I live in these apartments. the staff is very friendly and quickly solves all problems with a smile. The condition of the apartments is like new, reliable security. The unique view from the pool on the roof deserves special attention.

I had a fantastic experience with Adrian, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire leasing process. Their expertise made everything smooth and stress-free. Melissa is always so helpful whenever I email/call and informative! My apartment is so lovely, the size and location in downtown Dallas is amazing! The rooftop pool and view, perfect!! Community is always clean, every morning you see the maintenance staff doing the grounds and very friendly!

I have lived at this apartment complex for the past 3 years. It has great amenities as well as on-site security! Melissa has always been there to help me out with any issues I may have. Whether its paperwork or getting work orders done, she has always been the best! The rooftop pool isnt bad either.

My husband and I moved here back in April 2021 and I’m so glad we did. Still here 3+ years later and still love it.The building is well kept up with and clean! Love how they keep with seasonal flowers around the apartment.The maintenance team are great, always super quick with fixing whatever you need. (Our a/c stopped working a couple weeks ago and within a day they had it fixed, that alone is a 5 star review especially since we have a baby and two huskies),The rooftop is a huge plus to this apartment with a beautiful pool with skyline views and then the gym itself is super nice! Also have a lounge area that you can rent for gatherings.The location is 10/10 and just over the past couple years west end is popping back off again! So many new restaurants and spots. And it keeps growing. I walk my son to the Perot all the time. Walk to the aquarium or DMA or Klyde warren. VP and American Airlines is walking distance. Walk over to Katy trail or bike it! Bike anywhere around the city.We grew our family here and have explored so much of the city! It’s truly been an adventure for my husband and I! We’re so glad we did it!Super dog friendly! We’ve been spoiled with a nice dog park and the west end square for the dogs!555 has always taken care of us, if we ever needed anything we emailed or went down and asked and they’ve always been quick to help with whatever they can.It’s a great apartments and would definitely recommend!!!

When I first visited Dallas for a relative’s wedding 3 years ago, I immediately fell in love with the city. Started looking at apartments my second day here. 555 Ross was by far, my favorite. When the time came that I had opportunity to move down with my company, they were the first choice. I’ve not been disappointed since. Love the space, the neighborhood, and the service. Really is an awesome place to live.

I have lived at 555 Ross for 3 years now and I could not be more pleased with the experience. I toured and signed my lease with Gustavo, he is friendly and knowledge of the property and all amenities. Ricky who works on the maintenance team is thorough in his job and he has helped me more than a time or two. Melissa the manager is available if I ever need anything and always responds to my emails timely. Aside from the great people who work here the views from the rooftop pool, clubhouse & gym are the best in Dallas. My apartment has beautiful upgrades and a spacious patio. I highly recommend.

Love 555, have been here four going on five years. Rooftop pool can not be beat, and the staff is always friendly, helpful and responsive! The view from the gym is so good that you are inspired to work out :-) The garage is accessible from all floors, and there is a dog park as well.

I’ve only recently moved into 555 but I have to say the apartments are so beautiful inside and as well as amenities. The rooftop pool alone is one of the most beautiful rooftops I’ve seen, it’s definitely a view pictures don’t quite do justice. Manny helped me get into my apartment and signed my lease he is so kind and warm, he made me truly excited to sign my lease

I lived her for almost 6 years. My apartment was nice with solid quality. I loved my balcony that had views of Reunion tower. The maintenance and cleaning crew were excellent and friendly. Leasing staff was very helpful. There were random community events throughout the year and I met some cool folks. Some of the residents can be dirty and lazy with their pets, but its Dallas - everyone has a dog here even if they cant properly care for them.What sold me on this place were the amenities. The rooftop with the pool/gym/club house is top notch. One of the best views of the entire city skyline. Its a bummer that all amenities are not 24 hours.Ive seen more than a view changes happen to the West End. Small park right across the street and cool old-school brick architecture surrounding the area. Easy walk to different parts of downtown, victory park, and historic sites. Train access is about a 3 minute walk from door. Youre in the city but tucked off to the side so you skip traffic from downtown, uptown, and victory park. All major highways are accessible and will take you in any direction in DFW. Resident parking goes up to your floor level which is nice but can sometimes be tight. Youre downtown, so guest parking is somewhat limited but there is street and lot parking nearby.Highly recommended.

From the rooftop amenities, gorgeous views, the staff, the interior apartment finishes, to the absolute prime location in West End. The walkability to all of the restaurants, bars, museums, Victory Park, etc. is completely unparalleled.

