We moved here 2 years ago. I’m giving a 5 star review for the current maintenance team. In the past year they have been great! My apartment has required a few fixes here and there. Alejandro is by far one of the most attentive and knowledgeable repairmen I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in recent years. Put in the work order, they’ll get it done!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience with Alejandro, the maintenance technician who recently came to fix our broken AC. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to quickly assess the issue, explain the problem, and give us a clear timeline of what needed to be done. His expertise was evident, and he worked efficiently to get our AC back up and running in no time, in Apt number 816.Alejandro not only fixed the issue but also went above and beyond to ensure everything was in top condition. He was very thorough, double-checking everything to make sure we wouldn’t run into any further problems. Its rare to find such a dedicated and skilled professional, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help. I highly recommend Alejandro for any maintenance needs—he’s truly a lifesaver when it comes to keeping things running smoothly!

She was very patient , thorough in answering my questions, attentive to the details of what I was looking for in my new home, and took me on a tour of the apartment without making me feel rushed, as I have felt when touring at other apartment complexes. Overall, Mia provided EXCELLENT customer service, and I am certain this also extends to the tenants of this apartment community! The apartment was very clean, modern, and spacious ! I would highly recommend exploring all they have to offer !!

I recently conducted a market survey in the community, and I was impressed by the assistance provided by the property manager, Norma Gonzalez. During my visits to four different properties, I found that not a single person acknowledged my presence. Its clear that if I were looking to live anywhere, 2828 Royal Oaks would be my top choice. They created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, and the office not only smelled great but also looked fantastic.

I visited the property today and was greeted with a smile and enthusiasm from Tabetha. I had a pleasure of touring with Mia , she was very welcoming and understanding of my needs. it’s been a while since I have had to look for an apartment since I have been where I am for 2 years, they had a gorgeous pool & my favorite was the walk in closets and patio space !!! As a girl that is the FIRST thing I am looking for when finding a new home! I will be applying when my lease comes to end later this year.

My previous complex was geared to older residents and was quite run down, and my vehicle was vandalized twice in one year. I am currently a resident at 3828 Hayes Road for almost two years now. The staff really does a great job, and the office really works hard to make this an enjoyable place to call home. I usually work with Tabby in the office. She has Bern absolutely the best when I need any assistance with any issues that come up. The maintenance staff also is top notch and works very hard. I am here for the long haul!

I had some reservations about City West Apartments at first because of the low rating and the negative reviews. But from the moment I spend through the door I was greeted with a sincere smile and given exceptional customer service by Ginger. She was conscientious and the epitome of professionalism. I informed her that I needed to move in within two weeks and I wanted an apartment with a view. She made sure everything I needed I received.The spacious apartments are better than expected with stainless steel appliances, laminate floors, huge balconies and they recently installed AT&T fiber optics. It’s generally quiet and peaceful. Parking is plentiful and they offer valet trash pick up, as well as a washer and dryers. The convenience is worth the minimal month fee. It’s an ideal place for families and professionals who are searching for a safe place in a great location.

Despite a couple maintenance issues, my family and I have enjoyed living here. Its a beautiful community. The pools are especially gorgeous. We love the architecture of our loft apartment. Its also located in a convenient location. Any kind of business you need is located within your general vicinity, seriously. My only complaint involves the usual maintenance stuff. However, the maintenance staff work very hard and promptly. One night they stayed until 10:30 deep cleaning our entire ac unit. I was impressed by that.

Honestly, this is the BEST place I have lived apartment wise. Ever in Houston. Literally, when I need something done or anything in general. They come, call, or work with you to get answers and resolutions ASAP. No matter the situation. Most places don’t allow you to have access to the property manager or try to avoid it - For further assistance on situations that the leasing agents don’t have control over. They are quick to respond, email and calling availability - especially for someone such as me that during working hours, I’m not always able to talk on the phone all the time. I genuinely LOVE that this new company that bought this complex - since buying not only sent communications on updating the apartments but literally did it right away!!! They emails updates all the time to let us know what’s going on , or if original plan is delayed. And it’s so improved and way better. Soooo nice!!! I have at least once spoke to every agent and NO issues of being able to communicate properly or get a call right back for ANYTHING. The security offered actually does the job. Walks around or addresses things when needed. But allows you to live freely. The only “negative” thing is I live by the pool in the back of the complex, and it’s been closed, partially for Covid but even after it being summer now, they said the reason being due to upgrading it. Which is great because it needs it. But if that’s the least of my worries knowing we can go to the one in the front which is just as beautiful! They power wash the walkways and the stairs - actually keep it nice here when other tenants don’t care lol. I don’t remember all the names. But Patti property manager, Leslie assisted manger, Abby, and all the others literally love what they do and it shows!!! I plan to be here for a long time. I am so happy the privacy and comfort of living in a home like a house is honored here. I am genuinely happy!!! 💕

I have lived here since April 2020. I will say that the experience has been interesting.My apartment is gorgeous. I love the 2bedroom 1 bath floor plan. There have been a few hiccups.As of lately the complex is becoming infested with roaches, one of my friends moved because of this.My car was broken into once, and there are no cameras, So do not park by the fence if you have a car that is easy to get into. They got my 2015 Impala and stole the radio.The maintenance requests were handled rather quickly.

