    What can I say! I love this place!🙂 Ive been living here very comfortably for two years. Its like living in a small house. My 2br apt is very spacious, I have refrigerated air, front & back door entrance. I love it! My neighbors are awesome! Everyone so friendly, its like family! The staff is great too! Very professional and polite. Gaby & Ashley always ready to serve you with a smile. Mario & Pepe.. very hardworking maintenance staff. They take pride in keeping my community clean and family friendly! Just wanna say...Good job guys!👍

    Best apartment complex ever! Management have been the best part of living here not only are they very responsible to their tenants but are friendly and kind. I would recommend Wyndchase Apartment for that alone! Maintenance team is always on their game complex is always every clean. I want to thank all of those who make it possible for my family and I to have an amazing place to live in! Ashley, Gaby and awesome maintenance team!

    So I went to check out these apartments and i was unsure if I wanted to move in. However the leasing team was awesome! The young lady named Monica was very nice and helpful. She showed me a 1 bedroom and it was really nice on the inside I was very impressed! I will definitely be telling my friends and family looking to move about this place!

    Ashley and Gabby are the best property managers ever! Our apartment is spacious and very comfortable. These ladies have made our 1st apartment experience very well worth the change. We have great maintenance as well, Mario and Issac make sure everything is in tip top shape! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next new experience!

    These apartments are the best! I have a two bed one bath and it is very spacious. Also a big plus is how they have a playground for the kids, small dog park, work out room, and two laundry facilities. These apartments are great. Especially the people in the office they are so kind and helpful. I plan on renewing my lease when its almost up. I highly recommend Wyndchase Apartments.

    Ive been living in these apartments 2+years now. Its a quiet community. I love the girls in the office, very friendly and helpful. They also do community things like Easter hunt and neighbor get togethers which Ive never had before. The maintenance are quick to solve any apartment problems. The grounds are nice and well maintained. Parking could be better like assigned but not really that bad. Wyndchase is a pretty awesome place to live.

    I’m proud to say that I’ve made the Wyndchase apartments my home for the better part of a decade; believe it or not. What stands out the most, and why I remain a happy/loyal tenant; is the staff. The staff truly go out of their way too not only make me feel appreciated, but they all take that extra step to make me feel like I’m just not another number, but more like a family member. A lot of places could learn a lot by taking a page from the Wyndchase staffs book of superior/excellent customer service know how.

    Recently moved out, great place for it to be my first. A little on the high price. Gabby and Ashley are easy to talk to and straight forward. I’m glad my husband and I picked this as our first place to stay. We rented a 1 bedroom & 1 bath. Then a 2 a bedroom, 2 bath. Pet rent is a little high. Parking space fills up if you don’t have reserve or arrive late from work, near the leasing office. On my first move in had a trouble with people upstairs being to loud and smoking cigarettes indoor. On my 2nd move, we were promised a certain day to move in but since they weren’t done we had to wait about a week 1/2 to move in to that place. Overall well experience. Wish the place had installed laundry, a bigger gym, and that people picked up their dogs waste.

    Just moved into Wyndchase and I love my new apartment! I didn’t get a chance to see it in person before moving in so I was pleasantly surprised at how big the apartment really is! (1 bedroom) Ashley and Gabby were both awesome, answered any questions I had right away, not to mention got me moved in on really short notice. Even one of their maintenance guys, Mario, made sure I knew that he would be there to fix any issues I had right away! Couldn’t be happier here, I DEFINITELY recommend this place!!

    The apartments themselves are great with all the upgrades but the downfall is that only some have refrigerated air and the majority are swamp coolers that get turned on later than you would normally expect. The amenities are nice but some people don’t pick up their dog droppings and it makes for a smelly and unpleasant site in the grill areas. Otherwise, they are in a good location and the rent is reasonable.

    Wyndchase has provided a comfortable home with the convenience of an ideal location. The quick access to I-10 makes it feel like were close to everything. The ladies in the office and the maintenance staff are very helpful and willing to resolve any issues that may arise.

    This place to begging with doesnt feel like another apartment complex. It feels like home and the best part everyone for the most part knows everyone. It has a brand new fireplace and grills , a pool in the middle with own grills. We have our own private park for the kids and no its no project park its pretty cool I might say. Oh dont let me for get the dog park and its fenced and this place is animal friendly. Staff is very friendly you never hear no from them. They try to get to you as quick as possible for the most past and thats always great. The office is always opened accept Sunday witch is not bad there is always someone to help you , plus the emergency line you will never feel left out. Well I hope this helps for my future new neighbors and good luck with your apartment .

