I highly recommend you consider this apartment complex if you are looking for a place in Richardson near the dart station. It is clean and well managed. I really appreciate all the people who work in the office. They have been super helpful with all my needs and concerns. Jessie and Jalen, my leasing agents, have provided excellent customer service since I rented the apartment in October. They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to patiently answer all my numerous questions.

I had the best experience living in Windsor Cityline. Themanagement staff is extremely responsive and they helped work around the relocation dates for my new property. The maintenance staff is good - almost all tickets raised were addressed in 24 hours and the property is maintained very clean. Quiet neighborhood, amazing open spaces (dog park and nature trails), with good options for food and entertainment just walking distance from Windsor Cityline.

The amenities (pool, gym and etc.) are nice. Our neighbors are very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Whole Foods is just across the street. I feel very safe in this neighborhood.

I love my apartment. The location is perfect; I can access DART and get to work and lots of nearby places to eat. The Windsor amenities are wonderful. I felt welcomed from the first visit when I was told, “We want you to live here.” Each experience with other staff was the same and them telling me, “We want you to live her!”

The pool is well maintained, parking is easy, rooms are big, maintenance crew are fast and actually know what they’re doing, staff is usually busy but very helpful. Britney is a great assistant manager whos very helpful,. Rooms are very spacious, the property is very big. Never had an issue on my rent and so far loving my stay. Celsee is a great refreshing person to see on a regular basis. I’d highly recommend moving here!

7/23/24 update: I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and the only reason I’m leaving is because I’m moving out of state. 5 stars remains my opinion. Staff is very helpful, the common areas are always clean, the units are beautiful, and the surrounding area is fun but still quiet. Sad to be leaving Windsor (but not sad to be leaving the Texas heat)OP: Aug 2022I was in a tricky situation terminating a lease at another facility and stressed out to no end. Taylor listened me rant and was so nice when I toured with her. When reaching back out about applying and moving, the whole staff was so responsive. The complex is beautiful, clean, quiet despite it being on a busier road. The location is fantastic, with always something to do. Absolutely night and day from where I came from. We toured 3 properties - this one was perfect.

As soon as I toured my new apartment home I was blown away by the customer service as well as the apartment community in general. Celsee recommended my apartment and it has EVERYTHING I could ever want and more as well as all the bars and restaurants nearby. I have been looking for my ‘forever’ home for years and the fact that I finally have it is truly amazing. I recommend anyone and everyone to lease at this community. After only a few weeks, so far no issues. The locationis great, not right on top of the stores and bars and restaurants, but close enough. Love the Whole foods entire shopping complex across the street and being so close to Dart Train. The unit is spacious, everything was clean and well kept. Wasn’t crazy about my garage facing view, but Im loving it. My plants on the balcony get plenty of sun and makes me happy. Great staff so far. Daniella (sorry for wrong spelling) was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental.

I just re-signed my lease for a 3rd year here at Windsor CityLine. The complex is GORGEOUS. Highly recommend you live here! Management keeps the public areas super clean and well decorated, making me feel swanky for being a resident. It’s a fantastic neighborhood, with restaurants nearby but quiet enough to enjoy living here. The staff is extremely professional, approachable and all around good people. I have gotten to know Allison very well- I see her almost daily around the property making sure everything is running smoothly. She’s very effective, as she returns my emails right away if I have any questions or need help with any random thing. Very nice person. Taylor helped me sign my lease today and she was so patient as I fumbled through some dumb questions. She also is one of the snappiest dressers I’ve met. Carlos in maintenance has helped me around the property a few times and each time he’s smiling and kind.You won’t regret being a resident here. A great property with excellent management and staff!

I travel the country every couple years for work and this is the best place I have lived. My sunset view apartment has been perfect for me. Management is amazing, maintenance was spot on. Everything around these apartments is awesome, the City Line restaurants, live music, Whole Foods shopping center, everything. This was an awesome living experience, I am sad to leave my awesome little apartment and even more so, the beautiful state of Texas, however, the show must go on... I sure hope to return at the end of this year and I will definitely be checking out Windsor. I want my apartment back already !! Thank Yall !!

Theyre very responsive and quick to help with anything brought to their attention. The complex itself is also generally well maintained and clean, feels safe and secure, and communication to residents is regularly performed when appropriate. Id personally recommend living here to others!

Living here for the past 3 years have been solid! It is a challenging role for the managers, leasing agents and staff the maintain and run a community. Our community is cleaned daily, trash is picked up without interruption, and there are occasions that we have events! Celsee and Britney are my favs because no matter what the day brings they are kind, and willing communicate and/or finds a solution the matters brought to their attention. Our neighborhood is a vibe so many great things to do in walking distance!

Recently moved in this February, the apartment and its amenities are very clean and modern. The front office staff has been extremely nice and accommodating to all the requests and inquires I’ve had being a new resident. The best thing about about Windsor CityLine has to be the maintenance staff. Carlos and company are responsive, friendly and professional. Having a difficult maintenance staff at a apartment complex can be a major deal breaker so its a HUGE plus to an already great luxury apartment complex. I’d refer any of my friends to also live at Windsor CityLine

This place is awesome! I toured on February 21st and everyone that works there was super positive and fun. They explained all that the apartments had to offer with their amenities and the extra benefits of the surrounding properties that include concerts during the summer, farmers market, restaurants that are within walking distance and even a shuttle for the Whole Foods nearby and for the airport! I cant wait to be able to call this home!

