I moved into this property 3 months and everyone on staff has been super friendly and amazing. The facility is clean and in good shape. Can’t wait to get to use the pool this summer! Upon moving in I did have one small issue but the maintenance team and office staff made sure it was resolved quickly. I have lived in many apartment communities and to be honest this one is probably my favorite so far!

I love living here! I have no problems ever, maintenance is always on top of any work order placed. Our clubroom is spectacular, clean and beautiful my daughter loves going in for the games and theatre room where she can watch tv and movies ( the remotes work as well as the tv) nothing in here is just decoration it’s all useful for tenants and kept up with. Our apartments are modern and up to date with stainless steel appliances, I encourage anyone to move to this property. And first floors come with a backyard (:

I ended up looking into this community as I was on my search for an apartment. When I walked in I was immediately welcomed by the staff and felt very comfortable. I was able to get a tour from Trina, and I can’t express how amazing she was. She was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was beyond helpful. I definitely have this community at the top of my list for places I want to look into. Thank you again Trina for your help!! If anyone is looking into living here I suggest talking to Trina!!

I recently moved in and have had the pleasure of speaking to the Maintenance Supervisor Clarence and his team. He goes above and beyond, in a timely manner. Clarence is exceptionally knowledgeable. Every aspect of my living at this community has exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the attentive service provided by the entire team in the office. I am beyond impressed with Agora stone oak staff. Greystar came in and started changing things around quickly and professionally. Thomas, Clarence, and Dave are quick and communicative on the work orders. They respect about entering my apartment with my permission only. The office staff is so sweet and professional. Rayvin and Carlos in the front make it feel like home, very welcoming. Lyanna the assistant manager is very communicative about resident events and if I have any questions on my ledger she responds quickly with detail. Trina the property manager is making a great change to the property being sure our community is becoming a luxury, welcoming, clean, and safe community. Thank you.

I cant say enough good things about the maintenance team at my complex, especially Clearance and Thomas from the new property management company Graystar. After I called the office about my malfunctioning air conditioning units, they came over right away. They were incredibly professional and efficient, fixing everything quickly and thoroughly. Later, I needed them to come out a second time, and Clearance showed up after hours within the hour of my call. Their dedication and quick response were truly impressive. On top of that, they were both super nice and made the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend their services!

My time here has been wonderful. There is a new management now which consists of wonderful people such as Carlos, Lyanna and Rayvin. Sadly I had to move out of state but they have all been so incredibly helpful and kind, they even resolved some issues I had before they got there. Best place to live.

Moved here recently. Agora has turned my mindset completely around from where I used to hate apartment living. The leasing experience, and management is so energetic and positive it just made me feel so comfortable about my decision to lease. Brandie was a full-service one stop shop, she got me set up with everything and I didn’t have to lift a finger. The AT&T rep contacted me for set up. She even got me a discount for renting furniture and IT GOT DELIVERED. I’ve loved it so far, and it’s beautiful but the high point is how stress free my move ended up being. This the place to be if you want high quality living and honest business practice. More companies should operate this way.

First off I need to show appreciation to the manager & staff. The manager Brandy(sp?) is so incredible. Her vibrant personality & willingness to solve my concerns meant so much to me. Ive dealt with managers in the past & they just werent very helpful or respectful. The staff are just as amazing, you can tell that they are a reflection of the great team they are apart of and are always eager to help, not to mention they all have great attitudes. Secondly, the property is beautiful and well maintained. I cant wait to renew my lease.

I have lived at Lenox Stone Oak for about 8 months now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional! The staff/management are extremely helpful, warm, and caring. They show their regard for the residents immediately by being responsive to any questions/concerns. They notify me right away of package deliveries and are always available when I go into the office or call. The property is very well kept, and the amenities are excellent. My family and I love spending time in our community areas, which are very clean and always well stocked. The location is ideal for avoiding traffic, and we feel very safe in our community. We have had an awesome experience with everyone from management to maintenance. Definitely the best property I have ever lived at! Thanks, Lenox!

I’ve only been living here over a week but I love it so far. It’s a very quiet community and I love the concierge service too. The leasing agents were very courteous and professional. My apartment has many modern amenities such as the refrigerator and the stove and microwave. I also like the fact that I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. It’s luxury apartment living at its best.

The move in experience was pretty fast did my lease the week I was approved, and the day of move in I just grabbed my keys and dropped off the deposit. The complex is extremely clean however, the breezeway can be a little more cleaner but it’s not disgusting…I love it here so far

I am new to Agora but so far I am a happy woman. The unit is beautiful, clean and quiet. The building hallways should be cleaned regularly other than that they do a great job. The fitness center is always clean and cool. The valet trash service is excellent. Before moving in, Olga and staff were very friendly and helpful and still are today.

From the moment I walked in the door to first inquire about renting. I was greeted with professionalism and quality customer service. The staff has been very attentive to anything I asked for or about. Its a very quiet community and half the time, I forget I even have neighbors. Parking is usually a clown show at most complexes but not this one. There has ALWAYS been parking no matter the time of day. If youre looking for quality and peace, Agora of Stone Oak is the place.

These apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are so awesome and convenient (car service area?!) ! I had my bridal shower in the clubhouse and it was such a perfect and beautiful setting, and the office staff was EXTREMELY helpful during the setup process. They even gave me a gift!! How amazing is that!? They really go the extra step for their residents.

Ashlyn and her team have been a Godsend. I have lived in these apartments since they first opened and Im blessed to call this community home. The maintenance team takes care of any issues in a timely manner and the office staff is always extremely helpful. They are making great efforts to have community events to bring everyone together and in my opinion the heartbeat of the community is the dog park. Lenox Stone Oak is reasonably priced and in a great area of Stone Oak. The public school district tied to this community, is top notch. Thank you Lenox Stone Oak team!

Marcus at Lenox Stone Oak has been so helpful! Even after I bought a house and moved out, I still had 2 packages that were delivered to my old apartment. Marcus helped me track them down and get them to me. He went above and beyond! We enjoyed living here, the amenities were great, and as you can see the staff has been wonderful. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking! Thanks again Marcus for helping make our experience great even after we moved out!

I visit many apartment communities all over San Antonio. The Lenox team is always helpful, they respond quickly and every time I visit the property is immaculate. The negetive reviews on this complex just go to show that people can pick at anything. This complex is phenomenal. My husband and I have lived here a year and the experience gas never changed. The apartments are beautiful, they have lots of floor plans to choose from, the amenities are top notch, staff is great, AND the property is emmaculatly maintained. Literally, ZERO complaints.
