Hayden was excellent. My son and I drove in from Houston with a list of available apartments. Turns out the websites were not updated. Here we were less than six weeks before school starts and could not find anything suiting our needs with availability. Thankfully, one of the leasing agents at a sold out property gave me Haydens card. Ninety minutes later we were in the office and Hayden went to work. He saved me hours of driving around San Marcos. Hayden was very good at listening to what we desired and matching apartments to meet our expectations.

Chris Day was absolutely amazing!!! He was very understanding in my situation, and got me an apartment the same day. I had an appointment with him at 10:00, got into my apartment by 11:45!!! I highly recommend when searching for an apartment in San Marcos, going to Apartment Experts. There I met Elisa, she was the kindest and most helpful when I was searching for the perfect home for myself. She really listened to my family and I when discussing my wants and needs. She even went with us to tour several properties that we picked out together and helped us out when talking with the office staff, making sure that they knew what exactly I was looking for. I would definitely use them again in the future, if I plan on moving.

Hayden Thomason went above and beyond during our time working together. He made this process a total breeze! He has helped me find a place TWICE now and both times were wonderful experiences. Moving can be a stressful time for anyone but Hayden was so helpful in explaining and being upfront and honest about all the apartments we toured. He is so friendly and kind, which explains why he has such a great relationship with apartment managers in town. That made me feel at ease because it gave me an insight as to what kind of people I’d be leasing from. He also made sure that everywhere we looked fit my needs and my price range! There’s nothing worse than when a realtor tries to push you outside of your price range, but Hayden was so respectful and understanding of mine and I never felt pressured. He also handled everything from contacting the apartments, to making sure they had the size and floor plan I wanted, to coming with me to tour and following up with them for lease signing, deposits, etc. He was there anytime I needed help or had questions (and never got annoyed even though I had a million of them.) 10/10 recommend working with him!Thanks again for all your hard work Hayden! This is the ONLY place I go to when I need to find a place, everyone is really chill and ready to help you with anything you need.I worked with Meghann for this most recent trip and she was absolutely amazing. Most of the staff here are absolutely brilliant and so friendly! Hayden was our apartment expert and I’ve never felt so at ease with apartment hunting as I was with his help. Moving is so strenuous and can get complicated and he just melted all of the stress away by showing us everything fit he thought we would like and working with all of our stipulations (and there were MANY). He was still able to find us great options and get us to see each actual unit that we’d be renting. On top of that, he is tight with many of the property managers and that helped us A LOT. His communication was fantastic, his knowledge on the San Marcos area was unrivaled, and I legitimately don’t know anyone else who could’ve done a better job than him while working with our circumstances. When I arrived at the office, Leslie, with a very warm welcome, helped make a comprehensive list of available options that met my long list of criteria. Leslie showed her perseverance in making the list of options to be extensive through web search and several phone calls. She showed me the different apartments and duplexes while she provided me with sound professional advice on the pros and cons of each option. Finally, I could find a nice place within my budget. Leslie even helped me for the move-in and connection of electricity as well as for signing the contract. I would highly recommend the Apartment Experts. Chris K. is the BEST apartment locator out there. He has been in the business a while and gives you all the facts, no beating around the bush.. It isnt just a job; he genuinely caters to your needs and finds the best deal for your budget. When he was describing each apartment, he was VERY knowledgeable and very specific which I LOVED. As a young adult, I was worried joining the world of apartment renting, but he walked us through every detail and explained things I didnt understand (A LOT). He presents your options in black and white so you can compare easier. Our original apartment fell through due to overbooking, and he found us a replacement within 24 hours. After you move in, he follows up to make sure everything is in order which was a sweet touch! He is extremely quick to respond, even out of the office. If you need a new place to call home, go to Chris! He guided 2 scared college kids during a big transitional point in our lives and we are forever grateful. We loved him so much, we are using him again for our next move!