This place is TRULY AMAZING. The living areas is remarkable all around. The apartment is super nice and definitely worth the price. First day I moved in Maintenance made sure everything was together. Doug and Dalton are FANTASTIC. They are very approachable and professional. They make sure to get work orders done ASAP, which is very important in picking an apartment. Management team in the front office are SPECTACULAR. They all work really well together to make sure everything is ALWAYS communicated effectively to all residents. The property manager has a warm welcome to all residents, which makes this place very Peaceful to live at. The other ladies in the office are well mannered and very courteous to assisting residents. The EVENTS ARE SUPER FUN. I try not to miss an event because its a great time to meet other residents. Last but not least, my pets love living here. Dog park is well maintained. The doggy travel bags is the thing I love the most because Im able to walk my dogs around the area and can pick up after them immediately. Windsor Management is TOP NOTCH. This property is gorgeous! Love the apartment layouts - nice, big bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets! Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets - modern, sleek, and beautiful! Great apartment! I stayed there 1 year, and there were no issues. The pool, gym, clubhouse and the deck - they are amazing. The management is responsive but the garage is most of the time dirty. Also you hear people screaming and fighting from the garage.The other thing - their firealarm. It starts out of no where. Other than that- it is better than Anthem (I stayed there and hated it) and Standard for sure!

After the purchase of the building to Windsor Properties and Priscilla as Manager, the atmosphere has become top notch! It is obvious the care and maintenance of the property has vastly improved. Even when there are issues to correct or improvements to make, the staff is quick to inform residents through email and resident portal.Priscilla and her staff are friendly, approachable, and great at customer service. Additionally, very refreshing to see the wonderful staff keep everything clean (love seeing the floors cleaned daily). Happy to have signed another lease in a growing tech corridor with emphasis on busy living and convenience.

I stayed here during my year in Texas and I LOVED this apartment. It’s quiet, the staff was great, and I rarely had a problem. I was even fine with the rent increase which wasn’t much. It’s a cute area as well and it’s close to everything. They made me comfortable and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. If I wasn’t relocated for work, I would stay here again!

I have only lived at Windsor Cityline for a few months, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The quality of the apartment homes is great. They invested in stationary things like wood floors, granite countertops, cabinets, and appliances which really elevates the home. I love that the fitness center has three Peloton machines and the area is fairly walkable. Community management seems to be invested in the property and the residents and coming from a community where they could care less, that means a lot to me. I am hoping that I will continue to enjoy my time here.

The maintenance staff has responded to all of my work orders within 24 hours and are also very nice and professional.If there was one over-arching compliment that I can say about this building is that is impeccably clean. They appear to have a porter and a cleaner as full time staff members and it shows. This is the cleanest building I have ever lived in. The elevator always smells and looks like it was just cleaned almost every time I get in it. The garage is constantly power washed and swept/blowed. The amenities are taken care of. Seriously, the porter and cleaner of this building do an amazing job. Its really nice to come home to such a well kept building.My neighbors seem to be nice people. I havent heard any really crazy things besides maybe 1 guy playing music loudly into the courtyard once or twice, but other than that I have not had any issues here. Everyone that lives here seems to be pretty chill. Great place to live imo and highly reccomend.

I looove living here. The maintenance staff I’ve encountered are so knowledgable and never talk down to you if you ask follow up questions, which I looove since I’m not the handiest of people. The front desk staff is always friendly as well and prompt with concerns. Everything is always clean and the events they’ve held have been well thought out and nice. The security makes me feel safe and I never have to worry about package delivery, which was a big problem at my previous complex. Love it here! 🥰

Lived here almost a week now, loving it so far! Im writing this review because all of the Google reviews helped me find a place moving from out of state. The leasing office is great with awesome staff, I feel like Cruz always has my back when I need something, which has been super helpful during my move. The building and amenities are far above par and the location is absolutely perfect. I never here any noise and everyone (staff and residents) are super nice. Its really dog friendly and parking is on point (two of my biggest must haves). The only constructive criticism I have is they could use some garbage pales by the elevators in the garage and the elevator doors close rather quickly (which can be annoying when bringing groceries and furniture up to the top floor) but if thats the worst that can happen then I think Ill survive ;) no real complaints from this guy! I am beyond satisfied with my choice and I am proud to call this my home! I would recommend this apartment to anyone moving to or already in the area! Big thanks to Cruz and the rest of Lot A and Cityline!

I have not moved in yet, however I would like to give a review of my overall experience during the application process.... I am moving from a different city & was assigned Dylan Genson as my leasing consultant. 1st let me say he made me feel like I was already part of the community, knowledgeable, professional & efficient. The application process online was very easy & you can pay your app & reservation fees on the site. Dylan called instead of just sending an email, to let me know that I was approved, he answered all my questions about the area, provided unit & building details from what elevators to use when moving in to tips for parking. Dylan also performed a virtual tour of apartment model. Its always scary relocating from a different city, my experience with Windsor calmed my concerns & gave me the confidence that they have me taken cared for.

I have been living at Cityline for almost 1 year. The new management is fantastic. I have a special thanks to Priscilla, the manager. We received a box of perishable food right before closing on a holiday and were unable to get it. I bumped in to Priscilla the following day as she was clearly leaving with her young son on her day off, and asked if I could pick it up somehow. She happily obliged and unlocked the office for me to retrieve my package. All of this was completely unnecessary as another one of the staff had taken it upon themselves to place our shipment in the break room refrigerator to ensure it did not spoil. Again, Fantastic place, fantastic service, and fantastic manager. Thank you Priscilla!

By far the best unit and complex my husband and I have rented in DFW. Great neighbors, beautiful floor plans, and one of the most convenient locations in north Dallas. Any security gate malfunctions, power outages or other issues (ultimately beyond the control of management anyway) have been repaired in a timely manner. Also, no rent increase from our special at signing! Cant be beat.
