I have to say, of all the apartments I’ve lived at this place has been fantastic! Any time I have an issue or a question it is always quickly resolved and always completed with a smile. Nick was the gentleman who showed me the apartment, and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was because of my interaction with him that I chose to go with Woodhill over my other options. Victoria has been a doll—any time I’ve interacted with her she has been so helpful, informative and kind. Stacie, the property manager — patient, understanding, and takes my concerns very seriously whenever they come up. I have lived here for two months, and I am so happy to make this place my home! Thanks to all of you for making my experience wonderful

I recently had the pleasure of living at Woodhill Apartments, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic.The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home.What truly sets this complex apart, however, is the management team. Staci is incredibly attentive and responsive to residents needs. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the staff including Erika and Melodi always greet residents with a smile. They genuinely care about creating a welcoming community atmosphere.Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience at Woodhill. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, definitely consider this complex!-

I moved in about 2 1/2 weeks ago and let me tell you, these apartments have been my blessing. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained, everyone minds their own business and there isn’t loud music even on the weekends. Brianna, Erica and everyone in the office have been so nice, accommodating, and have always been there to answer my questions and make sure I’m settling in comfortably. I definitely have enjoyed living here and looking forward for the years to come.I also love how close it is to everything. And even with me getting the basic apartment, it is super nice and very spacious. Thank you Woodhill. Id definitely recommend.

But recently there is now a new team and management... our apartment was flooded by the storm a couple weeks ago and they did not hesitate to help me get into a new apartment. My daughter has lived at Woodhill for several months while attending UNT. She recently got into a bind in paying rent timely and was on the verge of being evicted. When she came to me for help, I stepped in and contacted Woodhill to see what was needed. I spoke with Erika, the Assistant Manager, and she was so friendly and helpful. She worked with me and my daughter to get back on track, all while understanding that being a student and holding down a job at the same time can be difficult. Her professionalism and sense of care was duly noted by this concerned parent. Thank you Erika!

My buddy has been here for a couple of months now and Ive been spending quite a lot of time with him; considering I am going to UNT and would rather not commute during traffic hours four days a week. The place is filled with kind people and the buildings are in very good shape. Theyve responded swiftly in regard to a couple of maintenance requests upon my friend moving in. The leasing agent, Lesly, has been lovely to work with, and now I have the pleasure of moving in myself this upcoming week.

My review should be more between 3-4 stars and not 5 but I have to make it 5 stars to pay what I signed my new lease instead of it going up even more. I signed my new lease and turned it in a month before it was due. Then 2 weeks before it was due, they said that I did not sign it. I told them that I did sign it. Thru said that I signed the wrong one. I told them that I signed what was sent to me. They wanted me to sign it again with a higher price. I told them that it was not my fault that they sent the wrong form. On top of it, they signed the original one I sent in. I did go in to talk to them. They said I could keep the price but had to write a review. This is my review, which should not impact my lease. They are quick about getting maintenance requests finished. You do pay for everything though, they do not pay for anything. They change parking companies every year and it is annoying haveing to register my car and guests cars all the time.

I am a former resident at WoodHill. My experiences have been up and down. However, before I moved out I had the pleasure of meeting the new management. Moving can be expensive and I was behind on my rent. It was paid of course! Staci and Erika were so helpful, and understanding while I was getting the issue resolved. Ive been living here for almost a year. Sure, they are older apartments, what do you expect for the reasonable rent amount? Have reasonable expectations perhaps. Tonya , the Manager, has been professional and courteous to work with. Honestly, I have not had any issues with my apartment that needed major work, if I did, they would take care of it. If its something little and you can take care of it, do it, rather than complain? The downside to the apartments are, yes, at night, its extremely dark in some areas, so be careful, there are always sketchy people walking through (Its Denton). My neighbors and I all know one another and are friendly. I dont have a bad thing to say about the apartments. However, coming to the Managers defense, she has been professional, upfront and takes care of the complex.

We have lived here for almost a year and we have enjoyed our time here. The management team is a little hard to get in touch with on the phone, but once you do, they are very helpful. I enjoy the fact that they have a secure mail room for packages. Any maintenance issues we have had was taken care of very efficiently. We had a great view of the volleyball court and common grilling area, very peaceful and my dog loves going into the doggie area. Very dog friendly here. The management team was so helpful when my health took a turn and I got injured. They helped out to make it safe for me to come back home. We already signed for another year, lets see how the next one goes. Shera is my girl! And the new maintenance team is quick and weekends hard. They even explain what they are doing and what happened when they fix things.

