Ive been living here for almost two years, and I feel really lucky to be here. Have to share my experience of course. This is the first apartment in Dallas where I actually feel cared for. I do hope that Windsor never changes ownership because they really look out for us. The apartments are new builds, so there are some minor flaws—I can hear my neighbors moving around and their morning alarms, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, everyone is pretty considerate, which makes for a great community vibe. I’ve also never had any issues with car break-ins, which is definitely a plus.

The team at Windsor Fitzhugh is the BEST! Having lived in several apt complexes throughout the metroplex, Ive had the best and most comfortable experience here. I love living here! Management has always been very helpful with any maintenance or general issues I have. Maintenance is quick, pool is awesome, and it’s a great location with a few walking distance restaurants. I love the room itself and all of the finishes as well..very nice. Dallas has no shortages of rental apartments, so in deciding where to live we focused on reviews and I cant say enough great things about management and service after living here for ~2 years. The rooms and shared areas are clean, communication is easy, and management is always trying to enhance our living experience. Jenna and Stephanie are the best!

Since moving into my apartment on May 28, 2021, Ive had an overwhelmingly positive experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff here. A standout moment was when my A/C failed on an extremely hot day. I immediately called the emergency maintenance hotline, and not only did they respond promptly, but the Service Manager, Juan, personally followed up right after my ticket was submitted. He diagnosed the problem quickly over the phone, and in less than 30 minutes, he was at my door to fix the issue. Juan had my air conditioning up and running again in no time and was exceptionally friendly and personable throughout. His dedication to building relationships with tenants and ensuring our comfort speaks volumes about the entire teams commitment here. I feel very fortunate to be part of such a well-managed community.

Im a few months into my lease and need to pass along thanks to Windsor. This is my third and best apartment in Dallas. Third time is definitely the charm!Management is extremely caring and fast to resolve concerns. I have to also recognize the kind cleaning staff as they keep the community looking excellent.While Dallas and apartment living inevitably come with noise disturbances - I have minimal issues. All my neighbors are respectful with noise (and friendly too in passing). I see myself living here the foreseeable future and recommend it to others.

The apartment is great inside and out. My unit was up to date and clean upon move in. If you’re facing the pool, it’s pretty quiet at night; not too many instances that kept me up. Most of the amenities are great. I never experienced the elevators being down for an extended period of time. Can’t relate to my car be broken into. Gym is great. Maintenance was good. Although new, management seemed nice. Two things I had a problem with: garbage piling up in the trash rooms and I requested twice for door dampers to be fixed on the doors from parking garage into the hallways. I am the type of person who will NOT let the door slam behind, to be considerate of nearby neighbors. Well I got caught once, blood everywhere, and needed stitches in my finger from the heavy metal door slamming on it. I understand there is wind from the structure, but there are some doors in other locations with dampers on them that work. I told my story twice to the office(2022 management) and saw no fix. Minus one star for almost minus one finger.

From the first day I moved in to now, I have nothing but nice things to say. The leasing staff was so helpful and accommodating that my decision to live here was easy. The maintenance team is always prompt and available for any issues. The service is great with the staff in general. It truly feels like family. The neighborhood is great and so are my neighbors! I don’t ever want to leave! I love living here and it definitely feels like home! So if you want a home this is it.

Absolutely LOVE the property! First, the staff is the friendliest and helpful. Ive always been treated like I am I priority. The service is amazing. I only had one small problem with my unit and they came almost immediately to fix it. The location cant be beat. Close to everything you would want to do in a cool part of town. The unit itself is updated and everything you would expect from a luxury apartment. Although apartments now seem to be really small, my apartment is open, airy, and seems bigger than it really is. I had only planned on renting for about a year, but now Ive really grown to love the place. My neighbors are really nice and Ive actually made a few friends. I definitely recommend.

They have just changed owner and you can see the management team finally have a few more $$$ to spend on updating and engaging the community. Socials have kicked off again each week, they are making an extra effort on security and the management team bent over backwards to help us transfer apartments. We have been here 2 years and will be here for a while. Really liking the improvements….keep them coming! Thanks again to all!

We love living here! The apartment and amenities are beautiful and very well maintained. The entire office staff is great. We worked with Trey and had the best experience! He was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and was accommodating during the entire process! The maintenance staff is also awesome! Theyre some of the nicest people Ive ever met and show up within an hour or two every time. They have even stayed after hours to make sure everything was working flawlessly.

Living in different apartments over the last 10 years management is VERY important to me. Celsee signed us and has been phenomenal, always here to help us with a smile on her face. Everyone in the office has gone out of their way for us which I have not experienced at my previous apartment. I’m glad we found a good home!

