    Compared to other apartments Iā€™m familiar with in East Dallas, the Windsor on White Rock Lake is by far the best Iā€™ve ever leased with.The Windsor is well-managed, clean and beautifully laid out on a campus that includes green space, an outdoor tennis/pickle ball court, beautiful pool and grilling area, an indoor basketball court, and a fitness center that rivals any private gym I know of.The management staff are friendly, efficient and caring. The maintenance staff are stand-outs. All of this combined with residents who wave to each other and speak to each other. As an older resident, I especially value the mix of age and race. Older people as well as young people with families.Apartment complexes routinely advertise themselves as ā€œcommunities.ā€ The Windsor on White Rock Lake lives up to that term in many, many ways. Proud to call the Windsor my home!

    2018-2020Truly the best apartments to live in.Everyone in the office are always friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to Sindy. She is a geninue soul and truly cares. I canā€™t thank her enough for everything she did for my boyfriend and I.The environment was the same from the day we moved in to the day we moved out. Very calm and quiet. The community is almost like a family. Many people have lived there for so long and they are so respectful. Expect to see people walking their dogs, drinking coffee in the morning. 9 times out of 10 they will greet you and ask how youā€™re doing. At night there is hardly any noise.Maintenance is wonderful and very nice. Theyā€™re always around the property. I tried to carry a huge shelf down the stairs by myself and one of the guys saw me struggling so he helped me carry it down the stairs and to my garage. Put in your request and if youā€™re anything like us, call the office and make sure you put in the request correctly lol! Theyā€™ll fix it for you if you submitted what you need under the wrong category.The property is beautiful. Step outside the gate and youā€™ll find yourself at White Rock Lake. Borrow the bikes from the office and take a ride down there sometime. Drive out of the apartments and turn left, youā€™ll find yourself at Casa Linda where there is everything from shopping, food, small bars and pampering. Lakepointe Church is directly in front of Sonic and they have their local Farmerā€™s Market every Saturday morning. Yes, even during the pandemic. The garden is consistently changing. Youā€™ll find everyone in the community tending to it regularly. Amenities are wonderful, especially since they remodeled the pool. Itā€™s hard to find places that donā€™t tow for parking. If you invite people over, you wonā€™t have to deal with those issues because itā€™s open parking!Courtesy officers. The go-toā€™s. Find them. Get to know them. Theyā€™re seriously the best. I really canā€™t thank them enough for always looking out for us!Letā€™s talk price. For it being ā€œluxuryā€ itā€™s not downtown Dallas luxury. Theyā€™re a little up there in price, but the apartments are cozy and feel like home. Youā€™re not really paying for luxury here. Youā€™re paying for the best apartments youā€™ll probably ever live in.As you can see in the photos I took, seasons change and it was time to move out this year so we could grow in a new direction. I donā€™t leave many reviews but I wanted to make sure I left this place one.     This place definitely deserves 5 stars. Weā€™ve been living here for over a year, and I couldnt be happier. The property is always well-maintained, and the staff is fantasticā€”maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Itā€™s a quiet community, which we really love. The amenities are top-notch: the pool area feels like a resort, the gym has all the equipment you could need, and thereā€™s even a tennis/pickleball court. And I canā€™t forget to mention the indoor basketball court. All in all, itā€™s been a great experience living here.

    I have lived here for 3 years and it has been the most enjoyable stay. Not only do Shelley and Brendon make the office such a welcoming place, the courtesy officers make this community feel so well looked after. Knowing we have them here makes the community feel so much more safe. They are here, going above and beyond for residents after hours when the office is closed. I donā€™t know of any other apartments that look after their residents this well.

    We love all the amenities in the apartment complex there is so much to do around the complex. Even though the community has residents that have lived here for years, we felt at home immediately after moving in especially by Angie the courtesy officer. She is so sweet and helped my family and I during a time of need. We love that she made us feel a part of the community as well with her kind words. She is also very hard working and always making sure everyone is following the complex policies to keep us safe.

Im beyond grateful to live in a community who has the most attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Shelley, Brendon, Maria in the office and Korey and Danny who always take care of our maintenance needs are the Dream Team! Each of them go over and beyond and truly care about the residents. Im always welcomed in the office with a smile and treats for my dog Bella. The amenities are the best and convenient access to the most beautiful lake in Dallas. If you love to be outdoors and nature, this is the place to move, you will see trees and gorgeous landscaping.Thank you for Windsor White Rock making this such a wonderful experience for us both!

    5/5 stars-- Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at Windsor are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. Very welcoming experience i had with one staff member Brendon was very helpful and attentive to my needs when I first needed a place and had great knowledge about the property and amenities. I feel so lucky to live here! Ive always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. Would (and have) recommended Windsor apartments lakeview in particular to many friends moving to the area.

