The lady’s in the office are so friendly I love Yudith from day one I cancel on her and when I came back she welcome me with open arm my apartment are very cozy and I love it but not the stairway but I’m good and my view to the pool are beautiful I told Yudith that I love water and she put me in a good spot sitting at my kitchen table with a good view love it that’s Yudith I love it

Coming from someone who’s never lived in an apartment. I absolutely love it here don’t have any complaints really. The neighbors are super nice and don’t bother us whatsoever. The office ladies are honestly super understanding and very sweet. I’ve loved our time here and can’t wait to bring our little one home when he’s here. I feel super okay and happy to bring a child here due to tons of family’s that live around us. Would definitely recommend moving here!

Things are quiet and sometimes they have security at night patroling the parking lot. My apartment is very nice with black appliances. The maintenance crew gets things done in a timely manner. I love living here. The management here is super friendly. I like the fact that I can pay rent online and submit work orders as well. Maintenance completes work orders in a timely manner as well. Only issue lately is the way they set the gate up to enter with everyones apartment number hasnt been working correctly since the change. If someone doesnt have a gate card then a pile of cars are just waiting in line at the gate until someone pulls up with a card. I had that issue several times and had to finally get me a gate card (which I was not given when i originally moved in). Another issue is visitor parking, which is hard to find in the evening due to so many cars. I went ahead and paid the extra $25 for a reserved spot so that was well worth it. Once they fix the gate issue for good then I can say I dont have any other problems here. I do think they should issue more than one gate card, especially if there’s more than one person on the lease.

I love it here. The grounds are kept clean & well maintained even as the competition up & down Buckner provides the management no motivation to do so. Im sometimes a day-sleeper & its peaceful & quiet here. Location convenient to shops, schools, restaurants, and I-3O & theres a bus stop right in front. Ive found the mgnt helpful, professional & kind. Gated community, and certainly one of the nicest in the area.

This place is by far the nicest I have lived in. Ive lived off Buckner blvd for 5 years now. Two years at Windsor! I wish I had moved here first. I dont plan on moving any time soon. The property manager is so nice and always smiling. Perla made leasing my apartment easy. Thank you Windsor

Nice clean well functioning apartments. Office gals are very curtious regardless of my constant delayed rent payment. I would renew my contract but at the moment im struggling so im forced to find something more financially suitable. Maintenance does a great job as well. I would recommend these apartments

I would like to say that the apartment complex looks well maintained and very nice and when i walked into the leasing office the young Hispanic lady agent was very nice,polite,great attitude and wonderful personality when i went to get information in regards to a 1 and 2 bedroom. If i could have met their qualifications i would LOVE to live their.

Moved in on December 1st and this place has been great. It’s quiet, nice landscaping, and perfect location. My A/C wasn’t blowing cold air and I called for a service request and it was resolved within 15 minutes. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.
