He promptly addresses all the issues I reported like repairing stove, mesh screen. On top of that he kindly assisted with some few minor fixes around the home. Its so good to know such skilled and courteous staff are part of our apartment’s maintenance team.

**5 Stars**I’ve had a good experience living at Windhaven PKWY Apartments. Ever since the new management took over, they’ve been proactive in addressing any issues and genuinely care about improving the residents’ living experience. The rents are competitive for the area, which is a big plus.The 24-hour gym is well-maintained and convenient for my busy schedule, and the kids’ play area provides a nice space for families. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to call home, and I appreciate the positive changes the new management has implemented!

This apartment came about at a really crazy time in my life. I was grateful for the price and the location. Though I was only there for less than a few years, I can honestly say my time there was alright. I do recognize that there were major issues with some buildings, like the water. My experience was positive, and my the staff was very kind to me. I especially appreciate the maintenance crew . They were quick and knowledgeable. They also worked around my dog and work schedule. And they always said hi around the complex!

Thank you maintenance team Jimmy & Vin for timely response in fixing the toilet water flush issue!Actually, my kid went to pee and thrown excessive toilet paper in and they clogged! Unfortunately, flush was not working properly the water was continuously flowing to toilet! So water over flown out of toilet!When we raised the maintenance ticket, team members Jimmy and Vin were responded in timely manner and fixed the issue!

I have been reading the reviews for these apartments for the last 2 months , before/after I applied . I have to say I was a bit nervous of the possibility of moving here . However , moving here has been a breath of fresh air , the community is well kept , everyone is friendly and respectful. The day of my move in date we had a few minor issues with my apt not being fully up to code /standards for a new tenant , the washer and dryer units were not connected , the apt had a few of the previous owners things left in the storage , exposed sockets , old lighting etc . I didn’t get my keys until 2 days after my move in date , I had to call the assistant manager (even though I was told management was going to call me to work something out) this review sounds like I am not happy , it’s quite the opposite, I am very happy on how quick the maintenance team were able to come out and get everything straightened out . Mr. Jimmy is an expert in his field , he provided excellent service and catered to my needs , he made me feel extremely welcome to the community , he replaced everything that needed to be done . I just want to say a huge thank you to jimmy and his assistant Tyler , thank you gentleman for providing excellent service and proving all these negative reviews wrong !! Now to the office staff Mr Wayne and ms, Sereyah (I hope I spelt it correctly) thank you guys for helping us with everything , you guys have been nothing but helpful and extremely professional!! All in all , these apartments are awesome , it’s still early days but I want to give you guys five stars for the awesome staff you all have and we look forward to the remainder of our time here in Windhaven , thank you to the management staff and of course jimmy for making the apt feel brand new !!

I love it here! The community is so diverse and so family friendly. It is quiet and safe. The office staff is so helpful and friendly but I have to say the Maintenance team are the ones who really run this property-- keeping it nice and clean. They take care of work orders in a timely manner and especially David, I always see him helping residents every chance he gets and he so friendly with everyone. All of them are so friendly. Love the whole team!

My son moved to this property a few months ago. I am extremely impressed with the way the apartment grounds are kept. Always clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and helped my son with getting to know the area and providing information needed. Each time I visit I am greeted by the nicest young man, Eric, who works on the property. I appreciate the kindness and the respect he shows. He even helped me carry groceries to my son’s apartment on one occasion. Love it here.

My husband and I were searching for apartments with our daughters who will be moving to the Dallas area soon.We were referred by our nephew to check out the Windhaven Park Apartments. We are so glad we did! The first thing we noticed was how immaculate the property grounds were! This was a big plus for us! The inside of the apartments were just as nice! The staff were very professional and one stood out particularly to us. Eric was so nice that he made sure we had cold bottles of water as we toured the property to ensure that we stayed hydrated! I would definitely recommend these apartments!!

Old property but well maintained. Gated community with multiple entrance. Good layout with buildings with two floors. Usually quiet. Have good amount of open space at the back side of the apartment. Newly painted. Interior are nicely painted.

Ive lived here for about 4 months now. Its relatively quiet and the grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is quick with work orders. Parking is not an issue. Only complaint is that when I moved in it smelled bad, like odors from the previous residents. The unit wasnt cleaned properly at all. Management responded and corrected the issue. Its not a luxury apartment but I feel safe where my unit is. Really appreciate the staff, Wayne and Saphire B.

There is a lot worst places, dont get me wrong. But for the price you pay here it feels like you are getting the very short end of the stick.This is day 5 of no hot water for the majority of the complex, and events like this arent even a rarity. There just always seems to be a problem or something breaking which takes a toll on you eventually. And the apartment complex makes it feel where they prioritize cosmetic maintenance over actual service ones. I did not need new countertops when the ones I had were still less that 5 years old, what I need is reliable plumbing.The TLDR of it all is, its not a bad place, but for $1500 for a 1 bedroom a month, there is better out there.Edit: 2 years later and Ive bummed up the rating because its gotten WAYYYYY better, new management and maintenance crew over the last year/year and a half has made a huge difference.