Hes always kind and ready to help you with whatever you may need, always smiling and very professional. Great job!I have lived at Windsor on White Rock for a few months. I have had a very positive experience here. I enjoy the place, which has a great location near the lake, and is very well-maintained and neat, and has good amenities and features, such as the parking garages and fitness facilities; I have also had very cordial and pleasant interactions with the management, especially with Nora. She has always been responsive, kind, and welcoming, and whenever I have had maintenance requests, she has been quick to address them. The maintenance staff does a great job as well. I am happy living here, so I hope I can stay for a long time!

    My husband and I have lived at Windsor on White Rock Lake for over 4 years and we absolutely love it. Residents are respected, listened to and treated like family. The management at Windsor does a superior job of not only hosting events, but making sure everyone feels included. The units and amenities are exceptionally well maintained and the grounds are magnificent and beautifully kept. Management and maintenance make a terrific team.I would like to express my gratitude to one particular member of the front office, Brendon Jasso. He is an exceptional individual. He is consistently positive, always knowledgeable, and always willing to step up and help in any way possible. I value his professionalism, but more importantly, I value his sincerity. Hes one of the main reasons living here is so enjoyable.Not a single aspect of our residence here has been negative.

    Beautiful, peaceful community in which to live. Direct access to White Rock Lake makes it convenient to access both the lake and the trails.The amenities are luxurious and always well maintained. The management and staff are quick to address what few needs we have, and contribute fully to making living here pleasant. One front office staffer in particular, Brendon Jasso, is worthy of additional praise. He goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is welcomed and well looked after.     Love the complex, staff and courtesy officers. The Windsor is our oasis and sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Dallas. We live in the city but feel as if we have a lake house. Lol. The courtesy officers help with the delicate situations, including neighbors, wildlife, and anything else that might arise. So glad they are part of the team and are a HUGE value add when living here.

    Love living here. The tennis court is my favorite amenity. Very dog friendly. Super professional staff, especially Maria, who can speak 2 languages (super helpful for residents who speak Spanish) and whom my dog loves which is a huge stamp of approval. All in all, highly recommend.

    I love living at Windsor on White Rock Lake!! The neighbors are wonderful and the office management is fantastic!! One of the property managers, Maria, is extremely kind and always there to answer any questions. We had a dog costume contest for Halloween (which I forgot about due to being busy at work) but Maria texted me to remind me about the contest. I made it in time with my dog and it was fun socializing with neighbors & their dogs.

    Best moving experience by far! Moving from out of state I was a little hesitant with the whole situation but it went extremely smooth! The leasing agent Brendan was a TREMENDOUS help! He showed me current and upcoming available units and had the best attitude the whole time! He made me feel no rush and very comfortable with the whole process and even walked me through my chosen unit and answered all of my questions! Thank you Brendan!

    A great place to call home. The entire staff always greets me with a smile Nora, Shelley & Brandon are very helpful, the staff here are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 and is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of having my own personal garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood located right next to White Rock Lake that gives you access to parks and trails. Nora, Shelley & Brandon are the most wonderful and friendly staff I have ever met. I have been living here for 1 year now and I just renewed my lease for another year, not only because the property is well maintained and peaceful but because of the staff they treats me like family. I will and do recommend this property.

    The apartment itself is cozy and most The neighbors are great. Its very quite and safe. However what makes living here extra great is Nora from management. She LITERALLY IS ALWAYS working so hard to get all your requests sorted away as fast as possible. She is on top of her game! With so many tenants idk how she still manages to remember everyone and take care of all kinds of requests whether its finding a package or a quick maintenance request, she gets it taken care of within the minute!     Windsor on White Rock Lake is absolutely the very best apartment home in all of Dallas for me, because I am a country boy at heart who happens to live and work in a city. The proximity to White Rock Lake Park with its great trails and natural scenery, including what I like to call our thin band of forest, is a wonderful match for the fine apartments and amenities including a well-equipped gym where I can balance my cardio workouts with my weightlifting. I also greatly enjoy the peace and quiet of our location, fostered by the country atmosphere and the residents comprising our community. The maintenance staff has always been top notch in my more than seven years of residency here. Most of all, I would call attention to the excellent leadership of Property Manager Shelley Gerard, whose personal cordiality and consistency of timely assistance are always greatly appreciated. I you are seeking a great looking apartment in an environment of peace and quiet, come check us out.

    My husband and I love living here. The amenities are so nice and the management is doing a great job with Covid restrictions and limiting to 2 people per room at the gym. I appreciate the amenities being open so I can continue to work out yet still social distance. The pool is beautiful as well. The staff are all kind and welcoming. The few times we needed maintenance, they have come fairly quickly and are always kind and professional.

    Hi! I have lived in #738 since 2003. Wonderful! The office staff as well as maintenance are great. I have Parkinsonā€™s and will move to ground floor October 24. Same building 7. For my Parkinsonā€™s the maintenance people placed 2 handrails in my shower (at no additional charge). They also replaced towel rack opposite the commode with a bar that holds my weight getting on and especially off the commode! I am very happy here and really appreciate the attentive staff and maintenance crew !