Leasing office team members were friendly, helpful and communicated community matters via email frequently. Location is excellent. Neighboring coffee shop also excellent. Plenty of nearby streets for walking/running. Overall, agree this is a great place for the young professional to reside.

I give B&F’s staff 5 stars!!! When you enter the community you are greeted with a smile from the wonderful staff. I had the pleasure to work with Trey and he was very patient and detailed. I never felt rushed as I toured the building and multiple units. I could definitely tell he wanted me to be happy with my decision. He covered all the amenities and floor plans offered. Speaking of amenities, you never have to leave this building! From the beautiful pool to the amazing gym with every piece of equipment needed for a complete body workout. And there is even a COFEE BAR attached to the building to grab awesome brews from the wonderful bartender! After viewing all of the amenities, I was able to focus on the actual units which were just as amazing! The spacious units have high quality finishes and offer some breathtaking views of the city! B&F had me in complete AWE!!! This is definitely where you want to live!!

Living at Windsor Fitzhugh is amazing. The property has amazing amenities and its a great distant near everything, especially the bars and restaurants. On top of that its not a far drive from Dallas Love Field airport. The staff there is truly amazing and awesome. Celsee and Dustin are truly amazing and definitely made it very welcoming to come to. It is definitely a place to call home and worth living at.

Love living here and have had such a great experience since moving in earlier this year. The building amenities are well kept and the front office is very responsive when any issues arise. I worked with Trey when I was touring the complex and signing my lease and he was super helpful in working through the application and leasing process - especially since I was out of the country for the weeks prior to my move-in date!

This is by far the best apt complex I have been with. I am a 3 year resident and my experience here has been unparalleled. The staff is on point with every issue, the maintenance team is friendly and well trained. Celsee got me this unit almost 3 years ago; to this day, her team has helped me through a pandemic and job loss. Now, I am back on my feet. I have never met a group of more highly qualified individuals for this job in my life. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Good location, good people and good times!

Aside from the gorgeous floor plans I leased due to the friendliest not pushy leasing consultant Dustin Sherman. He wasn’t pushy nor trying to force me to lease. He was genuine and truly made me feel like I was speaking to a friend! Loved the Sky lounge on the 5th floor with downtown view. It has a massive pool. I have met several neighbors there since they always have resident events. There is always parking and super close to the shops and restaurants. Dustin and Celsee are amazing! Every time I go in to get my mail or put in a work order they are always accommodating. I give it 500 stars!

I have lived in 3 various apartments in Dallas and this complex has been my most favorite. I was looking for a spacious one bedroom with a large balcony, I called B&F with 10 minutes until closing time and Tyler answered. Tyler assured me this was the place and told me to head that way - he spent more than an hour with me providing a tour and pricing information (well past closing time). I probably wouldn’t have leased with B&F if it wasn’t for Tyler and his amazing customer service.When I had a maintenance issue for my disposal not working, I ran into David (maintenance) in the hallway and let him know - he had it fixed the same day. The grounds are clean and the apartment management and staff - especially Tyler is great!!

The Windsor is stellar! As a transplant from out of the state, I had to find a place to live quickly and I really lucked out finding this place. Ive been here for 9 months and I’m planning on renewing for a second year because of how impressed I’ve been with this complex and staff. I rarely have issues with my apartment, but when I do I reach out and they respond promptly. Shout out to Dustin and Celsee in particular who have helped me out when I run into issues. Can’t recommend the Windsor enough!

I just moved in a few weeks ago. So far everything has been amazing! Location is great, staff is welcoming, and apartments are beautiful. You get what you see here. They also have a lot of perks included/added with your apartment (ex. weekly events, spruce - a cleaning app affiliation, trash clean up, great gym, etc.). So far, wonderful place!Also - big shout out to Zoe! She was the first person I met when I walked in searching for an apartment. She went above and beyond in order to help me find exactly what I wanted and has continued to be amazing ever since. She definitely was a huge factor in me picking these apartments.