I enjoyed living there for the most part. The apartment was super quiet, I never heard any neighbors. I felt very safe as a woman living alone.My only downsides are the maintenance did take longer than usual to fulfill requests and for a gated community, gates were left open more often than not.I would have renewed my lease if I could have stayed in the area.

Love this place. The girls in the office are like my family. That is how they make me feel. Smiling, caring and even work with maintenance being a real team. I love that. Maintenance personnel are very wonderful people. Big family place here. I have got a wonderful view and Sydnie was so amazing with her knowledge of the property and answering all of my questions. Believe me there was a lot of questions! I look forward to continuing to live in this amazing community.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had moving in to a complex. Due to circumstances I needed a very quick turn around. Kevin was super helpful and expedited the process for me so my family and I could get it when needed. The apartment is super clean with no major fixes at all. We even got a welcome gift upon entry. This is my 5th apartment in Dallas and this is by far our best choice. We finally feel at home. The surrounding area is super nice and upscale and seems like a great place for my children to be in with all the parks and programs. Thank you Kevin, we really appreciate it.

The complex has recently changed management as well as maintenance staff. Alan (head of maintenance) is hands down the best! He provides great customer service and always completes any work orders in a timely manner! He takes the time to explain the issue after it’s resolved and makes sure I know what to look for to avoid it from happening in the future! Sydney is super sweet, she’s always willing to help (usually only call when I have a package that’s sent to the office) but she makes sure I am well taken care of! Best complex in the area!

We have lived here for years and I have always been beyond impressed with the maintenance staff. They will answer work order requests within a couple hours and always make sure to do a thorough job with the friendliest attitude. You always see them out working hard for their residents every single day and I appreciate it so much!! I would like to personally commend Mr. Robert in maintenance, he works so hard to make sure our complex is clean and in good working order. He puts a smile on your face everyday, always happy to see you and always there to help you with whatever you need. Hands down best maintenance staff Ive ever had!!

I have lived here since November 2017, and I was also an employee at one point. Even after resigning, i was treated fairly. Although this complex has many bad reviews, I can say that the staff in the office (Summer Hudson and Saeed) has made being a resident a good experience and has always worked with me. The maintenance staff (especially Lester)has been timely to all my work orders, and when I had issues within my apartment, they were attentive and concerned. They have updated a lot since Ive been here and would say this apartment complex is worth the price for location and amenities.

Make it a point to ask of Kevin and Chance if you are interested in getting an apartment at Windhaven, those guys made the entire process a piece of cake! They have answers to all your questions and they offer good advice on how best to settle down quickly at Windhaven, great guys I can’t talk highly enough of them! Windhaven is a beautiful location with lovely interior and exterior design, calm, peaceful and very welcoming. Good schools, fun zone’s with shopping malls everywhere you turn, am 100% sure it will meet all your expectations ✅✅✅

I moved in about one week ago. I must say the management staff is so helpful and considerate. I relocated from another state and I was able complete everything with ease. Not only did Desirae follow up but she kept in touch during the whole process. Amber gave me a walk through and was very informative and pleasant. When u enter the office, everyone is friendly and smiling. I looked at other places that were overpriced and staff was not pleasant. This is why I chose Windhaven. My apartment was more beautiful than the model, which was hard to beat. Great school district, close to everything. Windhaven was the best decision I could have made. I would definitely recommend.

My experience with Windhaven Park has been an absolute dream. The whole staff is very friendly, and answer all questions with professionalism. Maintenance is awesome and never fail to go out to fix a work order on time. They have made my stay at Windhaven very accommodating. The property itself is very clean, it has great features such as a dog park, soccer field, gym, laundry rooms, nice pools, volleyball sand court, picnic area, children playground. I’m very happy to with my stay at Windhaven. Check these apartments, I highly recommend!

Good vibes! Windhaven Park Apartments was nothing but exceptional to me. I ended up breaking my second year long lease 5 months in, and they made the process very easy for me. The staff walked me through each step to leave on good terms, and that meant a lot to me! It meant a lot because they had always been good to me, so I wanted to reciprocate that effort and respect. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. I rented a 1 bdrm apartment right near the pool. Anytime I a put in a maintenance request, it was addressed within 24 hrs. The prices are reasonable and the location was extremely clutch being close to DNT. The community is very friendly and family oriented, many family gatherings especially in the summer! The complex is safe and quiet, with many parks for kids. 10/10 recommendation to any future resident!

