Greatest place anywhere to live. Great, helpful staff, excellent maintenance that respond promptly, and willing to help resolve with any problem.Officer staff great, maintenance outstanding, but parking is the worst ever. No assigned parking so first come first served. You may have to park 2 buildings away which is tough on an older resident like myself after being on your feet all day.

Wonderful staff here, never had an issue. Staff are nice and give residents advance notice on all maintenance needs and requests. They do activities all the time to create community. 3 years here and very thankful!

I recently moved to 21 Gramercy Park from another apartment community in town and that experience was not very positive. I was lucky to work with Serena, she very personable, professional, and very easy to work with. The property is absolutely gorgeous. I also was told that they are doing new landscaping soon, so I can only imagine how great it will look then!! I stopped by to tour this last Saturday and the manager, Serena, was very kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. I am definitely considering leasing here and recommend 21 Gramercy to anyone who’s looking for a place to live in BCS.

I moved here in July, and have loved everything so far. I love cooking in my kitchen, and use my patio space almost daily- especially now that it is cooling down. We have had only a few small issues- but they were completed within the hour that a service request was put in. The maintenance team has been so nice, and helpful! We also have had so many events put on by the office staff- that really make the community feel like home. They conducted these safely, but are proving that their residents are important to them- even in a pandemic. Great place to live- that is close enough to stores and restaurants, but still just down the road enough to be blissfully quiet!

21 Gramercy Park Apartments are so modern and beautiful and affordable! The grounds are perfectly kept, the maintenance team was so efficient and very respectful and the few things needing attention over the course of my year stay were all taken care of by the following day at the latest, and done perfectly. Neighbors were very polite and the space is quiet! I can’t say enough about the management team and office staff; they are helpful, responding quickly to anything you might need and so nice! The dog park was so nice for my little fur babies to get some energy out too! During last years winter storm they were fast to fix any issues that arose for us as fast as they could and made sure to keep us all updated. Great team all around! You don’t find that everywhere so when you do, it’s remarkable. Thank y’all so much and I’m sad I moved or I would have loved to stay longer! You can’t go wrong renting here!

Highly recommend.It is clean and comfortable here. The office members are responsible and constantly cares about maintenance. Neighbors are friendly. However, if sensitive to noise, you need to know the fact that there are air conditioner out door units outside in case of first floor unit.

“The staff is phenomenal. Helpful, friendly, kind. Maintenance orders are taken care of quickly and are well done. The neighborhood is pretty, well maintained, and friendly. I’d like to see greater access to amenities- longer hours, and while getting issues taken care of in my apartment is blazingly fast, it seems to take a while for community amenities to be fixed. The management seems to be responsive to suggestions. I’d recommend living here!”

I have always lived in a house until my husband and I got married. I was a little nervous at first to live in apartments but 21 Gramercy has been such a blessing. It is quiet which is huge because my husband works nights and has to sleep during the day. all of our neighbors are so kind. we have never had any problems! If we have something that needs to be fixed the staff here is very quick to meet needs. We also love the location of these apartments. Im sure their are some college students that live here but for the most part I would say young professions and young families live here. We have lived here two years and just resigned for one more year here.

I love this community! The apartments are clean, well maintained, with nice appliances and ample storage. You cant beat having a washer and dryer provided! Even the smallest patio is cozy and fits a lounge chair, a bistro table with 2 chairs and tons of potted plants. I plan to live here for a very long time.**Update - this turned into student housing. DONT GO THERE! Its just like all other apartments now. Its only major appeal was that it was one of the last family communities with very few students, and now thats gone.

I have only lived at 21 Gramercy since July, but I have nothing but nice things to say about them! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and are available to answer any questions!! The maintenance team is especially exceptional! I had a few problems with the sink/dishwasher and they came out within a few hours and we’re able to fix the problem! They respond to maintenance requests super super fast and are always incredibly friendly! All 21 Gramercy staff are amazing and I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else!

I have lived at 21 Gramercy Park for around 6 years and have never had anything but great experiences with management, maintenance and the property itself. Meg the manager has always been extremely helpful and responsive with any issues Ive ever had during my time there. Her team Matthew, Shade, Haley were always very friendly and always went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The maintenance team is always very responsive and promptly took care of any requests I had but at the two seperate units i lived in both were immaculate and had few problems if any. This complex is very safe and in a great location, would highly recommend living here for BCS area!

