I love living here! The office staff is so generous and the maintenance man, Mr Lucky is the absolute best! He is always so friendly and quickly finishes my work orders. He is always so understanding when working around my schedule to come by and fix things. Whenever possible he usually takes care of more than one thing at a time. He is always riding on his golf cart, waving at neighbors and asking Do you need anything? My family just loves him. Hes a big reason why we renewed our lease.

I have been a resident at Addicks Stone village since 2023 and i would like to commend Maria, the property manager. She has been super professional and always quick to address any concerns or issues I have. Shes on top of things and makes sure the property is well-taken care of and residents needs are sorted. Shes great at communicating and always gets back to me fast, which really adds to my positive experience living here.And lets not forget Mr. Lucky, the property caretaker. Hes a champ at keeping everything in top shape around here. The place is always clean and well-maintained thanks to his hard work. Got an issue? Hes right on it and is always friendly and easy to talk to. His attention to detail and proactive maintenance style really make him a standout member of the community.

The new Property Management are awesome and the maintenance man goes above and beyond and works overtime to make sure that the resident and outside area is well taken care of. The Best PM to work with.

I am a resident at Addicks Stone Townhomes. Customer Service Excellence is the new term for this property. I am very appreciative for our new maintenance “Mr. Lucky” for going over and beyond for the tenants! Special shoutout to Ms.Marie/ Maria for all of her hard work and dedication and commitment for the tenants as well!! Keep up the good work and thanks for caring!!

I’ve enjoyed living here at Addicks Stone so far! Recently I’ve noticed that a lot more attention has been given to the care and upkeep of our neighborhood! The new Manager Hernando has been exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the process of my recent renewal. Can’t wait to see the future changes!

Reading these reviews are a bit disturbing. Hernado the new community manager is doing a great job, I see the changes that have and are still taking place at this community. Give the staff a break we all are doing our best in the times were living in. Hernado has been very professional, accommodating, nice, always smiling and great communicating face-2-face, via email and over the phone. Keep up the amazing job youre doing. Julio the Maintenace is also doing a great job, hes working alone but getting things done in a timely fashion. People are quick to leave a negative review, very seldom does positive feedback get posted.

Im a new resident in this beautiful community and I love it. The manager, Hernando, was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He answered all questions/concerns and took care of the issues I addressed very timely. Hernando is very professional, caring and excellent manager!

I love this place. I only intended to stay here for a year but I dont know what happened I am on my second year. 😊. Dana is just a sweetheart. I reccomend to anyone who wants a clean quiet and peaceful neighborhood to come and live here. I will moss this place.

Family friendly complex. Office staff arent around consistently like a larger complex, but will address any issues you have.