Ive lived here for a few months now and I have to say that I am very impressed! The complex is older but the maintenance team and management do a great job keeping up on everything! The few issues Ive had have been fixed immediately and the front desk staff have been amazing at helping me deal with Amazon delivery issues (not the fault of the apartment). The pools are clean, the gym is spacious, the lawn care is great, and the overall feel here is one of welcoming! The roads could be improved and the laundromat is awful but I havent had any issues with bugs or mold or super high bills. The location is convenient and the parking is ample! Overall Im glad I chose this place!

I lived in these apartments for about a year. They have been some of my favorite apartments I have lived in so far. They are older apartments but they are well maintained. They have good office staff and are helpful. They were great when I had to move. I had to move due to a job. My main complaint was the traffic that would cut through. I know that management can’t really control it but it was irritating. People would speed through with no thought of the people of live there. I remember times that I would stop at the stop signs and the people cutting through would be mad. Maybe more speed bumps? A gate?

Lived here a year. While the buildings are not new, my apartment was updated and had brand new appliances. The few times I did have something that needed to be fixed, the maintenance staff took care of it, almost immediately. The apartments were spacious, clean and quiet. The location off 35 was convenient. And the office staff was excellent.

I loved, loved, loved living here! The location was great, the office staff was friendly, the maintenance team was quick to respond and very nice. I love the recreation area, the pool was always clean, the gym was quiet and well kept. If I didnt want a yard for my dog I would never leave. The only 2 drawbacks are the water bill (super high), and people not picking up after their dogs. I would definitely rent here again.

Weve lived here for about a year and a half, and planning on staying for awhile. Everything is well taken care of, I have no complaints. The office staff is very friendly and cooperative, and the grounds are taken care of nicely. You can tell they spend a lot of effort keeping the grounds looking proper. The apartment itself is nice, spacious and well taken care of. Ive lived a lot of different places in Denton and this is most certainly my favorite.

We moved in about 3 weeks ago and could not be happier! I would recommend this place to anyone. We had one issue on July 4th. The office was closed and our AC went out. We called the emergency maintenance number, left a message and he came out and fixed it super fast. We felt so bad having to call on a holiday and he was so friendly and wasnt even bothered by having to come out. The apartments are updated and have huge closets and nice sized rooms. The office staff has been awesome! They are always super friendly and its not a fake friendly that Ive experienced before with other apartments. I love coming home to the trees. It feels like its secluded even though its right in the middle of Denton. I cant wait for winter so we can use the fireplace. We have been able to enjoy all 3 pools. It has been a long time since we had an apartment that actually felt like home. We will call this home for a very long time. Even our dogs love it here! Wish I could give it more stars!

I needed to move quickly and Shera Evans was extremely dedicated to making it stress free for me. She worked with my deadline and made sure I knew she was my partner in the moving process. She responded quickly and put her heart into it. She was personable and it was like talking to a friend. I feel so secure living here knowing she is in the office and has my back! Honestly am truly enjoying living here so far. I felt really compelled to make this review because of the office staff Nelly & Erika and the maintenance guy Greg! Office staff is super friendly, attentive and always helpful. Greg is awesome, put in a work order and maybe 30 mins later he was there and fixed all our issues very quickly and was super nice. All 3 are very professional and truly deserve to be recognized. We moved here from out of state and are so thrilled to have found a place we love and are treated well. All in all it’s a great complex, you can’t even tell it’s right off 35 I personally don’t notice any noise and feel very safe as well. I’d highly recommend Woodhill to anyone looking to rent an apartment.

I moved in in January, My apartment was/is fine. its competitively priced i dont know how people are complaining about that. I mean just look around. nothing worth living in is cheap anymore. Pool is always clean, its locked when they are preforming maintenance, there are a total of 3 pools, so there is ALWAYS one open. they have a great open area for gatherings tables and grills, again not just one space but multiple around the property. as well as a very friendly staff, that are prompt and know how to get things done. I am surprised by those that say otherwise. The maintenance men are friendly and courteous . new package delivery system was neat as well. i usually go into the leasing office about once a week just to grab a cup of coffee and a treat or two for the dogs before walking to the park. so far the only thing i can complain about is every now and then they run out of doggie poop bags. but then again that IS the owners responsibility. If my work wasnt in Dallas i dont think id move for a long time.Michael

Been living here for almost a year now, have no complaints. I was really compelled to make this review because of the awesome maintenance guy Greg! I’ve never had a more quick and professional experience every time he fixes things. The dude is super punctual with time as well, I put in a work order for something maybe a few hours go by and then he’s there. I also really adore the office staff, they have always been so nice to us and are on top of things. Nelly has always been so good about responding to emails and keeping in contact about important things very quickly. Anytime Nelly isn’t in office you can always count on the other lady with the blond hair (Brenda?) to get it taken care of as well. Sorry if I got her name wrong, but she needs to be recognized too. Those girls work hard everyday and it shows.All in all it’s honestly a great complex, I’m glad we found this place because the other two we have lived at has been awful. If you’re thinking about moving to Camino Del Sol next door don’t do it! Come to Woodhill instead! We lived there before here and I seriously can’t tell you a single good thing about it.Anyways, thank y’all for all your hard work!!

