I grew up here in the 80s. They use to be called Anne Marie Apts. I had a beautiful childhood here. They use to have a pool and a water fountain ; it was really pretty but itβs gone now. -

Lived I the Anne Marie Aprs in 1962. Worked at KTRK TV Ch 13. Great, quiet apts. Managed by HPD Burglary Detective Bill Weir and wife. His dad was Homicide Detective Weir. Believe rent 2 bedroom apt $135 mo. Entries open, no iron security gates. Zero crime. Best days! -

Comfortable and super good location. Nice people and nice apartments. Things get taken care of quick. New owners making it nice with washers and dryers and other renovations. Would recommend for sure. -

At first maintenance was dog doodoo. The have since replaced that guy with Hector and he is killing the game. Super thankful for his efforts. -

Nice inside outside just very confusing to delivery service people on number
