I had the pleasure of working with Bailey during my move-in, and I can’t express enough how amazing she was! From start to finish, she was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful. She truly went above and beyond to make what could’ve been a stressful situation feel seamless and easy. I’m so excited to move in and start enjoying Austin, and I know I’ll be in great hands with Bailey. Her professionalism and care made all the difference. Highly recommend working with her!

I have LOVED my time living at 3500. My apartment was given to me clean and the layout for a 1 bedroom is so spacious, the location to downtown, the lake, hill country is the best! It takes me about 12-15 min to get to zilker park. The staff is AMAZING!! They have made everything so seamless for me from the move-in to the move-out. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving out of state, but I cannot recommend this place enough. It took me months of searching and dealing with different leasing agents to find the perfect place. Also, as a single gal living alone it is very safe. The neighbors I have met could not have been more kind and welcoming. All the amenities from the pool to the dog park could not have been better. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Ok so I absolutely love living here. I moved in about a month ago but my journey with 3500 Westlake goes back before that. The staff there were so amazing and went above and beyond by helping coordinate my car shipment. I just moved here from NY so I had to send my car down and it was due to arrive before I did so they gladly were present at drop off and kept my car safe for me until I got there.Honestly, the staff, David and Wade in particular, are all stars. They truly care about the residents here.Aside from the staff, the apartments themselves are fantastic. They’ve been recently renovated and you can tell. I love the appliances and the floors and all the finishes. The apartments are pretty quiet too. I don’t really hear my neighbors at all.Also, the amenities are great. Valet trash is a service I now don’t know how I ever lived with out! I haven’t had a chance to spend much time at the pool yet, but it’s gorgeous and I have noticed that the residents actually use it.All in all, this is a great community and I’m glad I picked it.

I moved here earlier this summer with my partner and cat. This is our favorite place we’ve ever lived! It’s a gorgeous complex with great amenities. Our unit was completely new and renovated and we love it. It’s very charming yet modern. Other people in the complex are very friendly and I’ve only had good experiences with mgmt here. We’re really happy!

Excellent management and leasing team. Very accommodating, responsive, and professional. Top quality finish out. Great community. Well maintained amenities and common area. My unit was extremely clean when I took possession. Im trying to think of a complaint, but I cant! I grade hard and I give this place an A+.

Moving Across the country is never easy. Ive traveled for work for over 10 years and stayed in every kind of place you can imagine. Wade is by far the most detail oriented, responsive, kind Property Manager Ive ever come in contact with. Always going above and beyond, it has made my stay incredible. I dont always write reviews due to my schedule. But I had to make the time for this one. Wade is hands down the greatest! The company that owns this property owes him an debt they wont ever fully be able to repay.

This place has some super friendly staff! Ive had the pleasure of being helped by all three staff members in the office. Melaine and Tom helped me decide that 3500 Westlake was the place for me to move. DeChelle was terrific answering questions on rent, water, pets, trash, and parking.Our neighbors are great. Im amazed at how many dog lovers live here. The dog park is great and the office has a great dog bar for community pets.I moved into a first floor and was really reluctant to do so as I worry about the upstairs neighbors tromping around while I try to sleep. I have yet to hear them and they have a small child and a dog.The maintenance staff is very friendly and wave to me as I pass them in the parking lot. The property is very well kept. They are currently undergoing a face lift of sorts with me paint and fencing.I highly recommend moving here.

The staff was very professional and this apartment complex will absolutely be the next location I live in. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained. The tenants seem to be clean and mindful of other residents. I dont usually write reviews, but Tom at the main office was very easy to work with (this was at 9 AM on a Monday morning!).When I called back to apply, another leasing professional answered and treated me as if I was there customer while Tom was busy. I currently live with Bell Tech and I am absolutely willing to increase me rent slightly to live here.

We relocated from Cincinnati and have lived here for 2 years. We love it. Everyone in the office is so friendly, helpful and professional. The maintenance and upkeep of the property is awesome. Its a beautiful location and conveniently located near the best school district in the city and great shopping. There are monthly hospitality events like brunch and bbqs for the community. This is a great space to call home.

I have no complaints living at this property, the staff is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and my neighbors are quiet! It is apartment living so gates break, gym needs remodeled, etc. but I’m grateful for a property that is always on the upkeep!

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. This is the best complex my girlfriend and I have lived in during our 4 years in Austin. Maintenance is always within a 24 hour turnaround (rarely ever needed), office staff is always helpful with any issues that may arise, and its a great community.Only downside is visitor parking but I feel thats with almost any upscale complex and its definitely a work in progress at this one. Would recommend living here.

I moved in during the summer and I have never been so happy with the community. Ive lived at other Greystar apartments and this one tops them all. The leasing staff are caring and professional and take all concerns as serious as you do. Any time you need maintenance, mr. Joel and his crew are on it faster then you can blink. These hardworking individuals take pride of what they do! Parking is an issue but only if you plan to have parties so this is more for families then college drunks blasting music until dawn kind of place.If your looking for a peaceful, family diverse community, this should be your home.

I toured with my boyfriend yesterday, and the property is absolutely gorgeous. The leasing agent was very friendly yet professional, and the maintenance staff took time to wave at us while we were touring. We are still looking at other places, but this is definitely a top contender!

Great property management company. Maintenance is always very prompt and friendly. Rarely do I have an issue with anything here. The biggest issue is parking, but is normally not too bad. Insulation in the unit is awesome so my electric bill is not high at all.

No sure what are these one star reviews here. We have been at Westlake since almost a year now and this community is far the best in Austin. We spent quite a time to search and glad we found it. Great school district, well maintained, clean, easy parking. Love it so far.

Lived at 3500 Westlake Apartments for 5 years now. Never rented anywhere else this long before and have been very happy. We are going to be moving this year once our lease is up though because of cost increasing and we need a bigger place.

Its great to live here at 3500 Westlake the maintenance and office staff are excellent the only concern I have is all the animals in the complex and residents dont comply with quiet hours but other then that its a great place to live!
