    Listen up, everyone. Im gonna say it 1 time and 1 time only. The winding creek at the preserves, is one of the best places around here to lived. The staff is always helpful. And hands on for our convenient. Theyll be there when you need them, and they take care of business all the time. keeping the property clean, and neat. The gym is fantastic. It is very quiet and peaceful here. I love it. Dont waste any more time trying to Find a place to live. Just join us here at the winding creek at the preserves. And the price is very competitive!     Kudos on your excellent customer service with your agent Amy CultonWas looking for the perfect place for my mom and dad to retire to and she spent so much time and follow up to make us all happy. Not one other place I went even had anything remotely close to customer service.Here and with her it was off the charts!She showed humility and respect to my aging parents, yet wasnt just selling a product, she really did care for them.Sadly, we didnt get to live there as your facility didnt have an elevator for their needs but in an age where all you hear is negative feedback I want to be the one who gives you a positive one which I pray you share with her this stellar review as an ambassador for your company.

    Amy Culton helped my mother and I with a tour of the complex. My mother is elderly and this process is confusing for her. Amy was exceedingly patient, respectful, and kind. I cannot express how grateful I am to Amy for the grace she showed my mother. From the monthly events, its clear Amy is committed to making Winding Creek a connected community and not just apartments.

    My wife & I are moving to Grand Prairie soon, so we went to tour apartments over the weekend. We were very indecisive in our decision until we came across Winding Creek, our leasing agent was Mya. She is polite, knowledgable, and very accurate with all the features & amenities the property has to offer. She went above and beyond to answer any of our questions and concerns, she re-assured that we were satisfied with our visit. She had us sold, with her out spoken & out going attitude. She is your go to leasing agent, she is AWESOME!

    Mya Tobias the leasing agent at Winding Creek at The Preserve Apartments is WONDERFUL!!! Her communication is excellent. She made me feel welcome she the first time we spoke. She kept me updated on everything regarding my lease etc. If you are looking to lease here please choose Mya Tobias as your leasing agent you will not regret it. See you on March 17th!!!!2/17/2025This place is so awesome I had to come and do another review!! I am renewing my lease again and transferring to a new floorplan. Jess, Melany, and Amy were oh so helpful and nice. The process was very smooth and completed in a timely manner. Any issues I addressed with the team they handles it accordingly whether its a maintenance request or request via email. They always have nice activities going on in the property office on weekends and weekdays. About a week ago we had biscuits with sausage gravy fresh fruit and mimosas. Everything was wonderful. Feels good to have things in the community that includes the residents.

    I just wanted to share my feedback with this complex so far. Don’t let some of these negative 1 star reviews fool ya. I moved to winding creek two weeks ago. I was dealing with Diana from the very start. She was ver responsive and got me took care of right away. Come move in day, there was some miscommunication on both ends. However, the entire staff that was working that day helped solve the issue. The complex looks brand new and it’s very well kept. The dog park is also very nice for an apartment. I would highly recommend checking this place out

    My husband and I have been searching for a newer apartment complex that is also dog friendly. We came across Winding Creek and visited with Mya who was very friendly and happy to help.     Moving from NM to TX we were having so many things go wrong with our initial plans. When we had to completely start over we found Winding Creek apartments and let me tell you 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. Mya Tobias was beyond helpful on a busy Saturday afternoon. She was very kind, informative, patient, understanding and truly tried to help us in any way possible to remedy our unsightly predicament. She even went above and beyond getting things in order & offering to come in on her day off Monday to finalize it for us personally. When Monday came around, The Manager herself worked closely with us and did her best to process everything for us quickly. She, too, was incredibly kind, informative and patient with us and all the transfer paperwork we had to do on the spot. Beyond impressed and grateful for their professionalism and help. Very happy with our choice!

    I stayed at Winding Creek for a year and I didn’t have any problems at all. I had to move in fast and Mya was super helpful through my application and move-in process. Mya, the office manager, and the assistant manager are super sweet. They’re always super involved with their apartment community and have good relationships with their tenants. They always asked about how my kids were doing anytime they saw me. If we ever had any maintenance concerns, they were always addressed in a timely manner. I left the apartment at the end of my lease due to moving to a bigger home for my family. My husband and I didn’t have any problems with the move-out process. Just have to wait to hear back regarding my deposit. if you need a nice, updated apartment home temporarily, this is a good option. Good staff makes every experience better with any business!!!!

    This place does the most events for their guest than any apartment complex I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in and I’ve lived in 4 different places. The management is super nice and probably the most real. Most places the people just try to get you for money and low quality but Winding creek the apartments styles match the and with the events, raffles, and food trucks you can tell they try to keep the residents happy. Could use more parking for people without carports but other than that this place is a steal.

    Went with my girlfriend to tour the property, as she is looking into moving here next month. I was very impressed with the professionalism and generosity from the staff. Mellany, the manger, answered all of our questions and really made the place feel like home. They had breakfast out for all the residents, which I really appreciated. It makes it easy to meet your neighbors and the management. I love the sense of community here! If you are looking to move soon, this is THE place!!