I have been living at the Windhaven Park for close to five years now and I love it!! Kevin has been phenomenal and very dedicated to all the residents.We recently posted a request for an upgrade to move to another unit. Kevin went way above and beyond to help in finding the perfect unit based on our preference. This type of dedication is hard to find and it shows the type of person he is. If you are looking for an apartment come and see Kevin!!And the maintenance staffs are kind, quick, and competent. Great place to live!!

The management was really helpful and flexible with dates as I was getting moved in. Jayla was quick to respond to emails and gave me contacts to call for different services. Kevin was proactive after my move in to see if I was happy with my apartment or if there was anything that needs work, and he even filled out a work order for me which was serviced within a couple days. The apartment itself seems to be in good condition.

I moved here from California 4 months ago. I only had 2 weeks to move because of my job so I was not able to tour the apartments before moving in. When I arrived I was very pleased. The staff was very helpful with the process. The complex is very well maintained with little to no trash on the ground. The pool is 10ft deep which is a plus. I’ve only had positive experiences since I moved in and I recommend this complex to anyone.

I have been looking for an apartment in West Plano and stumbled across Windhaven Park. First thing I noticed was the wonderful office staff. I was greeted by a gentlemen name Kevin whos energy was electric right off the bat. I ended up touring their 2 bedroom apartment floor-plan. Loved the property but the floorplan was a little small for my needs. I ended up not leasing but I would definitely recommend taking a look at the community. It has a very family friendly vibe. Apartments look very cozy and the customer service I received from Kevin was superb. If your in the area ask for Kevin and he will make sure you are taken care of.

Overall fun place to live, I have thouroughly enjoyed the resident activities as it seems to bring everyone together. Chick fil a breakfast on the go, ice cream for end of school year, wine down Wednesday all have been sweet (especially because it’s all free). I just appreciate the small things that the front office is trying to do to make this feel like a community.

I have been staying here for almost 3 months now. I love the position of my apt. Its airy and open. Area of the apt is quite big, enough for my toddler son to run around. Great amenities provided by the apartment. Love to take walks around. Apart from the fact that there are not much option for grocery stores around, I would give a 4 rating even for then location. The office staffs are helpful and welcoming every time you visit. Has been a great experience so far. Thanks.

I really liked living here and its positioning is great. It is really good for kids too because it has its own park and if you arent satisfied with that, there is a town park like 10 meters away from the gate. The apartment is very big and the staff are really nice. The only problem I see is that the balcony storage room is really small but over all this place is the best. Not to mention there is a school 2 blocks away and a hospital 1 block away and most working areas are a short distance away.

I recently moved to Plano and Windhaven Park happened to be my first apartment society in Plano but I must say this had been so far most livable and enjoyable community I stayed in last 10 years. I thoroughly enjoyed it so far though it is just 4 months. The location is perfect and I really like my apartment. It is so close to all major places and my work (Bank of America). I had some issues with previous management but there was complete management change last month and they have been so responsive since then. I would recommend this place to anyone. I toured the property twice with him in last 2 days (first by self and next time with my family) and came so close to leasing at Windhaven only because of his abilities and connect. He addressed my bug issue, and even offered to go over lower renewal rates with me. I never leave reviews because I feel like they go unnoticed, but this area & the staff here is by far the best I’ve experienced so I felt like I had to leave a review to let people know if you move here you will enjoy the stay. I really feel like that staff here treats us exactly how they would want to be treated & that is key to any successful business. I would have considered the renewal but I do want an updated unit. However, the apartments here are still very nice. Comfy, & easy to make homey. *****. I’ve been here for about 10 months now & the staff is kind. I moved during the middle of covid & they went above and beyond to make the move as easily & painless as possible for me. Maintenance crew is friendly & they respond same day or next. No matter what the issue is. Very family oriented over here. So you often see a lot of kids which doesn’t bother me. The school system here is also good. I only gave 3 stars bc the units are very old & should be updated in my opinion. When the summer hit I started noticing a lot of bugs in my apartment. Rollie pollys to be exact. And other weird black bugs. I would have renewed my lease but they went up on the price.

The apartment is very nearby to headquarters drive. All the major highways and tollways are very close hence it is easy for day to day communications. I like this apartment as they are spacious and aminities are good. Leasing office is friendly and specially Lisa and Mary is always there to help and very generous. Nothing is perfect but I rate 5 stars because being here for 2 years and renewing this coming Friday 5/11, I can say this is a great property with great amenities. I appreciate most the consistent reliability of the staff to communicate with me. It didnt always be this way in the beginning but that changed when Summer arrived, she has been a positive driving force of leadership behind my decision to remain and enjoy living here. I had the chance to meet one of the VPs as well and was just as down to earth making sure I was taken care of while I was in the Clubhouse. This is a refreshing property that listens and takes the voices of their residents seriously. This is my first review of the property and it has been a worthwhile experience living here that is recommended in a prominent area.