I was able to call City West my home for 2 years.The Pros:-The apartments are beautiful. This apartment has some of the best floor plans I have seen.-Community Involvement. There are several events that are planned for the residents (we only attended once)-The gym was very nice-Grounds are kept very nice-Location-Valet trash. We lived on the 3rd floor and that was very convenient for us-Security Patrol of the premises-No flooding during HarveyThe cons:-Parking.The gate system.City West was the first place that felt like home to me. We needed more space for our family, so I was saddened that we left, but I really did love living on this property

I am Currently a Resident at City West, Its a Gorgeous apartment complex inside and usually outside, 90% quiet not too many issues Ive been here a year and maybe bothered them about 5 times.I just recommend the staff to be more courtesy with the noise and better time frame like after 10am instead of 7:30am when Clearing out a apartment near by other Occupied residents.Which this rarely happens well at least least by me.Unfortunately my heavy foot neighbors above me can make this a tragic headache.Also to have the landscaping workers to not come so darn early before 10am is just ridiculously early!And fellow residents we should be more considerate towards keeping our complex neat & clean even at the trash COMPACTORS, Trash goes in the trash shoot not outside of it. BUT MORE LIGHTING AT THE TRASH SHOOTS AIMING DIRECTLY ON IT MAY HELP US WITH THIS ISSUE!! Just Hate to see our resident maintenance fixing this same simple lazy issue every morning weekly at 8am.Just like the City West sign needs a light thats on to show the name of the complex.Other then these three recommendations, the City west apartments is a really good fit for a quiet person(s) or family!With cameras, Marble counters, hard wood flooring, garden tubs, locked gates and security on site 24/7. Friendly staff that have random events and send notices about serious things online and at our door, 2 pools, outside fire pits, friendly enough neighbors, and cute fur animals that fertilize the grass for us randomly without the loud cow/horse smell.

Ive lived here since 1998 .. thats 23 years. Ive gone thru many owners and management companies and the current Manager .. Melissa ... is by far the best manager ive ever had. I love living here at City West. Whenever Ive asked for something to be done, fixed or replaced it is always done on time and without issues. The office staff are friendly and there to help you. I personally love Jessiea .. shes always sweet and so helpful. The assistant manager Mary Ortiz is very helpful as well. Shes been so wonderful helping me with some things and just getting stuff done. Her personality is amazing. Shes a HUGE asset to City West as well.

She was professional, courteous, and went out of her way to ensure that a problem I was having in my apartment was taken care of quickly and effectively. If youre a resident or in need of information I would highly suggest that you ask for Lynette. She wont let you down.

Five stars isn’t enough to show how happy i am with City West Luxury Apartments, especially in regards to the leasing consultant Lizzette. I originally was interested in Karya because they have many locations where i am from Texas, but that is not why i ultimately chose to live here. The staff made me feel like home, even though I was on the other side of the country! Lizzette has always been a great help and you’ll be in great hands if you work with her! Highly recommend! 😊🙏🏻

Went on a tour n was thinking of moving in here,but later changed my mind cos of change in plans. To say I was delighted is an understatement,the staffs are wonderful especially this young man I met at the front desk when I went there( forgotten his name), so friendly,helpful n understanding. The apartments are wonderful n okay for d prize. Its gonna be a wonderful place to stay am sure.

I just leased an apartment and the process of it was awesome . Marina helped me to find my dream apartment.. This one bedroom apartment has huge walking spaces and stainless steal appliances. Overall I will recommend this apartment complex .

Flawless leasing experience onlinr. Shareen in the front office was great!!!!The newly upgraded apartments look like luxury homes. I have had no issues thus far with crime or safety, these type things happen anywhere. Great community and location.

Its been 3 weeks since I moved here. I love it here so far. The staffs were very helpful when I was moving in, the neighborhood is always quiet (except on weekends around the pool, during the day which is absolutely okay for me). I would definitely recommend anyone to move in here.

Ive been living almost 2 years in this complex and after a year and a half with a change of company, change of management and neighbors, I can recommend City West because they care about the residents who live here. If you have any problems, Katy is the right person to help you with all your problems ... Without any doubt she tries to help you and her word is firm. Adrian and Shereen are real professionals, they go not only to worry about attending you correctly, they take care that everything you need is solved. I am a student of HCC and I have to tell you that this management makes you really feel that you are in your house I recommend it to you.

Just dont move here. Youll most likely regret it. No one in the front office is on the same page and maintenance will take darn near a month to get to you. I cant wait until my lease is up!!!Update: New Management is MUCH BETTER than previous management. I will be giving City West another shot and see how it goes.

I absolutely love my apartment and the management in office and the staff they are really friendly and go above and beyond to help out.As long as you communicate whats going on to them whats the issue in advance and not when its too late they will help you come up with a plan to solve almost any problem you may have pertaining to your unit. They are not personal cousnelors now i will say if you have issues paying rent and being finacially responsible you will not like City west because at the end of the day they will try to help within reason but you have to keep a great track record and pay your rent .😁😁😁😁 other than that welcome to my community.

I’ve been living here since 2016 and it is yet the best decision I’ve made since they do have a student discount which is very helpful.They have a very friendly staff in there office especially Anna and Jessica they are so wonderful,the customer service overall is excellent I will definitely recommend these apart to other people . I really never do reviews but from my experience I recommend people to give them a try . Im proud to call City West my home!

I have lived in city west for almost 5 years. Before Melissa arrived, things did not work but little by little they are taking care of recovering the community again, listening more to the old residents and maintaining the level that we had before.

This leasing office is full of beautiful women inside and out ... Truly a blessing to meet Mrs. Shireen, outstanding work she did for my family and I .The property is clean and lives up to the luxury status . Highly recommend !!