Alright, So Im moving from Houston to San Marcos to attend Texas State as a Transfer student, I was referred to Meghann Kappler by someone from university and let me just say that Meghann was absolutely awesome! I let her know what it was what I was looking for in an apartment and narrowed my options to those that best fit what I was looking for, she was extremely nice and very helpful. She really smoothed out the stress of trying to find an apartment in a foreign city for me, and for that I very grateful. The one thing I loved about Meghann was that she always kept up with communication and replied to my questions the quickest as possible. I can honestly say Im really grateful I was referred to her, because I wouldnt have been able to find an apartment on my own.

I came to Meghann (assistant manager) at Apartment Experts with a rush to find somewhere to live in San Antonio, moving from San Marcos. I was offered a job in San Antonio and had less than two weeks to get moved. Meghann was extremely helpful from START to FINISH. I emphasize those words because many apartment locators have no follow-through - they simply won’t put in the effort all the way to the finish line. Meghann worked hard on my behalf, researching, calling complexes, setting up tours, checking in with me, etc., all the way until today when I got my lease to sign. Even though San Antonio wasn’t the norm for Meghann, she still worked hard and did what she could to make sure I was taken care of there. It’s nice having someone helping you who genuinely cares.

Don’t even know where to start! Meghann is incredible. We are relocating from out of state and had exactly 48 hours to find a place to live. Having only been to the area once before, we were at a complete loss on how to find what we wanted in the price we could afford. I spent hours online looking at complexes and was completely falling apart - finally I found Apartment Experts and Meghann in particular. With just a few days notice, she set up time to meet with us... and when I say time, I mean a full 7 hours! We met and chatted at length about different neighborhoods and the qualities we were wishing. Then she presented us with a targeted list of properties and walked us through the floor plans. She then did all the leg work calling the properties and ensuring what we saw was what we’d get and in our time frame. We narrowed down to a few and hit the road. She knows every question to ask and moves with confidence and professionalism. We can’t wait to move into our new home!

As I entered the store I was greeted with a warm hello from who would eventually be my apartment broker, Leslie Hernandez. After completing a short survey to help guide her in locating an apartment for me, we were able to locate 7 units that morning. Of course calls had to be made and the list was narrowed down to 4 or 5 possible units, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the process was moving along. I manage a small but bustling grooming salon here in San Marcos and the last thing Id like to add to my day is locating a new apartment. Due to time constraints I was unable to make the rounds of the apartments that morning but we rescheduled 2 days later and on that faithful morning I located more than I had expected. Within the week I had submitted my application to the apartment Leslie helped me locate and was on my way to new housing. However, due to the timing of my submission and this being a college town, I grew a bit anxious as I was not hearing back from the complex. I mentioned this to Leslie as she was following up with me to see where I was in the process and upon hearing so she immediately got in contact with the complex and had a lease agreement to me within 24 hours. Leslie Hernandez was not only crucial at the time I needed her most, but was extremely accommodating without being pushy and allowed me to find what was suitable in my new place. If I had to do it all over again, I know exactly who Im contacting.

It was really hard for me to find an available apartment that would give me early move in and a good price for student living. My fiancé and I were helped by Ashley who was absolutely amazing! She was patient with us from apartment to apartment and actually helped us find an apartment we wanted even with all our requests. My friend and I had an urgency to find an apartment for the next semester. We’re both full-time students and finding non-student housing was important to us. However, trying to go at it alone was difficult. When we would try to find an apartment ourselves on numerous sites and apps, we didn’t know if what we were looking at was student housing. Some apartments had it listed, but others didn’t. Because we’re from out of town and were time crunched, we decided to try to go directly to the complexes to get more information. I have visited Apartment Experts in San Marcos in search for two different leases before, and have received help from two different staff members there. I came with lists of needs and high expectations and they happily met my standards of living with an abundance of places to consider, and with great detail. Their service is amazing too. Where do I begin? First, thank you Leslie Hernandez for all of your help. Time was not on my side, because I needed a place and needed it quickly. Mrs. Leslie Hernandez was on her job since before my daughter and I came to Texas. Leslie called, made sure we were ok before, during and after our trip....she acted as our “attorney “ Lol during the showing of the apt, she not only made sure my daughter was satisfied but, that I, as her mom was as well. She’s offered her assistance whenever we decide to come back texas (which we would deal with her only, anyway 😊). Leslie is the true epitome of a “great” realtor/apt.
