My wife and I lived at 1155 for over a year. The units are beautiful, and we loved the area. Everyone is super friendly. Tim, Dania, and the extended team were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The few minor issues we had were always resolved promptly, and we have nothing but great things to say about our time there. Highly recommend!

I wanted to wait to live here to actually leave an honest review. We have been living here for about a month now and I have nothing but great things to say about living here:1. Rylee and the lease team has always been responsive and polite since day 12. everyone that works here is also extremely nice3. The residents that I have also had the pleasure to pass always super friendly4. living here has been really peaceful and clean thus far5. location is perfect

I absolutely love living at 1155 and recommend this place to all my family and friends! Alexis and her whole team are absolutely AMAZING! Their customer service is top priority and they go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of. The amenities and apartments are gorgeous. Im so happy to call this place home and plan to stay a while!

1155 has been a dream. Our floor to ceiling windows, incredible appliances and gorgeous wood floors are just a few things we love about our unit. However, the one thing that has made this such an incredible experience is the 1155 team. They are really one of a kind and have exceeded our every need. Priscilla, Ashley and Alexis are truly a gift and they make this place so special. So grateful to live in this special building.

1155 is simply amazing!! The space is gorgeous and the amenities are great! I cannot say enough about the staff. Very helpful, professional and always ready to get take care of anything we need. I cannot think Alexis, Priscilla, Ashley and Calixto enough. You guys are great :-)

My daughter is moving out for the first time…this community is perfect for her. Great location, amenities and staff. Rylee was very knowledgeable, patient and kind - she put us at ease as first-time renters. Highly recommend!

The office staff is courteous, attentive, and have given the best experience I could possibly have. The views from the amenity spaces are beautiful and well kept. I could not dream of a more perfect home in Austin!

By the end of my months-long apartment search in Austin, I can confidently say that the leasing team at 1155 was by far the most communicative, friendly, professional, and accommodating that I encountered. Ashley is a fantastic representative of this incredible community. From the top-notch design and build of the property down to the care and pride that Ashley radiates--youd be lucky to call 1155 home. I would highly suggest a tour of the property and ask for Ashley!

Understated luxury and presence. The free plan interiors let in a considerable amount of light and I admire the owners decision to preserve the very large and presumably very old tree centric to the buildings atrium. A little out of my price range but really enjoyed the walking tour and getting acquainted with what I expect will quickly become the next coveted residential listing for Austin A-Listers.

This is going to be such a beautiful building with stunning views of the city. Perfect location with a short walk to great restaurants, bars and shops. The leasing team is amazing! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed when I spoke with them. Can’t wait to see the construction completed!