Ive been here almost 3 years and was here through the change in management. Since the management has changed things have improved dramatically and the general upkeep as well as the trash management has really gone up. The only complaints I have are that there are window and door air seal issues but since this is an older building its to be expected. My neighbors are also quiet noisy but quiet down around 10 or so every night, pretty sure this could be solved by more carpeting but again: older building, its to be expected. Otherwise I really love living here!

I will be a new resident to Windhaven Park apartments in May. The staff has been so accommodating and friendly from my online application, to the first visit to view the property, and now completing the final steps before I move into my new apartment. My leasing agent, Summer, has followed up with every phone call and email in a timely manner and given exceptional customer service. In my past rental property experiences I usually have to follow up multiple times with the leasing office which is stressful and time consuming, but Windhaven Park has far exceeded my standards and has made the process of moving very easy. This apartment complex is located in an affluent neighborhood of West Plano and the apartments have been updated with beautiful finishes at an affordable price with great accommodations provided to the tenants. I can’t wait to move in and become a part of the BSR family.

We have been living here for past 6 months and we really liked it. The elementary school is Barksdale which is one of the best schools in Plano and there is a bus pick up from the apt building. The office staff are always ready to help especially Manager Brain and all the service requests have been attended to within 24 to 48 hours. its near to most of the shopping centers and last but not least this community has everything for a family like play ground, volley ball court, 2 swimming pools, picnic area and a dog park. I like a long parking lot in the back of the apartment which we use as a bike riding spot for kids as they can enjoy bike ride with their parents. I strongly recommend this community.

I have lived at Windhaven over eight years. To me this home. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The apartments are located close to World Class shopping. Medical care is close by, including Texas Hospital which I less than mile south. Library is just across the street. Pin Stack bowling is next door. A variety of fine dining is available 200 feet to no more than two miles. Maintenance is quick to respond to your every need. I would sign a five year lease if allowed.

The apartments of located2 lights away from the tollway youre not far away from 121 a lot of restaurants, movie theaters, and Stonebriar, and Willow Bend Malls. Anything you can want in a centrally located area. Kroger, and Tom Thumb very close by. The grounds are kept very well the facility staff is excellent. Laundry room services onsite. There is also a big play area for the kiddos.The apartments are very nice some of them have wood floors upgraded appliances. Theyre upgrading them all the time the staff is very nice theyre very accommodating Summer is awesome shes on of the Management staff, Syed is pretty cool and Kim is a sweetheart!You will love living hereIll be renewing my lease again!!!!

I cant imagine it really gets better than this. Moved here last minute without visiting, Chance and the team were incredibly professional and accommodating at every turn so it gave me the confidence to sign a lease on a place Ive never seen in a city Ive never lived in. They really go above and beyond for the members of this community.I live in one of the more newly renovated units. Its very nice, if you can get a hold of one and pay the slightly higher fee its well worth it imo. The valet trash service is seriously awesome and very convenient. Getting a great parking spot can be a tad difficult at certain times but getting a spot nearby your unit shouldnt really be an issue.I have to say that the price does not match the location. This apartment is located in one of the nicest parts of one of the nicest suburbs in the US with every single amenity/business you could possibly want within 1-5 miles. Plus lots of Chinese/Korean food/businesses within 10-15 minute drive (ig. korea town is about 12 minute drive via tollway from here). Its gated, theres a great library and park across the street (and Arbor Hills Nature Preserve 5 min away), clean, safe, etc for an affordable price.I havent seen a cockroach or mosquito here which is interesting. But there are little mice/rats that live in the bushes outside that scurry around at night if that bothers you. Have not seen any traces of one in my apartment yet.The two ISPs available here are Spectrum and Frontier. I use Spectrum and pay about $50 for a consistent 200 mbps download speed. I think that should be more than sufficient for most people.I could go into more detail but my point in summary is that this is an awesome place to live and you cant really go wrong coming here.

I dont live here, but have delivered Amazon packages here. The office staff was happy to provide me with a property map, and the signage on the property is excellent. Road signs directing to buildings, large building number signs high enough that carports dont block them, and apartment numbers enumerated at each entrance. This is what all complexes should do to help delivery drivers.

In our two plus years of living at Windhaven Park, we have had some minor and few major maintenance calls.Luckily for us most of our calls have always been handled with class and skill when Eli has been involved. Not certain if hes a lead here, but his work would definitely support that role in our experiences with him.We, learned very early on that Maintenance Tech Eli, is all business in his demeanor, approach and most of all his work! He literally comes in, respectfully speaks and immediately solves the problem or issue at hand.He has definitely left a great impression on our family, during our time here.It is very apparent that not only is he both quick and efficient, his knowledge for his work is solid and it shows in all levels and degrees of the job or task at hand.We are so thankful that he is here to share his knowledge and time with us all!