Ive been here at Woodhill Denton for 10yrs this year and today was the most difficult time Ive had since moving here, had to sort out some paperwork, it was quick and pleasant, its been quiet here since moving in, some faces have changed but things still get taken care of, I had some issues with my A/C before the summer got started and the maintenance man was on it pronto...havent had any issues since, Woodhill is close to everything almost, even my job, its just 3 miles away, this is a good place to live whether its temporary or a little longer, come check it out

Living so close to everything Denton has to offer such as entertainment and dining yet its quiet peaceful here in Woodhill. The grounds are kept clean and the landscaping looks wonderful. I love living here. My fiancé and I moved in and were amazed at how thoughtout the layout was. They made it so where the bedroom walls did not touch anyone elses. The granite is beautiful and it was pretty clean the day we moved in. The office staff are amazing as well. My fiancé and I were put in a troubling situation from the people that we were renting a house from, and we had about five days to find a place, move out of the house, and move in to the new place. The staff were on top of getting us approved in a matter of one day. She was so helpful and kind and really helped us. I read some reviews and I can honestly say I TOTALLY DISAGREE. We have had some maintenance from it being completely new, like the lock outside was brand new so my key wouldnt work, (it was operator error, as in me not know how to use the key properly lol) so I put in a maintenance request online at 7:30 PM the night before when they were closed and the next day they were here at 9:15 AM fixing it and were super nice. Please consider this place! We love it. I also wanted to put on here, that some of these allegations about drugs, or things on fire, the aminites not working, are very false. We go to the gym everyday and when we walk around, it is clean, and I am a huge germaphobe and OCD about where I live and it has to be clean. I would have not lived here if it was not safe, clean, or properly taken care of. Please read carefully on these reviews and do not take all of them to heart.

I absolutely LOVED living at Woodhill Apartments. The location has beautiful wooded trees all around, very quiet and peaceful. I chose to live here because it was tucked away from all the hubbub, yet superclose to UNT where I was attending college. My favorite part was my morning/evening walks around the neighborhood with my dog. We had our own oasis and enjoyed making the apartment a nice home.The leasing staff was always friendly and even had treats for my dog and I every time we visited! They cared about the details and was very accommodating during my stay. I would highly recommend this place for students and professionals alike. They also have all the bells and whistles when it comes to amenities, everything from a large fitness center and yoga studio, to sand vball, ping pong, grill and dog park. My apartment floorplan was really nice too with amazing views. 5-stars to Woodhill.

I’ve been here for a year and 3 months and I have to say since they fired Carla and her staff I see a major difference the staff in the office are nice and understanding they make you happy to give them your money and they work with you to the owners of this company I feel like I speak for everyone thank you for the awesome change because at first I swore to never rent from this company it was like the people before hated the company and there jobs and just wanted to evict anyone soon as they could if you had portal problems they would charge you residents just to keep the extra money definitely a big difference now I would recommend to friends now

Ive lived here for over 2 years and been very satisfied. The landscaping and parking lots are well maintained and clean of litter. Sometimes there are a few dog poo land mines as others mentioned but thats just lazy & inconsiderate owners. Ive had issues with the ac unit this summer and every maintenance request Ive submitted gets taken care of the same day... usually within an hour. They finally had to replace the whole ac unit. Its an older complex but they recently painted the outside and are almost finished installing a new sand volleyball court, stainless steel barbecue grill with picnic tables, dog park, and horseshoes, corn hole toss & other fun games. I definitely recommend giving WoodHill a look if shopping for a great & affordable apartment!

Im a new resident to the woodhill apartments, and this is my first time ever living in an apartment. My experience overall is fantastic. The woodhill family has shown me nothing but respect and courtesy. I have not had one problem with any of the staff or maintenance. There is one maintenance that I want to call out. His name is John. He has went out of his way multiple times to show me kindness and respect. If something was broken, and he wasnt able to make it that same day to fix it, he would come out the very next day to take care of it, and he is also a really cool guy. So THANK YOU!!! Woodhill has been a great home for us. We have only been here 10 months, but we have loved every bit of it. The apartments are updated and well maintained. The maintenance crew always came within a day for any issue we had. The community keeps to themselves, never had a problem with any neighbors or anything else. Would recommend 100%.
