I really enjoyed Cynthia she is very kind hearted, and open to every question and concern that me and my sister had. Overall the apartments are very clean inside and out very quiet and the unit we view was 2 bedroom 1bath very spacious.

I am a current resident here I have lived here since 2019 and live right by the office in a one bedroom. I really enjoy living here and the office team and maintenance are great. Cynthia is such a sweet girl and she had a way with people 🙂 Vanessa is so nice and always on top of everyone & Angie is always willing to help me when I need assistance.

100% recommended!!! willow tree are some extremely calm apartments nothing like they say in the reviews neighbors are nice and just about themselves and the ladies at the office are extremely nice. 100% recommend asking for Cynthia she was the one to assist me and she made the whole process so quick and easy and just made sure i was comfortable and made sure i new all the bad and good in the apartments apart from that she’s the most kind hearted person ever and makes sure you feel welcomed and at home. They also have the pay half rent on the 1st and half on the 15th which is great for those who have other bills to pay and not have everything do all at once and the price for these apartments are amazing!! If i would have to choose between more apartments i would jsay willow tree is #1

I have been living here since June of last year and so far all is good. Maintenance comes when needed low crime rates my kids love their schools and the prices are reasonable. The office staff has been very nice to me and I love the flex pay option. I would recommend this property to someone that is looking for a nice little area with reasonable prices.

Been here roughly a month now and will be writing again in 6 months. This is a pretty neutral post because I will need more time to gather more data to honestly and fully inform others. So far however I feel that I am being taken care of, my needs are being met, things are being fixed, other residents are nice, and the people working for this property are making it a pretty decent place to live.Pros:Extremely friendly office personnel and maintenance crew - Maria, Tia, and Roshay always help me with everything I need and have a genuine care for the residents living under them. The maintenance people also show respect to the residents and put forth great effort to get as much of their work orders done.Low crime - So far I have not personally dealt with any violence or theft. Again I havent been here long but I will have a 2nd post 6 months from now with more data. But as for now I have no issues whatsoever.Fixing things - the maintenance crew is always working to fix issues. So far they have helped me fix my plumbing issue. It took about 2 weeks to get them out here because of the back fill on work orders that had happened with the cold front that ruined a lot of heating units and air conditioners but when they did show up it was done within a matter of days. It took additional time because they had to call a plumbing company that had a longer snake. No issues at all since being fixed. Additionally the laundry room has had a couple issues with one of the washers. Once the issue was brought to maria in the front office then she immediately called the company and had it fixed.Kids - the kids are a pro and a con. Sometimes its nice to hear kids being happy and playing and other times the children are screaming, bullying, and acting inconsiderate of all the people that live here. They are also not afraid of knocking on everyones door to see if they can take out your trash for a dollar, (not sure how I feel about that).Cons:Roaches - so far I have only seen 2 roaches in the apartment. This could be from other nasty living people around me or it could be because this is the bottom floor in a warm climate. Not sure but only 2 that were both killed over a month is not bad and completely tolerable but is still a negative for my girlfriend who doesnt do well with roaches. It does not appear to be infested either so I wouldnt call it a bad situation all together.Maintenance backed up - again the maintenance crew is backed up on work orders and they are putting in serious time to get everything done. That means that less relevant work orders or requests from other people in the complex are left waiting for repairs (myself included).

Ive lived at Willow Tree for about a year now and I am very impressed with the management staff and the maintenance crew. The men of the maintenance service are personable, very knowledgeable about their craft and respond swiftly. I like that I am greeted by my name by staff and any questions, comments or concerns are always answered quickly. Even on weekends! Willow Tree is an older complex; which I prefer because it was built sturdy; it has done well in many hurricanes; even Harvey. Walls are thicker, so neighbors cannot be heard. Floor plans are roomy - great for roommates or larger families. Its all about communication and cooperation - Willow Tree has been a positive experience for me; thus, I am staying another year!

Great quiet apartments. I live near the leasing office. Affordable , newly remodeled. 729$ for a one bedroom with a den that my son sleeps in when he visits. Maintenance crew is prompt. The leasing office gave me a gift for my bday. Not a lot of parking and they tow your car for any reason, but i like the price and the neighbourhood. Everything is close by walmart, food, grocery stores, schools.Sometime they shut off the hot water for maintenance and dont tell u in advance...

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS SO FAR, RECENTLY MOVED IN, YES THERE ARE A FEW SMALL ROACHES, BUT NOTHING YOU CANT MANAGE ON YOUR OWN, CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF, DONT LEAVE FOOD OUT.. PROPERTY IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED, GRASS IS ALWAYS CUT AND LOOKING GOOD. VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENTS, NEW CARPET. NEIGHBORS ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND LOOK OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER. NOT THE BEST OVERALL APARTMENTS AROUND, BUT NICE FOR THE PRICE..

And p I have been living in this place for almost 3 years, and I found it to be very comfortable in terms of space, in terms of arrangements that need to be made, they do not take long to fix the problems, what I can say is bad is the garbage can stores very little and in the past the people in the office were terrible at assisting the tenants but now that is no longer happening. In itself, it has gone well for me.
