My boys and I moved in December 2023, we could not be happier. Not only are all the staff extremely polite they truly care. Maintenance is AMAZING! always so timely to any concerns. For a single parent raising two kids alone at least I feel at ease with the apartment we call home. I cant say enough positive about the management and all the staff. You all are doing a wonderful job! Thank you for all you do !

Ive lived at these apartments for over 4 years now. Its always been one of the quietest, safest places Ive lived. Theres a dog park across the street as well. The apartment manager, Gabby, is amazing as well. Ive been going through some hard times with work and she is the most understanding person! She really is the best! I cant recommend this place enough

Thank you, Gabby. I appreciate you if anyone is looking for a good place to stay Woodland Park is the place to be very good staff very quiet and very reasonable. I’ve been living here almost a year and I have had no problems whatsoever. They are on Point 😊

Sometimes we have issues with hot water, but otherwise this has been a very pleasant apartment! Our service requests are done quickly, our AC and heat has been good, the apartments are relatively quiet, sometimes the complex smells like weed but I dont expect anything else out of low-income areas. Ive never lived in a complex that didnt smell like weed, this one is a bit nicer.

Ive lived here since Nov 2017 and its been great .The managers at this complex are phenomenal. The complex is old but the area is great. I dont ever have any issues but minor maintenance request and they always come and fix it immediately . There is a beautiful park with trails you can run/walk at Its huge. They also have a dog park right across the street from the apartment and a small little convenience store . Its a great place to live. We never have issues the neighbors are great. The late fee on rent is $50 then 10 for any extra day late. You pay online. I love this place. I 100% recommend it.

We’ve lived here for a few months now and we really love it. We got a huge apartment for the price and maintenance responds within hours every time which is really awesome. The apartments themselves are older so there’s a few cracks here and there and a few bugs that have made there way in but I mean the building is relatively old so it’s not that unexpected. The neighborhood is quiet and across the street is a really nice dog park. Overall it’s a good apartment for the amount that we pay.

I have lived here for the last 5 years and wouldnt want to live anywhere else. The management is amazing and keeps in touch. The property is well managed and handles maintenance calls as quickly as possible!

My husband and I moved in about a month ago and love it here!. The spacious rooms, closets, and kitchen are fantastic! The other residents are quite(day or night) and nevertheless the staff ladies (Cindy &Candace) are awesome, they actually care about their residents. Thank you for welcoming me and my husband HOME. Great management by Tasha and Cindy! Great and timely repairs. They are very attentive to residents needs and they never hesitate to provide wonderful customer service. I love living here! It’s safe, quiet, and affordable

Very spacious huge walk-in closet. Best part is how sweet the office ladies are. There very helpful and try to navigate any problems your having fast.

I have been living here for three months.And I am so grateful for the care and help I received from Miss Verónica and Miss Gaby.They are so kind and affectionate.They made the process very easy and fast, for me moving, living in these apartments means living in peace and happiness. The maintenance is perfect and so is the security.
