    What a great experience and breath of fresh air it has been dealing with Woodbridge Villa apartments. I’m GenX and technology is not my strong point! Kenzie and Julie were absolutely the best in helping me navigate the process of application. From multiple back to back phone calls and walking me through the process. First time meeting both Kenzie and Julie - I knew I had made a great choice with Woodbridge.

    Woodbridge Villas has been a wonderful place to live for us. I specifically appreciate the professionalism of Julissa in the office who handled a special maintenance request expeditiously.     Marlon is a really great guyHe always waves are speaks to you..Today he seen me sweeping the breezeway which I do everyday..An he was picking up a trash bag someone put out late.He told me to give him two minutes and he would come and blow it for me…He went above and beyond in my book…He’s fixed a few things in my apartment when I’ve needed work doneThank you Marlon

    We have lived here for a little over a year and recently had some major issues happen that needed to be addressed. I voiced my concerns to the office and Kenzie was more than helpful going out of her way to keep us in the loop on when we can expect the issue to be resolved.     I’ve been here alittle over 7 months. & so far it’s been pretty good. I don’t interact with the office stuff much, but they are really nice when I do. & the maintenance team is always on it. They have been great and attend to my broken things very quickly. So no complaints from me. The neighbors aren’t bad either. Quiet. Keep to them selves for the most part. I will say I’m not a fan of the parking that’s available to guests or residents. But at least the cost for the covered spots aren’t super expensive. My kids love going to the boy there always someone to play with. But overall we really enjoy living here!! ☺️

    I have had an excellent experience from the beginning with Woodbridge Villas! Their assistant manager, Lore, has been incredible from the time I expressed interest until my move in. She made sure to answer any questions that I had and made sure any concerns during walk through at move in were addressed immediately. The property is beautiful and very well maintained by the maintenance team - theyre also very fast at addressing any service request you may have! Overall, I have very much enjoyed my first several weeks here and look forward to the remainder of my time on the property!

    I had to come leave a review for the maintenance staff. Ive lived in a few different apartments and dealt with maintenance, and I was never impressed. But Marlo and Marco, I have to say, are very quick to respond to whatever maintenance request I have placed. I never have to wait no more than a day, which is understandable. Unless it is an emergency, they come and complete the request right away. They always leave the area they have to work in neat, and They make a great team. They definitely make living Here great because I know there is maintenance at Woodbridge Villages apartments. Great job guys!!

    Love love love the environment here and I really love the maintenance crew!! They seen me struggling with some boxes and they came immediately over and assisted me and took it to the dumpster themselves!!! It was such a courteous thing to do!!

    I dont write reviews but I believe this community and office staff deserve one. This is the first apartment I have rented and I would have to say this community is a great place to call home. When I went to view the property I was greeted by the property manager, Jleigh. She was the only person in the office at the time and actually took the time to show me everything the property had to offer. She was very down to earth and personable unlike other properties I had viewed were the office staff seems to read off a script. I was impressed that for a community this big the front office takes the time to get to know you and understand what your looking for. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The outdoor lounge area for the residents is awesome as well as the pool. A nice amenity here is that it has a indoor pet bathing saloon. Full size bathing stations! I didnt realize it until I went on the tour. The website didnt state this amenity, which I think they should. If your looking for a community to call home with a friendly office staff and close to schools, department stores and dining...This is the place!

    I have lived at the Woodbridge Villas for almost a year and I love living here! The complex is very well kept, and I never have any issues with loud neighbors or being disturbed. I have only had to have maintenance come out a couple of times, and both times they came out the same day I put in the request, or the next day at the latest. They are great! This is a great community to live in.

    Can we talk about Victoria for just a second? What a saint! Whenever I have a question or concern she is my go to. She always displays professionalism and kindness and addresses all of my concerns with genuine care. I have been an apartment dweller for years and it is truly a treat to work with someone who has your best interests at heart. Thank you Victoria for all that you do! Property management team: give this woman a raise or a promotion. She IS the face of your brand and represents it beyond expectation!

