I have lived at Windsor Cypress just shy of a year. We started out with the old management and now have new management. The transition has been seamless. Maintenance calls are answered and completed in a timely fashion. The grounds are well maintained and management is always helpful. So far, my experience here has been great and looking forward to many more years here.

I am so excited and happy to run across this apartment community. The manager Angie and Aylin who welcome me and my family greeted us with so much kindness and got me in apartment right away as I desired!! I love how they work together in a timely fashion, their work ethics/ performance is amazing. To see them take care of there residents and future residents all at the same time. Quality customer Care is always a plus for me and they superseded my expectations. I’ve witness the best, fastest process of getting into a place ever, thank you to Angie & Aylin and all Windsor Staff & team!! 🙏🥰

I have lived here for 10 years. I have always felt safe. The management teams are what makes living here enjoyable. My experience with each team has not always been great but the one that has just taken over is Absolutely Amaaaazing!! They go above and beyond and actually care about the people who live here. There were times I wanted to leave due to previous management, but the takeover is what kept me! I love how caring they are, they’ll communicate with you before anything! We recently just put a deposit down to upgrade our 1 bed 1 bath to a 2x2 and can’t wait to experience our 3rd year here!

This experience in moving my mom to Texas has been amazing due to the excellent customer service of Aylin and Angie. Their knowledge, care, professionalism, and proficiency is everything you would want from your leasing office. Before we picked Windsor Cypress Apartments we toured five different places. Aylin stood out the most and made Windsor Cypress feel like home. Angie have been responding quickly to messages during week days and my mom is just so happy to be moving into this wonderful place. I just move in on April 30 and I can say it had been a great experience so far. Ana and Adriana made me and my family move in very easy and they are so welcoming. My apartment is no nice I love it. The grounds is well kept and it’s quiet around here. I can see myself here for a couple years!

I recently moved to Windsor Cypress about 4 months ago I read reviews before my move some bad and some good . Im so happy I chose to move here despite the reviews I really dont think the bad reviews are true well not for me my AC recently went out and immediatley after putting in my work order the maintenance guy was knocking on my door and fixed my AC even when my dryer went out the same maintenance came and fixed it. The office staff is so nice I havent had anything to complain about . They recently had movie night on the lawn and my kids loved It. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for the best in town, beautiful pool area, 24 hour gym ,and great maintenance and staff what more can you ask for

The new management company for Windsor Cypress Apartments has got it together. A Lot of upgrades to the property and truly a family friendly environment. Office staff is professional yet very friendly and helpful. I’ve lived here over two years and can definitely vouch for it being a great place to live!

GREAT place to live. The staff is always amazing and attentive, the apartments newly RENOVATED and absolutely BEAUTIFUL plus super spacious. The complex is always kept clean and quite. Plus, being off of old huffmeister your in reach of some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer. Lou is awesome. you have an A team to lean on. This is a place you can truly call home.

Priorities shouldn’t be the outside of the apartment. Things need to improve on the inside to make a difference. We were excited to move in together and make this our first home as a married couple but it seems like having the building look presentable is more important that changing certain things such as after hour maintenance.Edit* Issues that have been presented have been improved upon. Finally seeing cars being towed that dont have parking permits. The older gentleman who comes for maintenance is a very nice man. Things that would keep us to renew our lease: improved insulation on doors and windows to help with energy efficiency and separate washer and dryer to again help with energy efficiency.

Been living here since 2018 have not any problems within the 3 years staff responds quickly when there is a problem sometimes I think the people that write the negative comments have no life and are bitter. If something breaks in my apartment the maintenence guy is at my door the same day or the following day I love it here. I have not heard of anyone being shot here? Or any break ins for me.
