So far our experience has been great! We love the apartment we’re in. Perfect size for just my husband and I. Love the sunlight coming through the windows as we are waking up. Love the space in the apartment. Plenty of room for furniture with extra space to move around. We love the area being so close to Everything! The staff are super friendly. There are a couple pools which are nice, we went swimming recently and loved it. We have been here for about a week and a half. I don’t really foresee many issues. We do have to park our car all over because spaces are being utilized but overall great experience living here so far. It’s also pretty quiet and we love that ❤️

Through out my stay here, I have enjoyed my stay. How clean and well kept is the property. Blanca, Jazmin and Jaime have been really helpful on answering all my questions and making sure to notify the maintenance team whenever something needs to be fixed in the apartment.Will totally recommend this complex. Very quiet and safe!

Thanks to Jaime the receptionist at the apartment complex was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Jazmin who helped me and my wife was great . Only thing that earned 5 stars about this place. These Apartments are a hell no at least for me and my wife . It’s a # of things we saw that we didn’t like but had to leave the review for the worker who helped us . She even fitted us in for same day tour very nice lady at office treated us very well . Unfortunately we will definitely not be moving here we didn’t want to be rude to Jazmin since she was so nice but we new we weren’t moving here as soon as we walked out the model unit which I’m assuming is their nicest unit reason why they show it to you . Mind you it was the renovated one too with the marble n etc . When you walk the property you’ll understand what I see Interms of the pool area landscaping how the sidewalks look how the units look but I think this property didn’t meet me and my wife’s standards seemed like a low income are low credit everybody gets approved kind of place to me especially after walking the grounds with jazmin.

I have had the pleasure of staying in this apartment complex I utterly enjoyed it.They had several pools throughout the complex.They gave me a rent discount at the time due to my job that I had.I had a washer and dryer inside of my unit.I lived in the front.I had covered parking and so my stay there was pretty good.I would stay again in this apartment complex. I had really good neighbors to at the time.They have security to watch the premises.The schools are the spring Branch schools which were nice.My children liked their schools at the time.This is my honest review that was a while ago now so I dont know if they have changed any from then until now.One of my coworkers was staying in one of the properties recently and I never heard her complain either.

I enjoy living here. Peaceful, secured area, very friendly and nice customer service. Reported problems are being solved very quickly. Comfortable to live apartment and cozy balcony space. Highly recommended.Property is lucky to have Ms. Blanca as a manager! My every visit at the office she is always very helpful. There is nothing she wouldn’t be able to handle. Any issue is taken care of right away! Got to meet new representative Jaime! Great and friendly assistance. If you want a nice and cozy apt for a great price then 3cornersnorth is it. It’s quiet too. Everyone pretty much keep to themselves. This is my 3rd time renewing my lease and one of the reason was because of the great property managers they have here. One in particular is Ms Bianca. She’s just awesome. She’s always willing to work with me and even go the extra mile just to make sure I’m happy. Thank you Bianca!

Whew! Great speed toward applying for apartment.Community manager is a great listener.The ability to communicate with compassion is her main strength in this business.I was truly impressed.I have been leased by companies getting an apartment and the manager at 3 corners north is the Best community manager I have ever met.She, I’d, like to trust will get her company to upgrade and improve the system it has toward site scenes on its perimeter.The upgrade I envision would be canapé outside leasing office, locking walkways, laundry machines at 100% working at all hours and among others ramping entrances.Am seeing that this property is a quiet gem. It is a jewel in the crown of OWNER’S BAG.The best is cleanliness for all owned, “sirs.”What would you do for your house starting with painting and sprucing everything that new residents would be Happy to live with.

The best experience ever! I toured the property in the morning around 10am.. applied online by noon, And was approved and had keys in hand by 3pm. Felipe was awesome!***UPDATE***Blanca is amazing! She actually helps get things done for me when I call her directly.. she is always pleasant, and very accommodating. If I have any maintenance issues, she stays on top of them to make sure I’m satisfied. Couldn’t ask for a better property manager!! 💝

I am a previous resident of Kempwood Place and can I say i really really miss my apartment. I was in one of the pool areas and i just loved going outside in the morning to my patio to enjoy my morning coffee and admire the pool view i had. My neighbors we so nice we all would get together my the main pool and have ourselves a cookout. I felt so safe in my apartment not only because there was a courtesy officer walking at night, but also the majority of my neighbors are so vigilant and would let me know when i would get home hey there was someone at your door. Now the maintenance man Carlos he is AMAZING!!! The man has been there for so many years from what iv heard from my neighbors and just made me feel at ease knowing they trusted him at theirs homes. He honestly is such a great worker and always fixed any issue in my apartment. Now i was almost never in the office since my work hours were about the same as theirs, but on my days off i would go in to refill my card to do my laundry the girls in the front always greeted me by my name when id come in and it made me feel good they knew who i was. Sometimes I would go in to fill my card or pay rent and theyd say hey (my name) you have a package in the mail room and i was stunned at times because they knew who i was the moment i came in and what was going on. Honestly my whole experience there was just amazing i wish i could go back but i cant. I highly recommend Kempwood Place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.

Very spacious, comfortable apartments with a very capable and intellectual staff. I have been living here for the past 2 years and i must say i have had no complaints with the living conditions or the staff, especially Kassandra. She makes sure that your needs are met and provides service with a smile and warmth. She also is fluent in Spanish. Very professional young lady. Valet Trash is also +++

I moved in Nov of 2019 and have NO REGRETS. I recently had money trouble working less hours this month (due to Covid) and Karya Rental Assistance decided to partially help me with my Oct 2020s rent. No government assistance was involved; therefore, just out of their own good-will when I applied and got APPROVED. I am VERY thankful for them being there for me (when my back was against the wall) and Martha was great in finializing the paperwork for Octs rent. THANK YOU KARYA FOR CARING FOR YOUR RESIDENCE!

Welcome to the city, cockroaches, do not rent here... the condominium is useless, they do not fumigate, I am afraid of cockroaches, I call the administration and they do nothing. They say that I signed up for a list to fumigate and bunga, they really come from the poet condominium where I have lived

Im going to be living in CA for 5 years and I love the area, its all quiet, its just that for a while now its not the same for most of us who have already lived in CA for several years, everyone pays for their parking and the new tenants park. where they dont owe everything for not paying for parking, they should put a stop to that little problem, there are already three beces that almost hit me when I wanted to park my car, why are they reckless and since the other person is parked where they shouldnt park, one struggles a lot something else we have We didnt sleep for 3 nights because there are five to six kids drinking in the jacuzzi. If they come to check right now, theyre making a hell of a noise, talking loudly and laughing out loud, and one who gets up early, I think its not fair because one needs to rest. and with these children they dont leave until 2 in the morning 😡 I went to tell the secretary she told me to talk to the police I dont get involved with kids I think whos responsible be on behalf of the apartments, why didnt this happen before and the security, who knows where else, before, he was in charge of going around taking out the people who stayed late at the pool at 10 pm, there was no one anymore. Well, Ill let you know. this so they can get down to business atte: section 213
