    I had the best opportunity to work with Alice! Alice is really efficient, professional and even when sending an email you can feel positive vibes being sent along with it. I first worked with Alice in April, 2018 and she responded in a timely manner ultimately helping me locate my first apartment. She saved me so much time & I love my new First home! She also assisted a friend of mine when I asked and now I am now working with Alice again in preparation for my next relocation and I now have very fruitful results of where my next home will be.     I worked specifically with Dana. Being new to the Dallas rental market, I thought Dana did a great job curating for me a list of potential rental properties and appropriately setting my expectations. She quickly responded to all of my queries and checked-in with me throughout the process - not too much and not too little. I would recommend Dana to friends/family, as my experience was very positive!

    The experience was great! Dana really helped me out. I was originally looking for a 1 bedroom but some things changed and I needed a 2 bedroom for a later move in date. Without hesitation, Dana told me she would follow up in a couple months and she did! She found me a great 2 bedroom in the perfect area and I got an awesome rate!

    I worked with Leah to find an apt when I was relocating from Orlando, Fl to Dallas, TX. She was awesome! I love my apt. Leah called and visited places for me. She followed up on anything I needed her help with. I trusted her and she didnt disappoint me. She made the whole moving process easier. I was working with another locator service before 1 Source and as soon as a problem came up they werent as nice. I told Leah my issues and what I wanted and she delivered me only options that were available and what I asked for. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an apt.

    Quick and ReliableSandra was my agent, it literally took her minutes to find me a list of apartments that met my criteria. I selected a few, she did all the calling and locating for me. Within a week , i decided to go with a complex, she set me up and i moved in the very next month . Definitely recommend them to ANYONE in ANY situation. My situation was a bit difficult and they were still able to help me. They are prompt and they deliver results in a jiffy! She kept in contact throughout the entire process , and i am happy where i am at now. Thank you 1 Source!

    Me and my fiance recently relocated from Washington and were living out of a hotel, hoping to find a place immediately we contacted 1 Source Apartment Locators.     Ill cut to the chase, use this locating service.I decided to use this locator because their office is in the area my family and I wanted to live. I got Laura as my agent, and she was very quick and efficient at getting me the information I needed. She called the apartments I was interested in, and made sure they had what I needed, so I didnt have to. Communication between us was done through E-mail and Texting, responses came quick, and I didnt have to wait long to hear back from her. We were able to find the perfect apartment within 4 days of talking with our locator.If I could think of something negative to say about my experience I would share it, but I was seriously impressed, and cant think of anything.     Christa was extremely helpful to us in our search for an apartment when we were in a time crunch and had to move quickly!! Being from DFW, I thought I was in good shape to search on my own, but after feeling lost, Im glad I reached out to her because she was able to focus in and pinpoint the exact right property for everything we were looking for and needing.     I found it very helpful. Its very hard to find/limit your choices as you apartment search since there are so many options. I loved getting a list, and being asked to narrow it down...something Id like to do for myself but dont have enough knowledge to do so. I liked that Dana was able to give me a ton of details about each complex before I even went. My favorite thing is having my appointments set up for me. Its like Im a celebrity! Really, its helpful to have something already set up for me, one less thing for me to worry about.

However, I was contacted by the owner Jeff Dean who was very helpful and consistent with helping me. He said to give him a chance to make everything right and He went above and beyond to help me find my new place.     I have always lived in shared housing, and the environmental sanitation is very average. Fortunately, I was very lucky. I found Wilson to rent an apartment. He followed up the whole process for free. My English level is average. He not only helped me communicate with the rental management office, but also explained the relevant fees and rights one by one, which finally made me happy. I was able to rent a cheaper apartment. I like the new apartment very much. The environment, sanitation and transportation are very good. I have now moved in. Thank you very much Wilson Fung! There was a surprise at the end, he sent me feedback👍