    My wife and I have lived here for just under 8 months while our house was being remodeled. Its a wonderful place for both short term and long term living. Some friends we made have lived there for over ten years, another neighbor has lived there for multiple years.The complex is very safe, frankly we felt safer there than at our home. Having a garage is a huge plus, most use for their car, some for storage and car, some just as a free storage unit. The walking paths and trees make it feel a bit like a park. For a complex of its size it is remarkably quiet.The amenities are very nice, pool, fitness room, dog park but the best part is the people who live and work here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Only had one maintenance issue and it was addressed in a timely manner. Julie handled our lease and everyone on property seemed to know who she was. Everyone from manager to maintenance extremely nice and tenant focused.the majority of tenants seem to be professionals in their mid 20s to forties and people who are retired. Very pet friendly.If youre looking for a quiet (cant stress how quiet the living is) wonderful location just off the lake, White Rock Villas is a wonderful place to call home.

    I absolutely love the White Rock Villas. The property is so beautiful, quiet, and safe. The leasing office/management team is fantastic, all very kind and helpful. The few times I had to request maintenance, they were always quick to respond. The maintenance guy is super nice and wonderful! Amenities are great, lovely pool with new furniture, nice gym area (small but nice), dog park for the pups, etc. I am very sad to leave this property and am only leaving because I am moving into a house. I would highly recommend this place. I will miss it!

    The staff at the leasing office are amazing! Julie and Deane are always ready to answer my questions, help me out with my packages, suggest solutions to my problems, etc.The fact that theres a courtesy officer that lives in the apartment complex is a great bonus. Once I had a food package delivered, and they were all super helpful and helped me retrieved it even after the office had closed.I personally love the granite countertops in the kitchen, and the laminated wood flooring throughout most of my apt (except the bedroom). I also love that I have a covered garage with a remote for the door.The community is super nice, super clean, very private and quiet, and I wholeheartedly recommend living here! :)

    Weā€™ve lived here for almost a year and have had a great experience. The apartments are very nice and the price is even better, considering the area. On the rare occasion that we had an issue that required the maintenance team, they were always quick to respond and resolve the issue. The leasing staff is also very friendly. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained and there is even a community garden.Considering the price, direct access to the lake, and the location, I personally donā€™t believe that there are any apartments better than these in this area.

    Ive lived in this apartment community for three years and love it! It is everything that anyone could want for good living. One thing that I think people may overlook is quality of the management and staff. This community is well organized and expertly run in all aspects. Even the maintenance professionals are top-notch. Jorge, and the two Jesuses keep this place in tip top shape and respond quickly with expert service. I recently had a water heater malfunction that would have flooded my entire apartment as well as the units under mine. When I noticed the water pouring on the floor I called the office. Cat took the call (but everyone in there is awesome!) and told Jorge, who was at my door within minutes, averting a catastrophe! And they respond to our needs like that every single day. This is just another reason I love White Rock Lake Apartment Villas!

    This is the best place to live in Dallas. The location and amenities are hard to beat. The management and maintenance staff are excellent. This property is a hidden gem with a lot of long term residence. The staff has done a really good job understanding the culture here, and has made numerous adjustments to increase the quality of living for their tenants. it has become a private getaway, and a lake resort with five star hotel feel!

    The apartments are beyond beautiful & safe ; amenities are the best.Any other apartmentsthere will be complaints about pests/ rodents/ bugs, loudness, safety, cleanliness, etcā€¦ but here itā€™s an all around 10/10.

    This is a hidden gem. Centrally located and, right on the lake. Shelley and her staff are always friendly and professional. The landscapers do an excellent job of maintaining the arboretum style public areas, and I love my garage !

    Nora, Brendon, Darius, and Danny were all amazing at helping me settle in. Once you get to know Shelley shes quite the individual you could end up speaking to for hours if you arent careful šŸ˜‚The trails and lake are beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, and I love being close to nature and the city. Really can not beat the location of this area for people in Dallas looking for the not so fast and rambunctious lifestyle that the city offers.PUT YOUR FEET IN THE GRASS AND GROUND šŸ˜Š

    We really like living here ! Moved here about a month ago . The office management are awesome ! They are always happy to help , thank you ladies! The maintenance crew are also very helpful, they are fast in taking care of things. Thank you guys! Love the amenities and like the way the community is kept nice and clean .

    I have lived at Windsor on White Rock for a total of 4+ years and love it. The staff is quick to respond to requests and always helpful. The property is like a neighborhood with very active, friendly neighhbors. Very Dog friendly.

    Yoou really cant beat the location of this property. This place is tucked away nicely right by the lake making it the perfect destination. The amenities are awesome and the Staff is very diligent and always willing to listen and help. This Property just went through a full leasing center, and fitness center renovations and the upgrades are simply Amazing. I would highly recommend this property!!!