My wife and I moved in to our beautiful apartment 2 weeks ago. Our leasing agent, Adrian, could not have been more helpful during the leasing process and move in. He responds to my many questions within hours and always seems happy to help.The day after moving in we completed the normal paperwork describing the few things that were not perfect about our new apartment. When we arrived home from work the next day, everything we mentioned on the paperwork had been fixed! I have never lived anywhere where that happened. Cheers to the maintenance person!The views from the rooftop are stunning; truly the best in Dallas.An ammenity I recently learned about is that there is a guest suite available for friends and family for an incredibly reasonable rate. We are excited to be able to share and show off our new home and have a comfortable/beautiful place for guests to stay.Absolutely love this place and the people who work here!

I have lived at 555 Ross now for a few years now, and I have to say Im very happy here. Its on the quieter end of downtown and Victory Park is within walking distance. The view from the rooftop pool is INSANE. Management and the staff in the leasing office are extremely helpful, attentive, and kind. The apartments have high ceilings and nice appliances. And the price for downtown living is unbeatable. This is my first apartment in Dallas that made me feel at home. If youre a young professional and want to love living in Dallas, I cant recommend this place enough.

I have been living in this complex for 3 years now. I love the location as there are many restaurants that are within walk-able distance and lots more that are no more than a 5 minute drive. The pool was the main selling factor for me as it has one of the best skyline views of downtown Dallas. The gym is also on the rooftop and has good views of the city. The apartment units are up to date with modern appliances and finishes. The common areas are regularly maintained as well. Melissa and the rest of the leasing staff are awesome and are always helpful with any questions that I may have.

I love 555 Ross Apartments so much, that I just renewed my lease for the second time. It’s the perfect location, right off the highway. With that being said, it’s very quite, which is a huge plus!! The floor plan and layout is perfect. The Amenities are the best. The gym is on 7th floor and has everything you need as well as the best view of Dallas. The rooftop pool is also, hands down, THE BEST IN DALLAS!! The property includes a dog park which is really awesome. There are also multiple grilling areas on the property and they are top the line. There are Amazon lockers on site, which is really cool, you get an email with the code to secure your packages. Melissa Head and the rest of the staff have Always been very helpful, responsive and so friendly. They have made my move into this apartment special and so enjoyable. Maintenance is always on top of it, they really are top notch. Security is always on site, Patrolling and monitoring the property, which is a big plus. I am so beyond happy to call 555 Ross my home, and I know anyone who decides to move here will feel the same way 😊

I absolutely love 555! The elevators, hallways, office area, and common areas are always clean. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. Melissa, Michael, and Olivia are always ready to help and are very nice and professional when doing do. Appliances and fixtures are top of the line. The rooftop pool is amazing. Workout equipment is clean and very much up to date. Its very nice here! My compliments to all the staff who work hard at making life at 555 so comfortable.

I absolutely love living here. I have renewed my lease 2x now. That’s because the Staff, building, location and honestly the community that lives here.Whenever I’ve had a problem the staff has always been soooo helpful. From the top all the way to the maintenance staff who greets my dog and I with a friendly smile! Melissa our building manager has been so helpful. Specially when it came time for me to switch apartments so I could stay apart of this wonderful community.The building is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The gym is always clean. The pool has one of the most beautiful views of down town and my dog loves socializing with the other dogs in the dog run.They have mixers or events about 2x a month which is nice if you’re new to Dallas or just want to get to know your neighbors. All around i’d say you’re pretty lucky if you get the chance to live here!!!!!!!

We have loved every minute of living at 555 Ross! We absolutely love our apartment and our view of Downtown Dallas is AMAZING! The building is super quiet and clean and we love that it is brand new. It is extremely convenient for us too. My husband works downtown and is able to take the Dart or even walk to work. I work in a suburb and access to the highway is so close. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to live. The staff is very friendly and the Cares team puts together many fun events for the residents. The courtyard areas with grills, fitness room, and pool are all top of the line. We were lucky to work with Breanna in the leasing office. She made our transition from San Antonio to Dallas seamless and happily accommodated all of our many needs. We looked at many apartments in Dallas before making our final decision and she was by far one of the friendliest most helpful leasing consultants that we dealt with. We would highly recommend 555 Ross--you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been living here at 555 for almost two years. I love the location, the up keep of the property and my apartment unit. This place has the best downtown view with an amazing breath taking pool. The property manager has been here since before I moved in and she’s always pleasant with a smile on her face. It’s refreshing that I haven’t seen much turnover like most properties. The maintenance staff is friendly and complete request most times the same day. I wish there were more parking available but overall I love it here. The property is cleaned everyday by the staff and I feel safe.