I’m fairly new to apartment life after having lived in homes the last 20+ years. 21 Gramercy has changed my mind on what standard leasing should be like. The leasing and management staff held my hand all the way through the process and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a maintenance team complete repairs as fast as the folks at 21 Gramercy. 10/10. Would recommend.

We really enjoy living at 21 Gramercy Park. Its quiet, close to everything and everything is kept up very well by the maintenance staff. There arent a lot of places you can rent that have an attached garage - that was a real plus for us. And we do take advantage of the gym and pool on occasion and enjoy both. We looked at a lot of places around BCS and felt this was by far the best. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartments and property. Have had to deal with some loud college neighbors and their howling dogs as well as neighbors who leave their trash out by their front door for weeks. However, the property is safe, well kept, maintenance is always super fast with their repairs and the apartment is nice. Overall one of the nicest non student apartment complex in town.

This is a beautiful property. They have been nothing but helpful and attentive. Matthew in the front office goes above and beyond to take care of you, the maintenance staff is quick to get you taken care of. The pool is great, the grounds are pristine, and the trash butler is convenient. All around a wonderful place to live.

This is a 🏡 home. Not an apartment but a real home.The amenities are very nice, things get fixed right away, and the staff is very attentive and kind.Mara, one of the lovely people who work in the office always has a smile on her face and always makes a point to ask how you are doing. She is what sold us after an entire day of apartment shopping and she is one of many reasons we stay. (FYI We literally visited every apartment complex in college station and Bryan that was not for under grads). She 💯 percent made us feel we needed to put down a deposit that night! Her along with the whole family (ie staff) are wonderful people and professional. No one is out of place here.One can always complain about this or that, but when it comes to a place to live I am very happy with our decision!My only complaint would be my neighbors disrespect for the trash rules, but the staff really tries their best to enforce this.

My fiancé and I absolutely love it here. The front office staff has always been very pleasant. I have rented in different cities around Texas over the last 6 years and the maintenance guys are some of the best. There is a true sense of community here and the resident events are so much fun!

Ive been living several apartments near B/CS area, this apartment is very nice.Pros1. The management is almost the best in this area.2. Reasonable rent fee considering the facilities3. No noise from the train hornConsThere have been lots of birds roaming in some buildings because some residents did not remove the nests in the patio. I really hate the birds noise in early morning and their droppings. For this reason, I am thinking to move another apartment.

21 Gramercy Park is my very first apartment and I have been nothing but impressed with the entire property, from the impeccable customer service provided by Miss Mara who has been incredible since day 1, to the cleanliness, and the pricing. I had some trouble with another property I was thinking of looking at but it went sour very quickly and so we called here having already looked at these apartments but only the more expensive one bedroom floor plans had been available at that time, we asked Mara if there was anything at all available because I was about to be up a creek without a paddle and this amazing woman told us there was a small one bed available and it was perfect!!! I’ve only been here since September but I couldn’t see myself anywhere else, thank y’all so much for all you’ve done!! Whenever y’all see Mara and the other wonderful ladies at the front desks be sure to give them all the love because they definitely deserve it!

Very quiet! When something breaks, maintenance is there to fix it in a timely manner. Dog park and other areas are pretty clean (compared to other apartment complex’s I’ve seen). Good distance away from Blinn and A&M. Would definitely recommend

21 Gramercy Park is definitely one of the nicest apartment complexes in the area. Ironically, it was also the cheapest one bedroom option (in the class of nice apartments; there are of course cheaper bargain apartments). I think it is cheaper because the one bedroom I am in does not have a dining room, which I appreciate because I would rarely use that! The apartments are brand new, opened in 2012. The management has been friendly and never a problem. The pool is amazing. 21 Gramercy Park is located in the young professional housing area of Bryan/College Station, so it is ALWAYS quiet here. Lastly, white granite countertops!

Consistent excellence for any organization is not easy. Let alone holistic customer service in the midst of a multiplicity of issues like a pandemic. On 22 May 2020 I needed some direction on how to dispose of our Living Room Set. I called the Leasing Office and spoke with Johana. As always she provided us with the proper way to dispose of large items according to the Leasing Contract. But this is what set the staff apart. She went the extra mile and provided us with possible companies who would dispose of items, their contact information and which companies to call first..... absolutely exceptional. She was not aware of how that information instantly made a stressful situation easy for us. I am new to College Station and my husband a Microbiologist was in the midst of Covid 19 vaccine preparation. This is just one of the many examples of why we choose to live here because the staff of 21 Gramercy Park Leasing Office get it and continue to prove that they are all second to none.
