Alexandra is the best one she smiles every time I see her she’s very patient on the phone and with me when she call and I come she always smile and is amazing and helpful . Very good professional at her job. Property is nice and good complex not expensive nothing, area is very nice on Westheimer close to highway 6 15 minutes to galleria 5 minutes from I10 amazing

I just left the property and I was being taken care of by the nicest, most professional, and sweet leasing person I have ever dealt with. Her name was Alex and she answered all my questions and showed me and my husband around. Ive been renting apartments for a long time and shes the first person who didnt have to say let me ask my manager because Im not really sure. I really loved that had all the answers to my questions without having to check with her manager. She was so professional and she was extremely sweet and kind. The apartments are very affordable for me. Just in my exact price range. I told her I need a 2 bedroom downstairs because I have a toddler and stairs scare me with my baby. I was approved and I am moving Monday when I get my keys.

Been living here at Briarwest for 7 years now and I love it. These apts have a great community feel, and wonderful neighbors.They ppl working in the leasing office (Carmen in my particular case) are very kind and are easy to talk to if you have any issues. If you have any maintenance issues, their staff will come to your home to fix the problem the same day.I recommend these apts to anyone who needs a great rate, with good living conditions, and wants to be close to all the major freeways for commuting, and or raising a small family.

Been living at 2400 briarwest for a year + now & its been exceptional. Seriously, I felt so welcoming from the very first day and Alexandra was so knowledgeable about the property and very helpful throughout the entire move in process. I was approved 3 days after submitting my application and I started moving my stuff in a few days later without any delays. The staff has been incredibly outstanding, Jennifer & Alexandra in particular and they have been extremely helpful and very friendly. Ive only met the manager twice and hes also very friendly and funny lol. Additionally, submitting a maintenance request is as easy as 1-2-3 via their website portal and requests are usually completed 24-48hrs. As for me, Ive had couples of requests and the maintenance staff, as a whole has been excellent and most of the time they come out just a few hrs right after a request has been put in ; but I prefer Ismael, as hes proficient and always finds a solution to the problem. My car have been towed twice because I didnt have a car sticker due to my negligence and as a leasing consultant myself I understand they have rules and RULES ARE RULES period :) . Plus, Theres plenty of parking areas, so parking is never an issue as long as you have your residents car sticker and management always sends reminders to residents to make sure their stickers are up to date. Moreover, this apartment offers access to dining & shopping areas (Walmart, HEB, Target, Burlington, dollar 1&3, food town etc...) and therere some other options available such as whashateria to do laundry, for those who dont feel comfortable to use the propertys washers that are located outside of the buildings because I myself dont use it and it doesnt seem to be well maintained and I would truly appreciate if management could take time and have housekeeping or cleaning services clean up those machines from time to time. My only concern is that the place is roach infested badly but Ill ask to have pest control come out at least every week to see if thatll help. Another thing to mention is the STRAY CATS and its from the people down below me, these folks never cause any problems though and they mind their own business so its almost not worth mentioning but honestly whats the point of having cats if you cant even take them inside.Overall, I give this place a 5 star because management is pretty much responsive when it comes to residents and so far Ive never had any issues.

Honestly, great apartment complex! Calm neighborhood! Great neighbors/community! Management responds almost immediately to all your questions or concerns! Pool is beautiful! Gym and other amenities are great! Complex outside is always clean! Security at night to make sure everything is as safe as possible. I appreciate that they updated the visitor passes. Managers and ladies in the office are so so kind. Thank you for the awesome experience here!

Last month made it a year of staying here, and i have to say i haven’t had any issues that are major. When i needed anything fixed or addressed it was done. Parking has gotten a lot better as well. Office staff are attentive and courteous, and always willing to help out for the most part. Beside that i love living here

In 30 years of renting an apartment home, I have never saw a manager so involved by communication, walking grounds, making sure you feel special and last but not least dressing up like the marshmallow man for the kids at the Halloween party. I cannot say enough how much it is important to read the reviews of the current year where you want to rent.You will meet your would be neighbors and the current management company from another’s POV which will help to give you a more clear view of the people who you will be living with.I moved in this month. It was a difficult move due to many extenuating circumstances. Management was beyond amenable for someone who vetted successfully as a renter. The leasing agents were top tier when it came to how responsive they were. I recommend visiting as soon as possible (if you can). It completes the circle and establishes you mean business.Not going to name drop but thank you to everyone who is currently working at 2400 Briarwest May/2022. I hope to call here home as long as I can before becoming a first-time homeowner.Veteran Friendly Dwelling!!!!MC Vet

Im not sure why the rating is so low here because this place is a HIDDEN GEM. My PREVIOUS apartments were rated 5 stars but rat n Roach infested. I have been living here a month and have yet to see a Roach or rat so that is a huge relief. First off the neighborhood is giving working class/middle class folks that want to live peaceful and decent so please dont move her with the BS. Secondly I was shocked that the pictures actually match in person. Theres a fitness center and beautiful swimming pool. I hade a few issues upon move in but I PROMISE they got it together quickly. I was patient to begin with. I can say that my apartment is beautiful and Im comfortable here. The only negative thing I have to say is the STRAY CATS. I am not a cat person and the cats have a strong oder thats unbearable. Its simply from the neighbors feeding the cats so they wont leave the area. STOP feeding these animals if you wont take them inside. Other than that dont listen to these petty reviews. Im telling you this place is nice in a good area.

Ive been staying here for about two years and its has been a pretty decent experience so far. i dont hear much on shootings or robberiesat all. all of my neighbors are peaceful and friendly. The parking isnt the best for visitors but i was told they are actively working to make that better for us residents and guests. The amenities are pretty decent and the rent is very affordable. i dont know why the starts are so low these are the best apartments that Ive seen on this side of town that you can afford and dont have to worry about things like getting shot or worrying if someone will steal your amazon packages. its a thumbs up in my book.

I love my new apartment. I am very happy with the place. From the first day I came I knew this was the place where I was going to live. For that, Marivels attention was the main thing, she understood all my needs, since it was not about choosing a place just because. His patience and understanding were important when it came to understanding my concerns or doubts and he was always there advising me from day 1 until when he handed me the keys. The entire administration was great to me but she was the one who, speaking Spanish and with her dedication to what she does, made me decide that this would be my new home. Obviously they are not new apartments, but in quality and price they are perfectly adapted and mine is perfect. I have read reviews on the subject of parking before moving, regarding visitors and places. Here they are very strict with that, but it doesnt seem bad to me, since we are the residents first and then the visitors. You cant satisfy everyone since many people live here. This will be my new home for a long time, as will my next-door neighbors who have lived here for 8 and 14 years.
