    When you have something good cherish it before it’s gone. My stay here was great, any minor inconveniences I had was addressed and resolved with the professional leasing consultants, including the property manager. I wasn’t the best nor was I the worst tenant but the staff was always helpful in accommodating our needs. The prerequisites to move in seem unrealistic but it’s for the best, to insure quality tenants who can pay their rent. Within reason this place is perfect and I would recommend to anyone. Everyone from maintenance, to the monthly pest control and other contractors were great. Thank you.

    We called about our maintenance issues a couple of days ago and today johnathan came by and completely met all of our needs, he made sure there was nothing else we needed and took the time to talk to us about what was going on, overall we are super grateful for him!!!!

    I lived here for 2 years and had a good experience. They do a lot of pest control so as long as you’re clean you won’t have any issues in that regard. The area is quiet and safe. I only had one maintenance issue the entire time and it was fixed very quickly. The apartments are pretty old, but they’re pretty decent quality considering. My only complaints are that my shower head was only 5 and a half feet up, so I had to crouch every time I showered, which was a little annoying. That, and they shut off the water for repairs frequently. Usually they give prior notice, but even with prior notice it’s pretty frustrating to not have water every other month.

    Didnt expect to like living here as much as I did as the townhouse I rented didnt exactly fit my lifestyle. However, the quality of the townhouse was good for the price. The office staff was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating calling me sir as if I hadnt just walked in there with a tie dye shirt and sandals on. Any and all maintenance issues were resolved in a shockingly quick manner with no questions asked and maintenance staff was always very friendly. No complaints about the neighbors too, we all kinda looked out for each other, definitely a friendly place to live. Would recommend to a friend

    Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I have lived here for over 8 months and really only have positive things to say about my experience. All of the staff has been great, especially the Asst. Manager Katie. Almost all maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and the one exception was just a slight misunderstanding that was corrected quickly. While it is true that groundskeepers can make a bit of noise at times, it is a necessary evil when you get your own small front lawn. These are not the newest apartments by any means, but I feel that for the price, they are pretty decent. I have lived in 5 other apartments in the area and this one is at or near the top of my overall experiences. My advice: check it out for yourself first!

    I have lived at Willow Oaks for two years and have no complaints so far.Great management and customer service, Staff is always friendly and professional.Maintenance team is usually really responsive and respectful.The neighbors are pretty quiet , everyone is friendly and courteous to each other when passing.Price and Location are the best around town.

    I don’t think iv ever left a google review before and I’m more than happy to say that I’m leaving my first google review for Willow Oaks! They have been absolutely amazing through the entire application process as we had some technical difficulties, Maeghan was AMAZING and walked me through every step and kept up with me through the entire process and I’m very excited to make this my new home. Every staff member I spoke to was more than accommodating and never once made me feel bad for calling a million times with questions! Highly recommend leasing with this complex !!

    I really love the atmopshere of the place! At first, it did have a few buggy issues, but once the crew came through and sprayed, everything was fine.Just make sure to keep your place clean, and all is well. I usually have a few traps out on my own just in case.I also really enjoy the neighborhood. Its so quiet and peaceful.If youre looking for a home, I would highly suggest this complex!

    Moved in a month ago, the Apt VERY clean, leasing staff very accommodating, neighborhood clean & quiet. Excellent location. Maintenance on grounds daily always taking care this huge apartment community.

    Great homely vibe for all age groups! The proximity to Tanglewood Park is great, as its a safe and beautiful place to walk. The staff is solid here and they work as a team to meet any and all requests with prompt professionalism. Many conveniently placed walking areas for pets. I have always felt safe and welcome here, at Willow Oaks.

    Willow oaks makes you feel at home. The townhouse suits our needs and the front office ladies are always so kind. Maintenance guys are always polite and helpful. Everything stays clean and ready for use.

    The front desk lady is pretty hot and super nice. I believe her name was Kristina. I had a great experience touring the apartments and over all I loved the place 10/10 recommended!

    Great place to live. Kim and Katie has been a huge help for us to feel at home here. We really enjoy this place. The rest of the staff is awesome.The grounds are well kept.

    I moved here last year on August and I loved my experience here. Staff was friendly and my work orders were completed most of the time on time. I will be moving out next month but would definitely move back if I dislike my experience in my new place.

    Office management is nice and polite maintenance is on points very quiet cozy please I have no issues with no kind of bugs or rodents etc. very clean overall I love staying in this place even though the rent is some bit a little too high for one bedrooms $650 is good but to go up to $700 is bit to much

    Property is clean and well maintained, pools are awesome one of which has a outdoor grill we get to use, the staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place in a quiet setting

    I dont know what the other people that commented are talking about this place is a five star because it has great service the rent is real good and its really clean the workers are very professional you call them and theyre there in like 2 minutes maximum 3 so I dont know what other people are talking about really good apartments
