My mother has lived here 12 + years & enjoys the convenience of grocery stores, 290 & Beltway 8 just just minutes away. The office staff is good but Luisa is a gem! She is friendly, welcoming & professional; her demeanors and her dress attire is a welcome change.(I find some professionals are too relaxed in their clothing nowadays)Maintenance is on top of emergencies & are good most of the time, however, if their hands are tied due to bad management decisions, that is not maintenance fault. However, the recent new manager, Luis, is taking care of as much as he can & with a smile on his face.On behalf of my mother & myself, I want to Thank the office staff, maintenance, housekeeping & everyone for making my mothers apartment her home.

The office staff Luisa, Axia, Luis are great! No complaints. They are professional, personable and love what they do. Maintenance repairs by Johnny and Luis are repaired quick and correct. Great group of people. I enjoy living here!

I never write reviews, ever, so the fact that I am writing one shows how much this place has satisfied me. The apartments are pretty decent, they’re not luxurious but they are decent. Luisa, leasing agent, was such a big help. She took me on a tour and gave me all her honesty and kindness with each apartment we looked at. She is the reason why I just got my first apartment! She made it happen. Her customer service is 10/10, I kept telling her I am shocked she is not a real estate agent. Someone give this woman a raise, she is wonderful!

Ive been a resident for 3 years now. This complex has been under new management for a couple of years now and ive seen significant improvements to better the property and our lives here. The management is very responsive and always eager to help should any issues arise. I recommend Winchester Place Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call their home!

From the moment I expressed interest, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. She answered all my questions promptly, guided me through the entire leasing process, and made sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the property and the area was impressive, and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The people here are great. The maintenance guys always repair anything that breaks quickly. They exterior just got a makeover. You dont hear about much crime in the complex. Neighbors try to look out for eachother. If we see something that seems off, we report it.

Hey Future Residents!! I am a former tenant of Winchester Place and I absolutely loved it here and I still do even though I’m not in Houston anymore! I want to start off with the staff members who are AMAZING!! I remember I was scouting out apartments early for my big move and I came here like two or three times and the customer service was exceptional no attitudes just pleasant! They were willing and able to let me look at the model unit however many times I needed to! Luisa is awesome sauce she gave me the keys to my 1B/1B unit and she’s always seeing if there’s anything I need! I would always visit in the office and just check in on her and the other staff. David who is the manager is great!! Always finding ways to improve the complex and very eager for feedback and suggestions! I have NO issues staying here! If something needed to be repaired I would put my request in and within the next few days it would already be fixed! Shoutout to the maintenance crew!!! They work SO HARD in all weather conditions to make sure the tenants have everything repaired! Winchester Crew truly made me feel very comfortable to just talk to them about anything and a true family!! That’s perks of being in a smaller apartment complex!! If you’re hesitating on moving here don’t think put your application in!! I moved to Dallas to be with my family and boyfriend but if I ever do move back out to Houston I’ll be staying here my forever home ❤️❤️!!PS: They give you a jar of jellybeans with a cute note on your birthday! I just want to stop by and give a shout out to Luisa H, one of the leasing agents. She is such a great person to have around. She always receives you with a warm, welcoming smile every time you walk into the office or if you find her around the property. Not only is she a wonderful person, but she will always take care of your needs. If something is wrong in your apartment, she takes the time to make sure someone comes to fix it asap and calls you later in the day to make sure youre satisfied with the fix. That just shows the commitment she has to serve the residents of this apartment complex. SO THANK YOU LUISA H FOR BEING SO AWSOME !!!!!

My wife and I have enjoyed our stay here at Winchester Place Apartments. We have lived her for almost 2 years. The community is peaceful and quiet and the location is great! There are various grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We live in one of their spacious, well maintained two story town-homes. The office staff are wonderful to work with. I’ve mostly interacted with Yesenia who is amiable and very informative, however, the rest of the office staff have been pleasant as well. The maintenance staff is also friendly and quick to resolve issues, although, we have never had any major ones to report. I strongly recommend this property for anyone looking for an affordable apartment in a good location. Unfortunately, we will be vacating in September, but it’s only to move closer to my wife’s place of work, otherwise, we would have renewed our lease for another year.

I have lived here since September of last year and it is the best place to live. The office staff is great and very helpful. The maintenance guys are the best, your service requests get taken care of the same day unless there is an issue then they let you know. The complex is quiet, not dogs running loose and everyone seems to pick up after their dogs.

Technically 4.5 Stars but Ill give them 5. I have lived here about 9 months and it was great. Had an ant problem but it was minor. I lived on second floor so bug such as roaches and ants were an issue they didnt come out often. more of rare. But consult with the office if any bug issue since they have to take care of it.Price would have been nice if it was cheaper. But definitely not expensive.Maintenence were good overall. Did what we asked to do.Surrounding area were not perfect but overall good.Room itself were not greatest but definitely liveable.Definitely recommended.

Been living here with my parents since I was 14 years old , love the staff ! The maintenance is awesome ! I grew up in theses apartments with my parents 10 years now and counting ! Cant complain at all ! The renovations from when mwe moved in to now are amazing the pool area looks 10x Better and the office looks amazing the 2 bedroom is spacious and perfect for a little family !

Ive lived here for 4 years now and it has been a great experience so far. I havent seen any suspicious activity yet and have never experienced anything negative in this apartment complex. Their staff is very professional and always willing to help you. Saggar, Pooja and Alissa are the nicest people you will ever meet in the business as well as Luis, Mauro and Roberto (maintenance crew). These guys work very hard to make sure all of us are always satisfied with our needs.I used to live in a 1 bedroom apartment and never experienced any problems with pests or noisy neighbors. Now I transfered to a 2 bedrooms apartment and noticed how they upgraded the entire floor plan. Everything looks really nice and new. After visiting most of the apartment complex in the area I realized I had to stay here because of the quality of service Winchester Place Apartments provide. Strongly recommended.In general, great place to live, walking distance to Kroger, Aldi, Sears, Gas Station, Restaurants and everything you need.

I chose this place because I work next door at Kroger. I could be home in less than 4 minutes. I hear owls doing their thing a lot I dont mind. I see kids playing outside but unlike our old place theyre being watched by adults. Plenty of parking and nice and quiet in the morning. The security gate always works unlike the old place it was constantly breaking down.

Sagar and Pooja are very, very nice and good hearted people. Out of all the apt complexes, I have lived at, they are by far the nicest. Pooja did whatever she could to accommodate me during my move in, despite the circumstances. The apts are older, but the appliances are new, the walls are a soft neutral beige which I love, and the shower decor is really nice too. I like the layout too. My only suggestion would be to get an apt that doesnt face the parking lot so you dont hear the cars. You do get used to the cars though, and neighbors are quiet.

We have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years and of course I recommend them, they are very calm. Luisa is one of the kindest and most attentive people you can see in the office, always with a smile, whether in person or on the phone when something needs to be fixed. She sends a maintenance person to the apartment to fix it immediately. The maintenance people are also very kind and responsible with their work.
