    Been here 3 months so far, I really like it. It’s calm and quiet and neighbors are respectful. Management is good too, we haven’t had any issues or complaints. Maintenance is really good too and timely. We expected rent to be higher cause it’s high everywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️. We pay 1800 for 2 bd 2 bth 1200 sq ft, washer and dryer hookups, a reserved parking spot, water and WiFi. Not too bad honestly. Most duplexes nowadays are 1800 for 2 bd 2 bth not even including utilities. We do have roaches but it’s manageable, I buy the roach gel syringes on Amazon, it works.

    Ive been living here going on a month and its been a real good experience. My apartment came with all new appliances, new paint, new floors and granite counter tops. No bugs or roaches. These apartments are well maintained. The swimming pool is always sparking blue ready for an afternoon dip. The management is real nice and respectful. They will keep you updated on whats going on in the property thru text or email. I give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and will continue to be a resident here.

    I would DEFINITELY 10/10 recommend moving to these apartments!!!!I WILL DEFINITELY BE RENEWING MY LEASE WITH THE APARTMENTS!!!Such a good area overall. Not only is the property kept well up to date and clean, but the management is super friendly and helpful.(shoutout to Jessica for helping me and my husband move into our apartment and making the process super easy)The location of these apartments are super convenient for me and my significant other. Not only is it super close to our jobs, but it also close to the grocery store as well.And we love the amenities, the pool is always kept clean and you can also rent out a party room near the pool for events, birthdays, or baby showers, so its super convenient.Overall me and my husband havent had no issues with management, ac, parking policys, or other residents at all. Overall love it here, and if any is looking for apartments to move into I would definitely recommend it here 100%

    Im happy to live at Zander Park. Lourdes and Erika are so nice and friendly that make me feel like i am really at home. The application process was fast and easy with their help, and i love the gift Erika left on my kitchen. Thank you guys, keep the good work!

    I’ve seen the changes the new owners have made to the property and all I can say is, WOW!!!! 😁😁 What a difference this is compared to previously.The new updates they have made to the apartments with new appliances, new flooring, new paint, new lighting etc... have changed the complete look of the inside. Outside, there is safety with the upgrades to the playground, the parking lot feels safe, and everything just seems so much cleaner. There are no worries about pests or rodents as they are constantly making sure this past issue doesn’t happen again. It feels great to see new landscaping that is well maintained.I’m very impressed and grateful for the time and money the new owners have put into the place. They seem to really care about everyone living here. 👍

    I am not a resident here at Zander Park BUT my sister just moved here and the complex is beautiful. My sister needed help registering my car but was having trouble, we went to the office and right away Jasmine was there to help us with no problems. It is heartwarming this complex has an awesome person like her she was so quick to help us after registering my vehicle we went to the park with my sister and my sisters childrenThe park area is kept up so well. My sister expressed how wonderful the staff is here and I saw it first hand today.Jasmine was walking a couple to show a unit and the kids were so excited to see her and she was showing the property (where laundry mats were/park/pool) you can tell the residents here love her. I do too and I dont even live here but will be having life time memories here as a family with my sister and to know Jasmine is there to help with any issues makes me so happy my sister picked Zander park to live

    The staff is very friendly and helpful, the apartments were beautifully renovated and the new manager really runs a tight ship. I put in a work order and she had maintenance fix the issue the same day. Would definitely recommend living here.

    I have been living here for about 1 year and a half. At first management was not meeting our expectations wroks orders were not being complete, however now with the new management and Jazmin at the leasing office everything is going great, work orders get done she a does an exellent job at explaining everything that is going on. We get updated about everything in a text or an email she is awome and i can say she just loves her job she goes above and beyond to keep the property at its best.

    It’s a nice place to live. I’m planning to move to the area soon, and I went out looking for information, and I was impressed by the office staff, they were very friendly and professional, they showed a couple of floor plans to me, and it’s exactly what I will need in a few months.

    I was looking for an apartment and searching after searching I came across Zander Park Apartment Homes. Went in the office was helped right away by Esly. I needed to move right away and they had an apartment ready to move in. Great service, very kind Esly and Romina are very sweet and are here to help you with what you need. I highly recommend this place is very calm at night and what I most love is that they have cameras all over the property.