Since I moved to Dallas in 2016 I had a hard time being in an apartment that felt like home. All of my family is on the west coast and I wanted to bring that home feeling with me. It was not until I found 555 in 2018 that I found that home feeling. Not only are the units cozy, modern, and beautiful. The staff (Melissa: Property Manager, Michael: Assistant Property Manager, and Gustavo: Leasing) even treats you like family. With so much turnover in the Property Management field, it shows a great deal of respect about the management and team efforts that have kept the same amazing leasing and management team in place. Although, my rent went up after a year (where Melissa even took the time to understand the market and why it was going up). It was completely worth it when it comes to having such an incredible home and community. I have made lifelong friends and created wonderful memories. 555 will have a piece of my heart forever.

Just moved from Ohio to Dallas. Without being able to see the apartment the entire leasing staff made my experience extremely easy and pleasurable. Jesus and Melissa were quick to respond to all my questions through email. And day of move in was super easy, Gustavo was so kind and helpful. Loved my apartment and the building. The amenities look exactly like what you see online. What you don’t get to appreciate is how much pride they take in property. Clean and very well maintained. Gustavo was also quick to immediately submit my maintenance request day of move. Maintenance took care of within the hour. So glad I made this decision to call 555 Ross my new home.

Ive been living at 555 Ross for about a year and a half now, and Ive really enjoyed my experience so far. The panoramic views of the Dallas skyline from the rooftop pool and fitness center are simply fantastic. Located in the West End, this property is within minutes of all major hotspots in Dallas including Victory Park, Deep Ellum, Downtown, Uptown, and Knox/Henderson. The management and maintenance staff have consistently been attentive and professional. Id also like to give a shout out to Manny for his excellent customer service!

Ive been living at the 555 Ross for almost 2 years now, its about time to give it some credit! The management staff is very attentive, there are also fun resident events throughout the year. Special shout out to the maintenance team, any request is usually addressed and fixed within 24h which is super convenient. The amenities are great, including an Amazon hub, Laundry services, a modern gym, and the rooftop pool is the best in all of Dallas! The area around the building is nice, close to downtown but tucked away in the historic Westend district. Walking distance to restaurants, parks and lots of museums. Highly recommend!

It has been amazing living here - almost 6 months in and have zero complaints about the apt. The location is amazing, the value is perfect, almost all the neighbors are nice, the maintenance guys are friendly and quick, and the staff are amazing (Jesus and Melissa the property manager specifically)The only issue we had was with our upstairs neighbor banging around all times of the night. These guys helped mitigate the issue by getting involved, and we just cant believe how thoughtful they are. It makes us feel like they really care about each and every resident here.If you guys are looking for a home downtown, this is the place!

The facilities are great (the Amazon Hub is super convenient, the gym is great and has a fantastic rooftop view, the courtyards are awesome places to hang out), and the location is awesome! A park is just across the street to get some fresh air and lots of food places nearby. The apartments are also spacious, modern, and feel very luxurious! Would definitely recommend 555 Ross to anyone interested in living in Dallas!

I have never left a review in my LIFE, but I am so obsessed with this complex it deserves ALL THE PRAISE! I moved here from Austin in May of 2021 and I am so grateful I chose this apartment, it has been the perfect spot! The location couldnt be better, so many restaurants and shops to walk to! I walk to Katy Trail almost daily with my dog, as well as Klyde Warren park! The staff is amazing and so friendly, they are always on top of everything and VERY accommodating. The rooftop is iconic, the people/neighbors within the complex are the best and my dog loves the dog park conveniently located downstairs. I have zero complaints with 555 Ross and plan to continue living here for a while, it is PERFECTION!

WOW! So, 555 Ross Avenue is seriously the most beautiful property in the most awesome location! (Walking distance from the American Airlines Stadium, Katy Trail, Aquarium, Museums, Restaurants, Shopping, DART, etc.) My husband and I absolutely love our apartment! Anytime we have company, they are constantly oooing and ahhing over EVERY thing! The amenities are also fabulous! We love the pool, fitness center, grilling stations, the staff, the people, and the 3 monthly events. We are completely new to Dallas and the staff continues to be so helpful. The manager (Melissa) always has a smile on her face and answers all of our questions. One day Cassandra (staff) went to the trouble of printing out a map and menu for a great local place to get a burger. Such a small thing, but it was so thoughtful and helpful! Highly recommend this property!

