We recently move in to our apartment. The touring experience was great and you feel heard. I’ve had some issues but was able to resolve them in a timely manner. Alyssa was very helpful in getting everything situated. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and assist with my family and I needs. Understand that no place is perfect but I love a community that tries and meet their residents in the middle. My kids also love the environment, our first apartment we rarely see kids outside playing and here, they get to see that and meet new friends and not just be on their screen all day.

I cant say enough about how amazing the office staff is. Shout out to Malik who was more than perfect, he helped me and understood what I was looking for and made sure to give me a good experience. One picture is through my window and the other right outside. Love having the water view.You can see the turtles, ducks and sometimes the fish.Been here for almost a year now . Management has been kind and helpful. Especially with my move-in process. They were very patient with me and help me with what I need to get done to get moved in.Maintenance request are always done ASAP. Even called the emergency maintenance line because it was late at night and they called me right back within 5mins and help me with my problem.If you have kids it’s a very kid friendly place my son loved it in the summer time out in the pool playing with all the kids.

Incoming Resident moving into one of the 3B 2B Upgrade Units! Myself, my brother and my Fiancé were all helped by Malik! He was absolutely fantastic, and helped us narrow down our search of different apartments from several down to just this one! He took the time to establish a connection with us, to show us all of the amazing features of the community, and made the application process extremely smooth! He answers any questions we have and has been truly amazing! Props to Malik once again for his exemplary help and we’re greatly looking forward to moving in very aoon!

This place has never been good when I moved, Due to bad management until the new assistant manager, Malik kessee came, he devoted his time to listen to tenants and carry out what ever the tenants complained about, he is an awesome staff who takes people seriously and understands their situation, he is very kind and helpful ,that makes you feel like family and part of the group , I would recommend this place to anyone because of Malik . Great staff i want to shout out to JOHNSI and MALIK. My friend and i came in the last 20 mins of office time because we just got off our shift at the hospital and let me tell you…. They delivered! Very Demure, very mindful ! They did not push us away and brush us off cause they were close to ending their shift they stuck us around and helped us out Malik has a very very beautiful personality! I’m not currently a resident, but I was calling in for a quick question and Malik answered the phone.Firstly, not many places answer the phone on the first try. Secondly, Malik had such a positive, friendly, energetic tone of voice on the phone and she seems so genuine.Customer service like this is hard to come by, especially to radiate it over the phone. I work in property management as well and just wanted to give a shout out to her and I hope her managers give her kudos as well!Her positive phone etiquette would play a huge factor in me leasing with them if I decide to pursue this property in the future

When we moved, the admin team was excellent! The guy who made us the leasing, victor, he was the one! But the apt had roaches , then the maintenance team help us with everything!! New admin is not that good but maintenance team is the best, we no longer have roaches and the apt is perfect! We just need to save money and the rent is going higher so we need to move out :(

After 3 weeks of stressful apartment hunting, pricing and just left an apartment I had inquired online that was off the wazzoo of a price with no washer and dryer connections, I was overwhelmed and seen 29fifty and almost didnt stop. I figure I could at least see what a model look like. When walked in I was greeted with so much happiness and warmth from Donisha and Seseley. We all laughed and just had an amazing time just sitting in the office. My kiddos was even happy especially my little one who usually dont talk. He and Donisha bond happened automatically. We havent even started the tour. They went over what they do with events which it they put their heart to it. The apartment was beautiful itself. Amenities and everything you would need. Sesely is so down to earth you wouldnt known she was the property manager. I am confident these ladies will take care of your needs and you will feel like you found your home of a lifetime. My son said they are a 10 out of 10 and I could not agree more.You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love it here! Family of 4 in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with friendly neighbors, even more friendly and helpful staff, and such a pretty property. Absolutely no issues with our apartment. Any time Ive had to email management, Celeste has been so quick to respond and so helpful. She helped us sign our lease & get us moved in less than a week. The property is kept up so nicely, its quiet and has such a cute pond to walk around. I love that there are doggy bags & waste baskets all around the property. The location is awesome also! Absolutely love it!

We recently moved into the 29Fifty Apartments. As newcomers to TX, as soon as we walked into the Leasing Office of 29Fifty, we felt at home because we were welcomed so warmly! We were guided by Sesley Curtis, who was very welcoming, gave us a detailed tour and took time to brief us on all the details. She also patiently walked us thru the entire leasing formalities. Sheila in the Leasing Office was also very friendly. Weve been happy with our new space in 29Fifty. The apartment is quiet and we did run into a few friendly neighbors. My kids have been enjoying the swimming pool. They also have various community activities throughout the week. The location is also great. The Grapevine High School is in walking distance. Therere also stores in close proximity including Sams Club and Walmart. Lastly, we did request Maintenance for a couple of minor work, and the response was fast. Overall, weve been happy and satisfied with our decision of selecting 29Fifty.

Ive lived in 29fifty since October 2018. This was my first home in Texas and I couldnt be more happier to live here. Karen and Megan are amazing and theyve went out of the way at times to help me out. Oscar is an amazing maintenance guy and if I had a problem it was usually fixed the same or next day. No hidden fees or charges and everything is up front. No pest or bug problem and apartments are nice and roomy.

Its been hardly 2 weeks we moved in but i have to admit, its a beautiful & well maintained community. the management is really friendly and helpful. Its a gated community and hence you feel extra safe in there. Luckily for us, our upstairs neighbors are not party freaks and they dont cause any disturbance to us. The community is very quiet n peaceful even in weekends. The pool is beautiful & well maintained. Long story short, I would totally recommend this place👍

Been in this complex for half a year now, and I absolutely love it. The renovations are great, any company I’ve had makes comments about them. The staff is very nice and attentive, I had a couple of request and fixes I brought to their attention and they handled it in a timely manner. The community is nice too, I love that my kids can just go outside and know that there’s other kids there age that’ll be playing and or swimming which I feel comfortable about them enjoying being outside in a safe complex. I like this place better than my very expensive home I sold, Management, Location, Community, Cost, can’t beat it! Highly suggest considering this place.

During my time here Richard,Conner and Daniel have made sure that all of my work orders were taken care of. Ive done a lot of apartment hunting since I recently moved here, and I have to say the 29Fifty Apartments offer the best of everything. The location is great since its close to all my favorite stores and restaurants. Plus its right on the main roads to go anywhere worth going to. However, the most important thing to me is the apartment itself. Im in a one bedroom, and Ive been so impressed with it since Ive been here. Not only are the living room, kitchen, and bedroom perfect sizes, they also have the modern look I was searching for. I feel so classy living in a home that looks so nice, and Im happy to entertain guests. Furthermore, the rent is competitively priced. Making the decision to live here was a no brainer, and Ive been grateful to live here every day since I moved in. Thank you 29Fifty for being here

I’ve loved living here the last 2 years. Front office is nice and friendly and accommodating, maintenance folks are quick and friendly and the community is quiet. Would be 5 stars but the fitness center is definitely outdated, and the pool is closed way more often than its open it seems. Whether it’s treating it in the middle of the day during the summer for some reason or some other reason It’s definitely closed down more often than not lately which is a bummer after being all shut down for so long due to COVID In general.

Been here 1 1/2 yrs.. very quiet... outside is kept clean...pricy for the amount of square feet you receive, but i guess thats because of the area ... my only complaint is the small roaches.. no matter how clean you are... and the $25 mandatory trash valet charge... I get my kids to take the trash to the dumpster so to me the charge should be optional...