    Nearing the end of 1 year living at Wyndchase, it has been a very pleasant experience. I havent had any major issues, nor have I had the need to deal with management other than for positive things or maintenance for small minor repairs or projects. I really wish they had Washer & Dryer in unit as an option other than that it would be the most perfect living situation.

    The place is great, got a two bedroom two bath for a great price.. The unit was spacious was always admired by guests stoping by.. The gas powered grills all throughout the complex made for some great cook outs. Now there is a whole new fire pit, kid and pet area which is fantastic.The staff up front is great and the people living at Wyndchase are real kind.The area itself is great quick access to the highway and real close to the Fountains and Cielo Vista. Theres just too many great things I can say about this place.

    Before I start I used to be a part of the apartment industry which affords me the ability to see past the surface of a regular apartment shopper.I have been living at the WyndChase for a year now and in this year I have lived in two floor plans. The Two bed room one bath has great layout large open concept kitchen and the Pantry is definitely TEXAS sized! Where the floor plan may lack in a 2nd restroom it leaves more room for the bedrooms which are AMPLE!The one bedroom(which I currently dwell) is equally as massive! The living room can host 30+ people -tested this for a Wrestlemania party- and comfortably I have to say! The kitchen offers plenty counter top space and the window allows for natural light. The restroom is apart from the bedroom which is important when having guests over.Since my residency at WyndChase I have seen the apartments before the renovations. The renovations that have transpired over the course of the past year are amazing. The property is older but you couldnt tell by driving by. The property is well lit and offer so much for families and single individuals alike.The best part of the property is not the apartments(although they are spectacular) it is the staff! From the leasing office and maintenance team I must say they are what make the property SPECIAL! You are always welcomed with a smile and they genuinely care about what the do! For the past year I have had 1 issue and it was minor; they fixed it within a day.I was planning on moving to another apartment community after my first apartment but i refused. Staying with WyndChase has been the best decision!Plenty of parking, Gas Grills, Luscious landscaping Single Pool, Kids park, Dog Park.. its a great community and great home!They have everything you could be looking for in a new apartment.THANK YOU WYNDCHASE STAFF!

    Great Experience living here. Amazing Customer service offered by Manager Gaby and staff. Maintenance always prompt and friendly. Dog Friendly parks. Neighbors keep to themselves for the most part. Super close to I-10 is a plus.

    Amazing service, as well as being very polite to everyone. Homes are always to your comfort and will always work with you no matter what. Very friendly and attentive with all the residents. The best apartments I have personally lived in, wouldnt want to find another place.

    Ive lived here a year and its honestly the best Apartment complex ive lived at. The office staff is really friendly and helpful and great. The maintenance staff is pretty awesome and usually handles requests quickly. I would absolutely recomend them to anyone

    I love my home. Maintenance is amazing and very fast completing my work orders. The ladies at the office are very helpful Ashley is always very friendly and extra attentive anytime I have a question. The location is great I’m close to everything I need. Strongly recommend.

    I haven’t had any problems with Wyndchase Apartments! They have a very friendly and kind staff (Ashley and Gabby) you can come to them about anything. Very clean and neat apartment complex I recommend it for all people!

    🌟 for the ladies in the office; both very warm and welcoming, professional and patient. This was from our first encounter via phone from Ohio all the way through our first office visit months later.🌟for maintenance, very polite and on time service- huge plus for us.🌟for location; conveniently located just about a 5-10min drive to a variety of shops gas, eateries, markets etc.🌟for apt; got a spacious 2bdrm 1.5bath townhome for a great price and super convenient location🌟 for at the last minute the ladies had a townhome come available right near the play area and was able to get it move in ready for us the next day, this was spot on huge due to our younger two with special needs.Above and beyond, attention to detail customer care a five star experience thus far for my humble family of five.Thanks Wyndchase for our first warm hearty welcome to El Paso.

    I love living at these beautiful apartments staff if super friendly and maintenance is fast to fix any problem in your apartment and the pool and gym area is always well maintained and i live the dog park here aswell