    These apartments are beautiful! They feel like a small home vs an apartment. Great size kitchens with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Beautiful common areas with an incredible pool. Have Victoria show you around! She is great!

    ‼️UPDATE‼️Our on-call maintenance man, Marco, really saved me tonight! Tomorrow is the first day of school, and I’m a teacher. When I got home from preparing my classroom this evening, I found out that 6 of my outlets were not functioning. This included the outlet that my wifi router is plugged into. I desperately needed help so that I could get some work done on my computer in preparation for the kids coming back to school tomorrow. I called and left a voicemail on our maintenance call line, and Marco was here to help within minutes. I am so thankful for him taking the time to help me out in a desperate time of need. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Thankful to have him as a part of the staff in our community!Enriqueta (who unfortunately is no longer on the management team) is an amazing property manager! She goes above and beyond to be there for her residents. Today, my Amazon package was delivered to the wrong apartment door at our complex. I called Enriqueta and explained the situation, and sent her the delivery picture that Amazon gave me. She searched the complex for me since I was at work and located my package! I was so relieved because this package was a Mother’s Day present for my mom. Enriqueta was a life saver! If you choose this property, you will not regret it!Wow! I cannot express how amazing Woodbridge Villas made my move-in experience. From start to finish, every member of the Woodbridge Villa team went above and beyond to help my move go smooth. Customer service was spectacular and I immediately feel at home. The property has new renovations and some units have private yards! Looking forward to calling this place home for quite awhile. My fur baby and I can’t wait to get acclimated with our new community!

    I have recently been looking to move. I keep coming back to this visit. I have not made a decision yet, but I cant stop thinking about this apartment. I stopped by Woodbridge Villas to look around, and was meet by Jleigh. She asked a lot of questions. She took notes and wrote down everything I wanted. She calculated all the number and showed me how to look at the full pricing sheet on the website (Which no one else I have met has done). It looks like one of those spreadsheet that you always see the leasing people look at. It is right on the website and I had no idea. I was impressed by how interested Jleigh was in me and what I needed. It felt like I was the only appointment she had that day. Thank you for that. The apartment was great and if the entire staff is like that, I know what my decision will be. A great experience and I had to share.

    Enriqueta is an excellent and very professional property manager. She has done a great job in renovating the Woodbridge Villa Apartment complex since she assumes the position. A few weeks ago, I have approached her with an issue regarding our refrigerator, she took it with great consideration and resolved it in a timely manner by ordering a brand new one for my family. Moreover, she has been a very flexible and approachable person always tending to our needs. It has been a pleasure to have been served by such a diligent manager. I also would like to extend all my thanks to her team including Pam, the staffing and maintenance for the great job they are doing for the apartment complex!Mouhamed

    Have visited a friend here a few times recently. seems maintenance us doing a good job trying to keep up with the place. Ive talked to a guy named Marko few times. really cool respectful guy. always asks if theres anything I noticed that needs fixing or more effort. rare to see that kind of initiative nowadays, especially amongst the younger generations. might consider a place here myself if I move to the area, depending on pricing

    Pam is so sweet and gives you all the information you need to know when leasing. Enriqueta has been so helpful since the day we moved in. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed when we moved in on a Saturday and as soon as Monday rolled around she was here seeing what needed to be fixed and maintenance came the same day! Everyone has been very nice and the community is nice and quiet.

    WOW! Heres to a very special and professional group of ladies and gentlemen. This team has made my move in an awesome experience! First, I want to thank Charity who I met first. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. She made me feel welcome and right at home. She let me know that she would be out the next 3 days and that the other office staff would be able the help if I needed anything before, she was back in the office. Oh my God, she was for real. This is where I met Ms. Pam, a very educated, cheerful young lady. She stepped right on in and finished up what Charity started with. She got me in the perfect home that I deserved here at Woodbridge Villas. This is what I call a beneficial team working hand in hand. And to put the icing on the top of this awesome experience, Ms. Enriqueta, Ms. E, WOW! She is humble, loving, caring, and respectful of a woman of authority.     This is a great place to live. The staff members are pleasant. The grounds and facilities are well up kept. The maintenance service requests are handled and done right. Enriqueta in the office has been great to work. Bradley has also been pleasant to work with on service requests. I feel secure in my apartment home with the ADT security system. I recommend Woodbridge Villas.