I wanted to take a moment to write and compliment the entire B&F community! Living here was such a wonderful experience and had it not been for my boyfriend and I moving to a townhome, I would have stayed in my apartment here as long as I could have. The staff is extremely friendly, the maintenance is always super-fast, the community is full of great people and the amenities are outstanding. Living at B&F after moving to Dallas for a new job made the transition from Houston such an enjoyable experience.I would like to point out one Rockstar employee in particular, Tyler Anderson. His high energy is contagious, and genuinely wants everyone living at B&F not only to be happy, but to be friends with each other as well. During my time living there, he was always extremely helpful, whether that be something as small as helping me find a package to answering apartment questions on his phone outside office hours. You can tell he cares greatly about his job and the direction that his career is headed.I have experienced firsthand Tyler’s innate ability to make anyone walking through the front doors at B&F feel welcome and at home. When I moved out, my brother actually was on the hunt to find a place to rent quickly and I recommended B&F Flats. I put him in contact with Tyler, who found him the most perfect spot in a very short time frame. Not only did he give my brother a seamless moving experience, he has checked in on him repeatedly to make sure he is enjoying his first couple of weeks.Please give Tyler a pat on the back for me as it is well-deserved! My Girl friend and I recently moved into B and F flats apartment 5 months ago in dallas Texas, and it has been nothing less then spectacular. The location is perfect, being right off of Fitzugh and 75, it’s right next to anything and everything you could need or want. The pool and outdoor amenity spaces are so incredibly nice and clean, with plenty of space for activities. Plus the incredible view of the entire Dallas sky line definitely helps things too! Honestly this place is perfect, but the best part out of all of it is they’re leasing office staff and crew. They have all always been so accommodating and sweet, and have always had our better interest in mind. They truly care about everything and all people who live here to the best degree. Kelsey, one of the leasing office staff members, has made huge efforts to make sure that my girlfriend and I are happy and enjoying living in this beautiful apartment. She has been so accommodating and understanding of everything we asked or needed. The amenities are absolutely amazing and so is the location but kelsey and the leasing office staff is what has made this place feel like home. My girlfriend and I are so grateful to have found this place and the amazing people that are here with it. Thank you B and F flats staff and crew for everything(:

Windsor Fitzhugh is a great place to live. Minutes from great restaurants and close to downtown. You can get anywhere in about 15 minutes or less. With the new management taking over, they are very nice and helpful. Celsee was great, along with Dustin to help me out with storage. Swing by and tour the amenities (especially the rooftop view of the city). It is beautiful at night by the fire pit.

Great location, it is only about 3 minute drive to west village, and target, so it is convenient to get groceries and tons of food options around here. Great amenities with good maintenance. Overall, this is a great property! Walkable location near great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The amenities are second to none with a spacious pool, grilling areas, rooftop lounging spaces, and reservable indoor gathering spots. The apartment layouts are spacious and not your typical cookie cutter homes. What really sets this property apart from the endless options in the area is the staff. Celsee goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care off. She is amazing with pets and truly cares about her residents and their experience. Between the location, amenities, and staff, this place should be a no brainer!

After looking at a lot of upscale properties in Dallas, Windsor Fitzhugh really stands out. The manicured, well kept property right to the management office team. After working with Dustin he was the Cherry on top that we found our new home. I have not always had the best experiences with apartment management but Dustin and team really are a step above.

This complex is really nice. Great location. Some good grub nearby. Amazing pool and gym. Apartments are practically new. Mostly 20s and 30s young professionals. Trey and Tyler at the front office couldnt be any nicer. Id give it 5 stars if theyd fix the fob things that open the doors from the parking garage to my building. They stick like crazy. Other than that Im really happy to be living here.

After being stressed out trying to find a new place to live, Tyler gave us a breakdown of options and his personal recommendations based on what would fit our needs, not just the most expensive. We toured the apartment he recommended and completed the application the same day. He was extremely helpful answering questions and was always responsive (immediately), even after working hours. I noticed he greeted every resident as they entered or exited the building and walked by the leasing office. Residents seemed to know him also, making it a very welcoming, comfortable and friendly environment. Tyler has checked in multiple times to make sure everything has run smoothly and that we were satisfied. I have lived @ B & F for about 18 months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect and the staff is above the fray. From the custodial workers to the office staff. In the summer of 2017, my girlfriend and i were moving out of Uptown and wanted to find an apartment in the Knox-Henderson/Greenville area. We did not have this place even on our radar but decided to pop in because the building was brand new. So, we figured what the hell. Met with Celsee in the front office and she could not have been any sweeter or accommodating. Flash forward a year and a half later, we just signed another long term lease and Celsee and the entire front office could not be more helpful with any issue along the way. Facilities are nice. Pool is great just know that it is in the middle of the building so you lose light after 5ish during summer. Pretty cheesy review, but i love living at this complex. Hope this helps someone out.

Im gonna be honest, Im not the easiest client -- I have a lot of dealbreakers and I usually work with a locator, but my girl was out of town and I needed a place ASAP. Elizabeth ran through the pros and cons of each floor plan, noting where it met my requirements or when it didnt (but because of my price range or because it had a special, kept it as an option). She showed me 3 units, and when I wasnt fully in love with any of them, was honest and told me to check back in a week so I could see the A1.1. I love this floor plan and Im so glad I didnt rush into a decision. Its perfect for hosting.