    So I recently moved in and so far the only person that has helped me through the process and has solved any issues and answered all my questions has been Kelly. She’s awesome she always has a great attitude is always willing to resolve any issues and concerns I may have! On another note I feel like management higher above can be a little better and more consistent with the property needs like the trash dumpsters not being so full & work orders being taken care of within a reasonable time. Also had a incident where my daughter went to the office to ask about a issue we had with our apartment and instead of being greeted she was asked “who are you” like how do you answer that question! Instead of trying to assist she was given emails. So once again I talked to Kelly and they were taken care of and she immediately apologized for the way the person had spoke to my daughter. Customer service comes a long way.

    Have been a Resident here for a few years to see different changes in Management and with some things with the property. I can say having more Structure with the parking than before is a Big Plus for me Especially when coming in from work and just wanting to get into my apartment not driving around forever like before when some tenants and their guests would take up all the parking even just letting cars sit in the apartments for days just taking up parking spaces being very inconsiderate of other residents. Also, to add the 1 staple I am still glad is here at Winding Creek is Kelly she is the same Welcoming Smiling face that greeted me when I first came and is the same helpful smiling face that is in the leasing office ready to assist with any question or concern and for that reason I have to tell her a Special Thank you the 5 stars are for her!

    This was literally the best experience weve had on this side of town. Heather was so helpful and really nice! (And she seemed to be happy to show us around unlike a lot of leasing agents we bumped into at A LOT of apartments in Arlington/Grand Prairie.) She was a breath of fresh air!     If you are looking for a place to call home, this is the place. The apartments are new and modern. The pet yards, actually look like a pet yard! And not like a little balcony or strip of grass like at other properties. The staff is wonderful. However, by far... Annie was the BEST! She walked us through the apartments on our first visit, showed us the 1&2 bedrooms, nice and spacious. Every question we had, she had an answer for. She was kind and attentive. We went back to the office, looked over what they had available and we were able to sign a lease with them. Since day one, Annie has helped us out with the many questions we had, any add ons to our lease, or any concerns with our lease, she has always been there to help. Thank you Annie for all that you did for us and we can’t wait till move in day this weekend!!

    There were some delays during the application process but everything worked out. Kelley was very helpful and very responsive during the process and made sure I got settled in. I had a couple of maintenance requests that I submitted online that was resolved immediately. I only called right after submitting them to make sure they got it. They had maintenance come right out to resolve them. Ive been here a month now and will see how things goes. So far, Im glad I made the decision to live here. Will update if things change.

    My fiancé and I had looked at many apartments but none of our options stood out as much as winding creek!First, the staff is incredibly helpful and responsive. They’re very welcoming whether you’re coming in for a tour or grabbing a package. We worked with Kaitlyn and Heather who are so helpful and really made our experience a breeze!The property is beautiful. We love that our apartment is brand new. Carlos, the maintenance man is very kind and helpful. He introduced himself to us the day we moved in and we thought he was great! There was one instance where we required maintenance in our apartment which they addressed immediately. Everything was submitted and completed in just 24 hours!We love our apartment. It’s very clean and if you enjoy cooking you will love the kitchen they have here! So much room to store and prep food! The apartments are very spacious and they have a lot of storage in the bathroom and kitchen which was very important to us. This complex was very well thought out, from their double vanity, the garden tub, kitchen island, and storage, it really feels like home!The area is great as well. We love our options for dining, shopping and grocery markets. Not to mention IKEA right down the road (which makes a great date night if you’re on a budget!)We really look forward to the next few months we have here and are happy to call Winding Creek our home!

    This is based on the tour, leasing agents, and the apt themselves. Love. From the second we stepped in, it was warm and inviting. heather greeted us with a smile and showed us around. The grounds are great. The different floorplans are awesome. We ended up with the smaller 2 bedroom to save money but the bigger two bedroom is extremely enticingI ran into a couple of bumps with my application and they helped me through it all while being patient and understanding. I am so excited to move in and live here

    Was looking for a place to go after an untimely incident at my old apartment. Needed something safe and this seemed like the place to go. The lady in the office (Annie) was so polite and answered all my questions and helped me make the decision then and there. The apartments are so beautiful and new, and the trees north of the property are so gorgeous to look at!!!     Great apartment. I love living here, i can always find parking and since the complex isnt big even when I cant find a spot near my complex its not a far walk. The apartment is modern and i havent seen any bugs ever inside. I feel very safe here, and is in a location thats close to anything (fast-food, 4 grocery stores, gas stations, the grand prairie outlets). The yard is a great plus for me to take my dog out to pee at night as well.

    The change of administration was hard at first but now it has improved, it is clean, maintenance is done on time, they do more activities for the apartment tenants, the gym is always functional, they serve in Spanish and English and the smell of marijuana he went ! that makes us very very happy!

    We got here to winding creek apartments and it was a awesome experience. Mijah Roberts was our gorgeous client advisors that helped me and my girl out. She was the only one working on Sunday which should never be the case anywhere, because we where waiting for about 15 minutes but she made sure to let us know that she will help us and just to be patient.
