    Im a long time resident here and Ive been through all kinds of changes at this property. The new manager, Mercy L., is very attentive to the residents and the property. She has taken immediate action when Ive reported things to be fixed or otherwise. I appreciate her actually caring about our needs and doing what she can to help.

    I’ve had such a great experience living here that I ended up renewing my lease for another year! Highly recommend Alexandra Roe, the Assistant Community Manager, with all your leasing needs! She helped my wife and I through the process of leasing here and made everything quick and easy! The newly renovated laundry facility is very convenient for us since we have to wash our work clothing very often. Shopping centers are very close by, Memorial City Mall is only 10 minutes away, and my wife and I commute not even 20 minutes to get to work! It’s been great living here!

    I walk into the office and I am greeted by this gorgeous young lady, Alexandra She is the assistant community manager. I’m completely shocked she even works at this property since she looks too classy as if she belongs at a newly built high rise property. The property definitely does not fit her appearance. We had a good laugh though because when I first approached her I thought she spoke Spanish and then she told me she is half Asian. Very pretty young lady and spectacular customer service. She is very knowledgeable on questions pertaining the property.

    I have been helping my client look for an apartment as my client just moved here from Colombia, and this is one of the apartments we stopped at. The Assistant Manager, her name is Alexandra and she was the one that toured us. She was very knowledgeable about the property and gave us all the information we needed. The only downside is the apartments here have no washer or dryers included inside the apartments and that’s more of what my client is looking for. Excluding that con, If my client decides to move here I think it would be a great option! We felt very welcomed and all questions were answered.

    OMG, awesome property. Staff has been busy and on top of everything this week. I have to admit I am truly grateful and impressed beyond word. A few times I called and could not get them by phone so I then showed up in person every time only to notice how busy they were. Each time in office the ladys both Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Mercy were working with a smile with all their tenants in mind. My needs were met and on time! Five stars is under rated these two woman deserve the whole💯 and some.

    I moved in around November and had a great experience from the beginning. Ms. Alexandra the assistant community manager ,was very helpful with navigating the property and troubleshooting with the website and payments. She was also very helpful when I had to have the maintenance come and take care of my plumbing. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and communication has been wonderful.     I have been a long time resident here since 2006 so 18 years. And out of these 18 years after I met Alexandra Roe she is my go to person for anything and everything! I go to her for work orders, my complaints, and she always takes time to listen and acts quickly on helping. I thank her for putting up with me, I also would like to say that I have always seen her helping every single Manger that has been here and doing even more than the last two managers that were here. She deserves a raise $$$ !!! Alexandra is by far the BEST Assistant Manager that has ever been here at 3 Corners West. Im so proud to call this place my home. Unfortunately I am moving in April because I got a job in Alabama and Im moving to be with my son and grandkids but I will greatly miss Alexandra and everything she has ever done for me.

    My Tito Angelito and our family have been a resident here for 3 years. A few weeks ago, the apartment had a plumbing problem and the assistant manager Alexandra Roe-Tacut reacted quickly on the issue. She helped us on the process on transferring to the model apartment. We had many questions and Alexandra is patient. We have always received the best customer service from her at the office. We love living here because even if there is an issue Alexandra will resolve it. She always has a happy spirit always smiling and professional. Also am happy to see that the assistant manager is half Filipina. It is a breath of fresh air having someone you can relate to since we are also from Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭

    Update: Issue has been resolved in a timely manner. Its still frustrating that it took multiple attempts to fix a simple plumbing issue though. Hopefully this doesnt happen again in the future.Maintenance crew here are terrible. Takes about a week for someone to come, and even if someone comes out to fix the problem, they dont fix it. I got an email when i was at work saying my bathtub was fixed. I come home to see its still broken. These people never answer their emails or their phones, so the only way to get these people to do anything is to directly go to the office which is a pain when you have other things to do. Will be moving out as soon as i can. If youre reading this, try giving the leasing office a call. I bet you my life, 9 out of 10 times, they wont answer their phone.

    I love living here at 3corners. I have been here now for 24 years. The apartments are spacious. My neighbors and I have a great connection. Everyone looks out for each other.     Its been a couple of days since Ive moved in, I havent had any problems with the place or the community around it, so Im very satisfied with my stay. Denise was a very nice lady who helped me through my move-in process and she was just delightful. Ill give an update following the end of my lease, but so far keep up the great work Greystar!

    I really like my apartment and my neighbors everyone is very friendly. I really like the dog walking park and the little playground for the kids. The pool is nice to do for the summer

    I just recently move here from Florida this apartment complex is the best. Yea love how quiet it be no noise the neighbors are friendly it’s really a good property to rent and will be recommending to others. And mason who works in the leasing office is the best he showed me and helped out a lot he’s really kind, respectful and care bout the tenants.

    Been living here since October! I love the environment in the apartment very peaceful and quite. I also love that there is always parking space. Also the management is great! Only thing I don’t like is that the kitchen is very small. Overall its a pretty place to live!

    I’ve lived here for 9years haven’t had an issue until March when I tried to renew my lease. It took two different people to try and fix it. When I was fed up I went to the office It only took Denise 5 minutes to get it corrected and signed.     I been a resident for 3 years and I’ll be transfering to a larger unit here at the community. I am very satisfied with the staff, cooperation and assistance I received Denisse helped me transfer my utilities, renters insurance and gave me a copy of my newly signed contract within minutes.     Nakia McElroy was very professional and sweet during my leasing and move in process. Made everything go as smooth as possible. The only thing i had found wrong is that my unit wasn’t done on the day i was set to move in. But management dealt with the problem and made my move in possible

THE COMPLEX ALSO NEEDS MORE DUMPSTERS BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYDAY THE DUMPSTERS ARE OVERFLOWING. I HATE THE TRASH PICK UP BECAUSE THESE RESIDENTS DONT ABIDE BY THE RULES BUT I GUESS. EVERYTHING ELSE IS COOL.

    Love the place staff especially Sandra very helpful. Lots of work being done to improve the facilities is great. Wish the pool was open for kids this Memorial Day weekend I have people coming and would be nice because they’re thinking of moving here But I still am very happy regardless maintenance issues get fixed quickly

    3 Corners West is conveniently located to all amenities. Apartments are spacious and the rent is reasonable. Each area is adorned with a pool and they hold community events for residents. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Good value for your dollar.

    When I lived here Engrid was awesome. I did not like Coco whatsoever, she was always pushy, rude and hard to understand. Overall the apartment was lovely and it was a great 3 year experience.

    The only issue I have is pest control. Aside from that when I first moved in there was a water leak that took days to repair but the staff got on top of all of my maintenance issues...now it’s just the pest control. I love my unit.

    The best apartments I have lived in since I moved to Texas 3 years ago. Very clean. Walls are paper thin and it is next to a fire station but love the location in houston!!

    If you are looking for a great place this is the one staff is great and apartments are nice and clean they are doing a great effort to have a nice place to call home they do lots of activities for kids like free swimming classes ,pool partys and free sandwiches for all of us this so far the best apartments i live in