    I moved here in August 2022, at that time I gave this place a 1 star only because zero was not an option. The previous Manager could careless about the residents here at the Villas, she has since been replaced. Our new Manager Enriqueta Rodrigues has worked tirelessly in whipping this place back into shape with the help of the ladies in the office (Lore, Charity and now Pam). A new maintenance Manager (Marlon) was brought on, and with his direction and a very capable team has cut maintenance request to an acceptable turn around time. Its not unusual to see the Ladies walking the complex picking up a random piece of trash, chatting up the residents or personally checking on the upgrades to the apartments, something the previous manager never did. The Office staff works very hard at having drawing for gift cards or special function for the residents, which it would be nice if more residents would participate. As I mentioned in the beginning I was not very happy with Woodbridge Villas as a place to live, but with all that theyve done here I can see me calling this place home for many years to come and I hope others will give it a try.

    Lorey and I truly enjoyed the warm welcome from first day walking into the front office to the day we signed and started to move in. Such a fantastic area and especially close to the golf course adds an extra attraction. Such a great place to live and enjoy all the aminities thats available.     I’m a new resident and found this “diamond on the rough” of a community. I lived in an unsafe part of Richardson and a few months ago began looking for a new home that was safer for me. I decided to check out this complex on a whim on a rainy afternoon. I was promptly greeted and went on a tour with Enriqueta and not only is this complex lucky to have her but so is the management company. She is so personable and knowledgeable as well as professional. I knew I wanted to live here but I had to wait for finances to align. I’m lucky they did! I then worked with Pam ,who like Enri, is amazing. Pam answered every question and was kind and friendly. When I came in to take care of the last few things before I officially moved in, Pam and Enri were there with smiles and open arms to receive me into this community. Pam and Enri are Truly assets to this community and this management company. They are truly irreplaceable. I have lived in a few different communities in Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri, but this place is TRULY HOME! Pam and Enri are quickly becoming like family to me as I don’t have family here. Several of the residents as I moved in came over to introduce themselves. The property is beautifully maintained and clean. The apartments have smart technology capabilities with an alarm system I can arm whenever I am away. Safety is a huge selling point for me. This apartment also came with a microwave, ice maker, and full size washer and dryer and the price was actually less than what I was paying at my previous property without those things. If you are looking to move, look no further, I promise that like me, you too, will find HOME.

    I have lived here for a year, just signed a new lease! This community is a fantastic place to live! Beautiful pool are, gym and some of the nicest people I have met! Management is awesome. Any requests or issues that I had were handled quickly and professionally! I can not say enough about the maintenance team here! Absolutely the best group of people I have ever met!! So friendly, they always speak and wave and always have a smile on their faces!! I truly feel at home here! If you are looking for a place to live, check this community!

    TL;DR at the bottom!I was looking for a place to live on short notice due to a pipe bursting at our old apartment on Xmas Eve and then hotel hopping and staying with family since then. We applied on a Saturday and Charity (who is awesome btw) told us we would be able to move in on the next Tuesday (they are closed Sunday and then Monday for MLK day). On Tuesday we called and didnt get an answer and it turned out only one person was working that day so they were swamped. We ended up driving up there to see what we could do to make sure we could move in that day as promised.After so many terrible experiences with apartment complexes and managements, Enriqueta was so incredibly helpful when we just showed up that day needing to move in same day lol. She was able to review our application and approve us and help us through the process of making sure everything was in order to get access to our apartment. After everything we went through the last three weeks, it felt great to finally have somewhere permanent to live again. It feels like the people who work here actually care about the residents and the quality of the apartments.TL;DR: this place has been great so far and Im hopeful we will be able to call it home for a while!

