Pleasant living experience. Peaceful property. Mr.Fred, the maintenance worker is super helpful. I’ve stayed at other residences and haven’t always had the best service. My AC went out and I just knew it was going to be a wait and hassle but he came in a timely fashion and had my air working in no time.Another time I had to call and he came right over and fixed my toilet issue. He always has a pleasant demeanor.It’s an added peace of mind when you know you can rely on management and maintenance to take care of the units. If you’re reading this, thanks Mr.Fred!

There has been a couple of maintenance guys here in the last five months that I have lived here. However, I recently had the pleasure of meeting our new maintenance guy, Fred who is amazing! I submitted a work order for my a/c and Fred came to my apartment the same day. He properly introduced himself and maintained himself in a very professional manner! I am ecstatic about the timeliness and quality maintenance we now have!

MS.Soraya is an amazing manager, she makes sure that everything is running properly. Communication is exceptional ! I recommend you visit this apartments before any others. Wow, what a breathe of fresh air! Ms. Zoraya is amazing, and she will do anything to fix your problem! Service after the sale is what makes an office! If they ever lose her I would move out!

It is the best apartment place where my husband and I have lived for 2 years!! They have us very spoiled here, especially they understand our situation with Covid 19 until they gave us groceries, who does this? Only Xander, we are very grateful for everything they do for us as tenants and Zoraya, the manager of this place, is a super nice person, she is very kind, very nice at heart!! We are super grateful for the help they always give us apart from taking care of us in any situation they are present. Our contract expires this August and we have decided to renew another contract since it is very difficult to find a place like Xander at James. Thank you Zoraya for always working with me and for your excellent service and treatment of tenants.
