Hello. I enjoy my apartment it was a beautiful place. I got to say. If I could move back I would. I never had issues with infestation. The management was always a do n do what needed done.kind people. U gonna get frustrated but thats part of life. God is good. To have one of those apt with space on bus line its good. So I think its awesome home place.

I have lived here for over one year...my apartment is spacious and I love it.....and as far as it being infested with roaches i have not seen any roaches in my home and management has been nothing but nice and helpful. In life its all in how you approach a situation and that usually determines your outcome. I love them and if i cant find a house with as much space or more well i guess i wont be moving.

So I reviewed when I first moved in and I inherited a horrible roach problem i couldnt fathom but i perciviered and 6 month and about 250.00 in roach spray bombs home defense and prayer the roaches are at a minimum and I love my zen den (patio ).....management is great and I have had only 2 maintenance issues ND they were handled immediately..neighbors A+ Walls could used insulation frfr but nice place.

Just moved in here a few days ago so far so good management was great very clean and spacious apartment. Very nice private patios so far no complaints what so ever

Ive been here for six months and i like it so far i havent seen any roaches in my apartment but i guess its how you keep your apartment also as for the staff they are very helpful and polite to me but like someone else said its also how you go to them its quiet some noise but nothing major that i cant deal with private patio with a gate that you can lock if you want so i would recommend anyone to check them out because at the end of the day its all up to you how you get along with others

I give it to the management Ms Daniella, spacious inside out. Patio, parking lot. Everything is just awesome like its a home, excellent spacious play grounds and field for kids and for kids parties.

Hi angie i been here n its a great place i ask god for.a decent place kind people space n he allowed to be here mangement is. Good yes n i like them stuff always get fix they allow u to live without harrasment there cool meighbors n leople i met mind there ownSo i recommend this place to all. Its nice. Angie leblanc