    I was a resident for 7 years and saw one purchase of the property with an entire management change once, with 2-3 managers during that time. One assistant change was Lore! She a strong, knowledgeable and friendly lady who always has a smile - always laughing. She knows her job and does it well!

    I have lived here for 1 year and love it! Besides being in a great area with an amazing school district, the complex is beautifully maintained. The apartments are clean and updated and the residents are friendly. But most importantly, the leasing and maintenance staff are AWESOME! Anytime, I have needed anything, I get an immediate response and anytime Ive needed something fixed, its been addressed within a couple of hours at most. Im so grateful to live here!!

    Had a rocky start because the old manager was unprofessional and didnt fit in with the others but I stayed because of Lore, Charity and the maintenance team. Also met the new manager Enriqueta recently and looks like she will continue the legacy of JJ. These are all 10/10 solid people. Always a pleasure to meet them.

    I have never had a leasing staff make us feel like they were genuinely excited for us to live there...After I was given our keys. Lore who is seriously such a sweet woman. Gave me a huge hug and she was just so kind and excited for us to move in. We definitely recommend moving here! The amenities are beautiful, the apartment itself is gorgeous!!! Truly a blessing being able to live here!

    I have to share this. On Sunday 5.28.23, Memorial Day Weekend, I hear all these squeals from the pool area, I looked out my window and the pool area was packed with people. cooking out, swimming and having a great time.I saw the older kids playing in the water with the younger ones. It did not matter the color of their skin, nationality etc, EVERYONE was having a good time. This is the way that it should be!!!! I hope to hear more squeals of joy!!!!! Keep up the good work neighbors!!!

    Really pleased with the management here and maintenance requests have been handled very quickly. The Villas is a nice community, well kept grounds, and has great schools nearby. People make the difference and relationships matter and JJ and the staff have been wonderful to work with along with having some nice neighbors.

    I was going to give this apartment complex one star for customer service. However, after my encounter with Jessica I am giving Woodbridge Villas five stars!! I am a working single mother and am having to relocate from Lewisville to the Firewheel area. I looked up many different places and came across Woodbridge Villas. I was very excited about everything I saw online, and so I wanted to call and see what they had available. I called each day on Thursday December 27th and Friday the 28th three times. NO ANSWER. At this point I became very flustered. I’m a high end retail manager along with being a mom. My free time is very limited. I work in customer service so I know this is unacceptable. Saturday December 29th I decided to go ahead and drive all the way to Sachse to take a look and see if there were any availabilities (because no one answered the phone). I got there around 11a.m. There was one leasing agent, Jessica. I could tell she was very busy, but she still managed to help me. I expressed to her my anger of having to drive all the way to Sachse instead of being able to have my questions answered over the phone. Jessica apologized to me several times and reassured me that it would not happen again. She stated she was not working both days I called, so I decided to accept a showing of a model. We talked for about 1 hour 30 minutes and she showed me a model and all the amenities. Jessica convinced me that this would be a great home for my daughter and myself. She was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. My lease is up in February and I will for sure be back to sign a lease with Jessica. She reassured me that if I had any problems to call her and it would be fixed asap.If Jessica was not there to change my initial opinion this would be a 1 star review. Her sweet and caring demeanor changed my opinion. I am now confident that when I sign my lease in February, Jessica will be there to take care of any concerns I may have. She turned my angry face to a happy one! I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone! I sincerely hope they find someone who is willing to answer the phone.     Very impressed!!! I have been calling around and when I called Woodbridge and talked to JJ, she was so patient with all my questions. I do not live in the area but trying to help a family member find a place. I want to make sure they find a good place and I was amazed how attentive JJ was. She totally understood my concerns about my loved ones being safe. Other places I called didnt want to talk to me because I wasnt going to be the renter. Rude!! JJ was more than happy to help me. I will be sending my family member to speak and meet with her directly!!!

    I have lived here for over 3 years. The complex is quiet and clean. My floor plan is amazing and the only reason Im moving is a change of job location. Mindy is great and a pleasure to work with.