Excellent location. The amenities are great, as their staff. They are attentive and do what they can to make your transition as smooth as possible. Both Melissa and Brianna take pride in servicing their new and moved in clients. It is always clean and well stocked with coffee and other drinks. If anything needs to be repaired the maintenance crew is always on it. The crew at 555 Ross Avenue goes above and beyond the call of duty to assure your needs as a resident are met at all times.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and love it! It is absolutely gorgeous, great location right downtown, and the upstairs pool/lounge is what really makes it the best. Nobody is beating the pool and photo ops here! The only thing to be mindful about living here is the parking situation - they take parking very serious you will get towed if you forget to put your pass up or your guest doesn’t put their guest pass up but other than that it’s perfect

I have been a resident of 555 Ross for 18 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far. The surrounding neighborhood (West End) has continued to grow since I moved in and offers several walkable food/entertainment options. Commuting to work in downtown is a breeze from this location, and the view from the rooftop is one of the best in Dallas.Most importantly with any apartment living, the leasing and maintenance teams have always shown great professionalism and a willingness to work through issues as they have arisen (which is customary at any apartment community). They continue to implement new amenities (24/7 dry cleaning, Amazon Hub, clubhouse upgrades, etc.) and host monthly events for residents, further demonstrating the on-site teams commitment to providing an excellent living experience.

I absolutely love 555 Ross and am so glad I made the decision to move here! I’ve had nothing but good experiences so far with the location, staff and residents. My only suggestion would be to have the hallways smell a little better but I know it is hard with the carpet since it holds odors. The smell isn’t terrible just doesn’t smell fresh or as nice as the leasing office. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone I know to make 555 Ross their home.

Thought I would only be here for a year but just signed my third lease - no need to look anywhere else! The location is fantastic on a quiet street in the middle of it all, a few blocks from Harwood, Uptown, Downtown, West End and Victory Park. Very walkable around the area and to the AAC - no more parking or traffic for concerts and Mav’s games! Also quick access and easy on/off to 75, DNT, 35 and 30 - ideal for commuting or getting anywhere you need to go in DFW and north Texas. The apartments and common areas are beautiful, love the spacious high ceilings and perfect with all the right colors and finishes, super quiet and great views. And everything on the property is extremely well maintained and clean.The crown jewel is the stunning rooftop pool area with views of Dallas a mile wide, and dazzling city lights at night. Melissa, Gustavo and Manny and the maintenance crew are truly friendly, helpful, and accommodating and always take care of anything you need. It really shows that the whole team takes pride in making this a great place to call home.

The staff here really go above and beyond for the residents. I feel comfortable going to the staff with any problems or concerns because I know I will be treated respectfully. One leasing officer stayed late just to help me find a lost item. The facilities are excellent and the rooftop pool is amazing. This is a great community to be a part of.

We have lived here for a year and our first year experience in Dallas couldn’t have been better!Pros: pretty quiet area at nights, plenty of restaurants, shops, parks, museums. The Katy Trail is within walking distance too. Dog friendly. Updated kitchens, hardwood flooring. THE POOL. Management response quickly, thanks to their app.Cons: parking is kind of strict, which most downtown places are anyway. Parking is abundant, but you have to pay the meter, have a guest placard up, or have residential placard up.

My wife and I moved in the first weekend on April 8th. We love the location, love the Cares team, and they have a great staff. From the front desk staff, to the top managers, they have all been very helpful! The views from the 7th floor pool and lounge area are awesome at night with the skyline view. As well as a great gym, with great views. I would recommend anyone who is looking downtown area, take time to look at this complex!

I have lived at 555 Ross Apartments for a month now and I am so satisfied with my decision to move here! I have been completely blown away by the involvement and service that Camea and Justin (our CARES Team) bring to this community! They are truly bringing a family vibe to this apartment complex, and for people like myself that do not have family close by it means the world to me to have people try to engage and bring everyone together. When I moved into these apartments I moved here for the location, modern design, and all the amenities it has. I never expected all the events and community feel that I have received. So to sum it I am very happy with this apartment and all the extras it brings to the table! (Wine Walks, Bingo nights, Brunch, Donut Days, Movies at the pool!!!!)
