OMG!!! Run to the leasing office and move in. Living here at 2626 is honestly very accommodating inside and out. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Our office manager Lanisha Lynch is absolutely amazing... when I say I want someone in the office that goes above and beyond for their residents, I would choose her every time. The amenities are great, they keep the property clean, its quiet, and the LOCATION is in the middle of most of the main attractions, you can walk. And yes the maintenance team is top tier. You ask, they provide within a timely manner. I will be renewing my lease!!

I lived here for quite a while. I loved the modern feel and fitness center and location. Laneisha was always so kind and helpful! However, there does need to be work done regarding tenant expectations -- weed smoking and noise were two issues. Overall I had a good experience here.

You all should know what great customer service providers you have in the assistant manager I believe her name was Lanisha she was so great and assisted with all of my inquiries and answered my questions in such a prompt and efficient manner, which lacks in property management, kudos to you guys for having such great representation!!!! I have stayed at this property for well over a year. When I spotted this property I was greeted with a warm smile by the manager Lanisha upon entering the leasing office. She was so sweet, informative and spoke highly of the property. I haven’t had any complaints. Lanisha is Awesome at what she does and I love living on this property.

I’ve lived here for just over a year and I absolutely love my apartment. My friend even moved in a couple of months ago and loves it. Every service request I’ve submitted was solved with in 24 hours. The grounds are kept up to par for the most part. I haven’t been in any direct danger but they could improve on security, i.e. a night time security guard would give me a little more ease . As far as staff, Lanisha is very personable and understanding, my daughter is always happy to see her. She initially moved me in and the process was smooth as pie. We speak pretty often…Von is always eager to help whenever you call or come down in need of assistance. I haven’t personally met Patrick yet but I’m hearing good things from my neighbors so overall awesome staff! I don’t like how now we have to pay for amenities like the theater room, club house, etc. I’m assuming that’s a Greystar thing. I’ve just renewed for another year and I have high hopes that the property will continue to improve as time passes.

One year ago today, I visited this apartment complex preparing to relocate from Atlanta to Houston. I loved the apartment complex overall and the amenities then and Im happy to say that one year later 2/2025 I am a current and still a satisfied tenant. Ive had a great experience here mainly because of 2 staff in particular that continue to display professionalism, warmth, concern and kindness. I cant say enough about these two: Ms. Lanisha and Mr. Lorenzo. They are both phenomenal. Lanisha still on top of resident needs and Lorenzo he is a gem and part of the maintenance staff. Ive had few maintenance issues, but whether it was a light bulb, filter, air conditioning issue and my latest refrigerator issue, Lorenzo has always been efficient, responsive and my maintenance requests was always taken care of in excellence. We need about 5 more Lorenzos on board. He really gets the job done with a smile. Lanisha always a smile and a hug! Thanks Lorenzo and Lanisha for making my last 8months living in the fountain view community amazing and worth it!

I have lived at 2626 Fountain View for almost three years and have loved the service Kristina and Joshua have provided. They are the first team I have encountered who genuinely care about their residents. The apartments, hallways and common areas are usually kept clean, any time theres been an issue in my unit their engineering team has responded quickly and efficiently. I havent had many issues besides people parking in my reserved spots but the office never lets me down, they take care of the situation. Im a homebody and dont hear loud tenants or any disturbances. I dont have issues with roaches or bugs. I absolutely recommend, they are quick to reply, they take of their tenants and genuinely care to keep a harmonious environment.UPDATE: I wanted to provide an update now that Ive been here another year and want to recognize Kristina again for being an amazing property manager, honestly one of the most understanding and caring property managers Ive ever had. Another person id like to mentions is Lorenzo with the maintenance department. Since hes been with us hes been attentive to our needs which means a lot to us. Hes courteous and ensures the job gets done.

Update - I lived here for 2 years and it was a great spot! Management is responsive and friendly. I am only moving to be closer to work and have a patio. Kristina in the front office was so so so helpful and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the property was safe and managed well. Lorenzo with maintenance is AWESOME! He was very responsive and really helped me out in a pinch with several things! He went out of his way to be helpful and I really appreciate it.I do wish some of the residents respected the property and their neighbors more, especially in the stairwells and in the front parking area, but not much management can do to fix it even when they try.Overall, would definitely recommend living here.I moved in a week ago and am loving it so far! Moved from out of state so did not see the apartment before arriving, everything looks just like the pictures. The office staff have been very helpful with all my questions! I love the built in desk, linen closet, pantry, and HUGE bedroom closet!

