrified of all bugs and have lived in 2 apartments in a year. Both were immaculate upon move in, and I have not seen any bugs.

My son and I lived her for two years. It had the most amazing staff, grounds men, and maintenance workers. I had surgery and wasnt able to walk my dog, but one of the maintenance workers walked my dog for me. I later found out that he was afraid of dogs. I only moved out because I moved to a home.
