Fantastic living experience, would recommend to anybody. Lived in a few apartment complexes in my time and 301 Flower Mound is the best by far. Amenities are always open, complex is clean, staff is friendly and helpful! Had to move out for work, but would’ve stayed here as long as I could’ve if possible. London at the front desk was also very accommodating in the move out process and stayed late to help me get everything together in time.-Hunter

301 is hands down the best place I have lived. Facilities are amazing and well-maintained, with reasonable rent for amenities. Furthermore, on-site staff are incredibly thoughtful and helpful in resolving all issues. They are friendly and go above and beyond. The property manager is professional, knowledgeable, organized, and kind. When I faced difficulties in renewing my lease, on-site staff pursued resolving the issue even when I was out of town.Maintenance staff are efficient, welcoming, and highly effective at resolving even the silliest of my maintenance questions or repairs. The folks working at 301 bring an already great location, unit, and facility to feeling like living in a resort - a luxurious and much appreciated effort. Easy 5/5 to give - and if 301 staff, managers, maintenance team, or community are reading this - you rock!

Ive been thoroughly enjoying my living experience at 301 flower mound . The apartment is spacious, modern, well-maintained. The building amenities are fantastic, fitness center, pool, resident lounge.A special shout-out to Jacob, the property manager. Hes incredibly responsive to any concerns, always friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Love this community! I am looking for a new place and from my first phone call to my visit. It is so clean and everyone is so friendly. They answered my questions easily. I loved the hallways and garages. I am still looking around, but they are my first choice.If you are moving to Flower Mound, I highly recommend coming by here. The team is so sweet and made me feel at home.

I recently visited 301 Flower Mound and felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is fantastic, with everything I need close by, from great restaurants and the huge outdoor area they call “The Lawn”. The amenities are a real highlight—especially the crystal clear pool and the fitness center, which has everything I need for a good workout. They even have a rower, stair master & spin bikes w/ the subscription built in to join a class. I was looking for a spacious 1 bedroom & they showed me this impressive loft style floor plan which I have not seen something like this in the burbs. The staff was friendly & made me feel welcome, which was the icing on the cake! Overall, it feels like a place I could really see myself enjoying. I just put my home on the market here in Flower Mound & know I’ll be back.

I recently visited the community, absolutely loved the property it is really nice, clean and loved all of the amenities they have to offer. Office staff were very nice, friendly and helpful they answered all of my questions. Will be reaching once I get closer to my moving date.

301 Flower Mound Apartments is the place to be in the Lakeside/Flower Mound area! The team here is always there to help in every way. They need more than 5 stars. They are very helpful to all vendors along with making the residents happy. They have really cute floor-plans, a loft and a carriage home! Perfect location too, near DFW airport! Way to go Greystar! Job well done.

I am truly blessed to live here! Food trucks, water aerobics, movie and concert night on the lawn, summer pool parties, breakfast at the clubhouse, floral arrangements for Mothers Day, canvas painting with snacks, and the list goes on! The staff and management makes it all happen!! Thank you!!

The maintence staff here is amazing. George and Orlando are so kind! If I ever have a problem it’s fixed the same day if not the next. Michelle and Tee make the office a nice place to visit too. I like how clean they keep the property and the amenities are a fun place to meet my neighbors.

Nice community. People’s car get broken into a lot though and the catalytic converter theft issue has made a lot of neighbors angry. If you own a Prius I wouldn’t move here without paying for the garage because those seem to be the main targets.Other than that though it’s super clean, the apartments are very nice inside and out and the amenities are better than most locally. Office staff is always friendly and helpful and the leasing office actually answers the phone when current residents call (seen a lot of other communities where the leasing office never answers) overall I would recommend this as a good place to live.

The location has been perfect with easy access to get anywhere. The apartments are wonderful...love my porch!!! Amenities and services offered are above the norm. Especially the pet spa. Gotta love the blow dryer during the rain storms. Saves the wet dog smell in the apartment for sure...

This community is brand new and has an amazing staff that is willing to help you. I worked more with Kristie and Connor, both of them are hands down amazing! I toured these apartments and fell in love. The multiple options of floor plans and amenities is what i loved the most. Aside of the apartments being beautiful, i just wanted to give recognition to Connor ( if i remember his name correctly). This man was so patient and thorough with explaining everything. It was windy and cold outside but he still remained so patient with showing multiple floor plans and having to walk to multiple buildings. The apartments are fairly new but he seems very knowledgeable of the floor plans. This is the type of customer service needed.

Nice quiet location, just a block from the lake. George has always been super helpful with any maintenance issues we’ve had and the ladies at the office are always very receptive to any community issues.My only really complaint is they are allowing people to park in an undesignated parking area, it even says fire lane no parking, which is causing the fire hydrant to be blocked. This is definitely a safety issue and I wish it would be addressed.

After touring several apartments for over two weeks all I can say is that the level of customer service is exemplary. My representative (Connor) was courteous and very knowledgeable. The apartments are aesthetically appealing and the appliances are modern. These apartments are at the top of my list.

Great new place to live. Most importantly the maintenance people are super fast workers. I submitted a work form at 11pm Monday and Tuesday 9am a worker came and fixed my issue in 5 mins which goes a long way to show me how great this place is 👍 as for the larsing office theyre super nice, approachable, and will help you as best and as fast as they can. Overall definitely live here if your looking for a great place to live.

My wife and I are new move-ins from another complex that often skimped on the important aspect... i.e. caring about the tenants. I can say that this place, despite my initial onslaught of small maintenance requests, cares. Maintenance tackles things with passion and from a tenant perspective. The front office takes all concerns seriously and with care. Ill update this as time goes on, love this place so far and I hope those who care about their living area continue to come and make this a loving environment.