I enjoy living here, the staff is attentive, maintenance is quick and the property is clean and the people are friendly. The elevator has only been broken once since ive been here and it was fixed within the week 🤷🏽‍♀️ there is an expansive dog run & central to all of different areas. less than 20 mins to memorial park, downtown, the heights, midtown, bellaire ... etc. I also love that its walkable not in the traditional sense but its close enough to establishments that you dont NEED to drive.

It’s a clean and quiet complex that is maintained very well. Residents keep to themselves and don’t make messes or leave garbage out. I’ve talked to a couple of them and they’re polite and welcoming as are Dylan, Lakisha, and Kristina at the front office. They’re also really intense about issue resolution, often responding immediately to any inquiries I’ve sent them. Some residents do leave garbage out by the trash chute so I think they should install a camera and fine the few disrespectful residents. Otherwise I’m really glad I got in.

Ive lived here for a year now, so I feel like now is a good time to write a review. I love living here. The apartment is spacious and has a really modern feel to it, which I love. I havent had the need to call maintenance for too many things, but whenever I do, they respond pretty quickly, and the issue always gets dealt with. The amenities and shared spaces are great, and pretty well kept. I especially love the computer room. I know Jackie at the leasing office, and she is always friendly when we meet, and was very helpful when I was first moving in. I just renewed my lease, and hopefully will be here for a while.

They maintain the property very well and keep it clean. They always have great community events that makes living here feel special. The property is quiet with very little commotion. Nice apartment complex with air-conditioned hallways. I visited few times to see my friend and there has been some nice changes, like painting floor numbers in the garage (very helpful). It could be a bit difficult to navigate through the hallways, its almost like a maze. Apartment units itself are quite nice, tall ceilings and nice cabinetry.

Hi if you are thinking of renting here, I 100% recommend you to talk to Mary. She is a leasing manager at 2626 and is great, very personable and answered all my questions and doubts. The amenities are beautiful but what really sells the place is the wonderful team and their great attitude. Its hard to find that in such a fast paced city like Houston. Anyways, aside from Mrs. Pequeño helping me in the middle of a pandemic she has been checking in on me and keeping me updated on my application process during this horrific Texas winter storm that has left most of the State without power. In between the short bouts when she does get power back. Speaks highly of her professionalism.

I moved in 1 month ago and signed a short term lease, while my flooded house is being restored. I am enjoying the experience so much that I may just stay here long term. I havent experienced any issues. My apartment is on the ground floor and right outside my patio is a huge dog park area. Although I dont own a dog, I still enjoy watching them. And my cats are very entertained by the dogs. My apartment only has a neighbor on one side - and it is very quiet. I rented through Taylor, he was professional, friendly, informative. The rest of the staff is just as great.Twice Im noticed dog deposits in the hallway (vomit, pee), and they were quickly removed. I submitted my first work order today for a faulty a/c thermostat, and maintenance responded immediately, and the problem is resolved.The units are priced reasonably given the nice amenities. Pool, gym, lobby, awesome TV room that can be reserved, dog park, inside mail room, elevators, views - all great perks. I moved in when apartments were at a premium due to the flooding in Houston, after looking at many complexes in this area.Security could be better, thats true. Realistically, that would come at the expense of higher rents. I have a family member living in a condo down the street - and they experience the same issues with tailgaters, break-ins, no security on site. This does happen everywhere in the Houston area. IMO the gated and covered parking garage is still safer than open lots.Im still very confident in my decision to live here and would highly recommend it to others, especially dog owners.

I’ve been very impressed with the communication, especially considering the size of the complex. They’re clearly organized well with good management. The place is even better than the pictures so I definitely recommend checking it out!

The staff from the leasing office are not only helpful, but also friendly. The place itself is unimaginable, and it just feels right when I got the tour of one of their luxurious apartments. I have just moved in about 2 weeks ago and I live on the very top floor. All throughout the day and night it sounds like a helicopter is on the roof because of the AC units being so loud. I have called the front office several times but no one picks up. Called the customer service and they said someone would call me back. No one has called.I just wanted to make an updated review as a lady name Jerrica at the front desk was wonderful with assisting me with my issues! I thank you so much with the follow up calls.

I highly recommend 2626 Fountainview Mid-rise Apartments. Nicole Montgomery, a sales associate, is extremely upbeat, very professional and friendly. The apartments are luxurious and beautiful with a resort-style pool.Excellent location!
