Just moved here, and I love it. Supper quiet and comfortable. Move in process was great! The girls Rocio and Ana are supper sweet and awesome! They worked together to get me and my family an apartment! They are sweet, kind, and their costumer service is 5 stars! Thank you!

I have had the best experience here with the leasing staff Three corners east apartments. The day I walked in, everyone has been very helpful. Ana has always helped me with any questions and concerns that I’ve had for my unit. And she has Accommodated me with concerns I’ve had. The maintenance staff has also been able to help me on time when I had emergencies with the unit. I appreciate everyone who helps me when I call the leasing office. Thank you for all that you do.

Nice size and reasonable rent. Just avoid living near the pools--summertime is a nightmare with kids in up until all hours, regardless of those if us that have to work 12hr shifts the following day! Love size of balconies tho and maintenance are helpful. Office staff are pretty rude-one woman in particular. Some are very very nice. One woman will not go out of her way to look for your parcels!

Ana (who bent over backwards finding me the perfect apartment) and Ms. Z in the office are both great! The other office staff Rosio came and got me when I couldn’t get out of the fitness center door ha ha! They have gone above and beyond to make 3 Corners East a nice place to live!

These Apartment complex are amazing! They’re very spacious and the neighbors are very Courteous to one another! I love staying here! Never had to wait on the maintenance crew, when i called they arrived right away! Then to top it off Sonia the Leasing agent was so commendable and top tier at was she does! I loved her! Overall experience! 5Stars!

Just moved in I’m rating the staff Ana and Nicole. They are very professional and courteous. Ana is very quick to work any issue you bring to her attention. I thought she was the Manager she is that efficient. Nicole leased my apt and made sure I received the one that was to my liking.I had an issue that was not pleasantly handled at first but Ana came through so I was fine when management phoned.Right now I am waiting to see if the gym gets fixed that was a selling point for me and the club house computers are never working. Also pools always closed not liking that since my main purpose for renting an apt was for the pool. Given the season we will see what happens. I am hoping it all gets resolved otherwise my monthly rental amount I feel would be to high without those accommodations.Again High Five Ana and Nicole.

Ive been living here for 2 years now and just renewed my lease for another year. Lorena was very helpful and attentive!I have had some issues with roaches, but that seems to be inevitable in every apartment Ive lived in so far. Luckily, pest control is offered every week so it doesnt get out of hand.The community is great! There are a lot of families and elderly so theres not too much noise. Overall, my neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. The dog parks and pools are nice and well kept. Maintenance is on the ball with any requests submitted through the portal. Very friendly too!You cant beat the price for the location. Youve got HEB, Starbucks, Whataburger and LA Fitness all within walking distance! Plus, Memorial City Mall and HCC right down the street!Very happy with my experience living here!

I just Moved in back in March of this year and let me say that i am extremely happy with the apartment I moved in to. The location of the property is so convenient for everything is just around the corner and i can get to three different highways in 30 min or less. Also, the staff is very attentive very welcoming not like other offices where your scared of walking into and getting the vibe like they want you out of there. Maintenance is AWESOME and I very much appreciate how they always leave a form saying they were in my apartment and what they were there for. So far i am loving my new home and the entire staff.

Happy to renew my lease here at Kempwood Hollow. Despite all the other previous reviews for this property , I leased last year during management change. The office staff was effected too, however everyone was always helpful. Ana was the only leasing agent to stay, I am very happy for that she remained here after all the changes. She is always kind, professional and bilingual. The maintenance crew stayed the same and is still here, they are Awesome, very quick to assist and repair. Its very quiet & peaceful here. There is new development around the complex as well, and I continue to rent here.

We had no idea that the management companies had changed. Although there was a discrepancy, Ms. Wanda Scott was able to accommodate my husband and myself in finding an upgraded two bedroom apartment. We love the complex, its quiet, and in a great location. Since the new management company has taken over, weve felt a positive difference (we just wish we had known :)). They are very responsive and we like that they are trying to bring their 3 properties together. A kind of, get to know your neighbor community. Its been a very positive change. Keep up the good work!

Amazing service, maintenance is on point on everything. the employees have gone out of their way to help us in what we were looking for. I really recommend these apartments because just the apartments itself look very nice, new and homy and they give second chances.

Kempwood Hollow has been a great place for my family and I, we have been living here since January 2016, the only reason we are moving is because we need a bigger apartment.* Office: Staff are great, specially Ms. Anna such a professional and caring person, makes you feel welcome.* Maintenance: They respond quick to any request, very friendly and respectful, to my apartment usually mr. Lazaro would come and fix any problem, fixed a/c, change kitchen lightbulbs, bathroom knob (when we moved in the lock was broke).* Security: There were a few car break-ins around the property, our car was never bandalize, but we had a break-in in our apartment, you can see the security guards walking around the property after 7pm.* Property: a very clean space, able to walk around the property without steping in dog poop. Dog park in the back was renovated and looks very nice & clean.•There is always PARKING space AVAILABLE.•NO washer and dryer in unit BUT there is laundrymat in the property $1.45 per washer and same price for dryer, you have to get a card in the office.• Apartments were recently painted on the outside.• Sunday thru Thursday there is trash pick up, unless there is a holiday.•Neighbors are nice, friendly and respectful. A nice multicultural community. (In building 9 there is a couple that is very loud and always fighting)•The 3 Pools are always clean and open.•Fitness center is clean, nice and small, the treadmill needs to be replaced.• Guest Center is nice and clean, cozy.• Gates work great, if you prefer for extra money you get a remote to open the gate. Keypad connects to your phones to open gate, & it works great.•Packages are usually left in the office. Staff member put packages in a locked closet for security purpose, which is GREAT!****There are a lot of kids in the community, so it would be nice to have an small playground for the kiddos.I highly recommend Kempwood Hollow. My family and I will really miss this place.

Great price , great amenities and most importantly amazing customer service . I feel very safe at this location and Zaira is always so attentive to with any concerns or questions I might have . I always recomend these apartments to my family or friends who always look to renew their lease at other places . 5 star for sure !

I used to live here. It is truly a wonderful place. It is close to all the places a family would need to go to.My only complaint is the parking lot. It is very dark at night and not very comforting.Note to the owner: please fix the lighting don’t until it becomes a problem.

Moved in about 3 months ago and since I walked in I was very well treated Manager Zaira is always nice an easy to talk to Ana always in good mood when I go to office Jazmin just in her roll always helping residents to get help with this pandemic on rent just too nice when I ask for something to get fixed less then in a week it get donei have been told by neighbors that Julio has been here for the longest as week as Jazmin they both care very much for the property itself and residents to Leo us happy.your looking for your next home this is it

A pipe water broke from the second floor apartment, Im living on the first floor, my apartment was flooded, that was on the weekend (Saturday in the afternoon) the leasing office it was already closed, but I called the assistant manager (Jazmin) and she took care my problem in that moment🙂 ... even being weekend and when the office was closed... I been in two different apartments complex, this is the best i have lived in so far👌👍
