Windsor Creek Apartments is an amazing place to call home. My husband and I lived there for two and a half years and appreciated it every day. Leaving was incredibly hard because this place truly felt like home to us. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive, and the community is warm and inviting. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient, and the pool and gym facilities are excellent. I highly recommend this wonderful place!

Great place to live at, very dog friendly! Has a nice view and is gated so we always felt safe. Only reason we are leaving is because we bought a house. Only disclaimer is we always had a small leak coming from a pipe in the restroom I think it was from the AC. Maintenance guy was very fast at fixing things. We are for sure going to miss our little home at Windsor Creek🥹❤️

😍our home for 3years in Lubbock, and enjoyed living here. Thank yall! Management, leasing office, maintenance team are excellent. Team Elena 😊always pleasant and easy to talk to. Team Jessie always attentive & fast responsive. perfectly manicured grass surrounding, secured gate & Lubbock police inside the complex, the pool & gym is always available, loved the mac computer at the business office, UPS, Fedex deliver ur mail at your porch. nice & polite neighbor tenants. conveniently located to a small lake, shopping mall, movie house, resto & fastfood, pharmacy etc. We highly recommend this apartment complex here in Lubbock. will miss living here!

I lived here around 1 1/2 years and absolutely loved it. Quiet and safe living community. They host complex parties in the clubhouse so you can get to know others living there. The apartment manager Allison is the best! I’d recommend living here!

I lived here for 2 years and would have stayed if I didnt have to move for school. The amenities are great and always well maintained! The staff is friendly and very accommodating and maintenance requests are always handled quickly and thoroughly. I have recommended it to several of my friends in town who have needed a new place to live.

My partner and I have lived at this apartment for the past three years and we absolutely love it! The amenities that are available for the price are unbeatable. The dog park has been perfect for our pup. The business center has been really helpful while Im working on my graduate degree (free color printing!). The gym is always clean and has plenty of equipment. The employees are really kind and always responsive to any issues! We have loved living here and we are really going to miss it when we have to move.

I have lived at Windsor Creek Apartments for 2 years and 4 months. It has been the best living experience Ive ever had in an apartment complex. Everyone is very friendly and there has never been a night where neighbors were too loud. One of my favorite things about the complex is the office space where there is colored printing and 2 high speed computers. Very rarely are there other people using them, so I never have to worry about them being occupied. Ive enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and at the pool as well. The dog park is an amazing feature, I go just about everyday with my dog. Im beyond grateful I chose Windsor Creek as my home for the past two years. It will be hard to leave as my lease is up at the end of the month. If you decide to move in, you wont regret it!!

I lived here for roughly two and a half years during school. Apartments were beautiful, common areas were well-maintained, dog-friendly, great staffing at the office, maintenance man was always fantastic, etc.Honestly, no complaints. I would have remained here had I not moved out of town. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have lived here for about 18 months and I have to say, I am impressed with the quality of service this place offers its residents. My work orders were always, and I do mean always, fulfilled without any gripe from management whatsoever. Their staff is very polite and will really do their best to make you feel at home. They have pretty sweet discounts on all of their apartments (at least right now) which helps out a lot. If you are a student, masters student, professional, or whatever, I highly recommend checking this place out especially if you want short commute to practically anywhere in town.One note is that their facilities are always clean and their grounds maintenance is always top notch. I would have to say with what they have, they always keep a really nice looking property (plants, trees, etc.). Needless to say, I highly recommend this place!

I lived here for five years, through management changes and many, many neighbors. The community is very nice, and I cannot speak highly enough of the quick maintenance response. The grounds are well-kept, and I always felt safe walking my dog early in the morning. I do wish the walls werent so thin, but the moment that really started bothering me was the moment I knew it was time to buy a house. Overall, I do recommend this community.

My wife and I are sadly moving out of this wonderful apartment complex after 3 years of being here. We have loved everything Windsor Creek Apartments has to offer from the amenities to the caring management staff at the clubhouse. We bought a house here in Lubbock and I already miss our apartment lifestyle at Windsor Creek. Moving in and out was a breeze and because we took care of our unit, we had not problems with getting our deposit back! The staff was extremely helpful from beginning to end of our lease and I will miss them dearly.

My wife and I sadly had to move out after 3 years. This has been so far the best place we have lived, the apartments are in really good conditions, our neighbors were very nice and the staff takes care of everything. I highly recommend this place if you want to live in a beautiful place and very well located.

Fantastic complex. My 2-bdrm apartment has lots of big windows with views of the landscaped grounds. Although rare, when Ive needed maintenance, Jesse is very responsive and is able to handle the problem each time. Ive just renewed for a second year. Great place to live!

I personally think this is the best apartment complex in Lubbock. The facility is perfect, with a gym, a pool and a hot massage tub. The maintenance team is fabulous, responding fast and fix things professionally. Last but not least, the price is very reasonable.

Donna and Elena are amazing and truly enjoy helping their residents. I have yet to live in an apartment complex that is so resident-focused and nice! If you have a problem, all you have to do is ask and they will work on it for you. Maintenance staff is also quick to resolve any issues. I highly recommend you live here!

Mary Jane is such a gem. We didn’t end up leasing here but she was phenomenal and so welcoming. We had a very strict check list and ended up finding something closer to work and with other things we needed, but this was at the top of our list.She called me the following Monday to check on me and wished me well in Lubbock. So professional and sweet!

Very friendly office staff with fast and attentive maintenance . All in all a very well maintained complex in a cool location. You get what you pay for I guess. Glad I didnt move half way to Wolfforth. My only complaint is the dishwasher, but its not that big of a deal.

Great place for family. Front office management always helpful and keep the place clean and family oriented . They are putting in a new kids playground soon. Will miss everyone there.
